Solution
Hi folks..
My solution was simple...
After the upgrade radio stack, my time and date was wrong, and i didn't know. The date was 2004, so my last call was newer than current date on PPc.
After adjust time and date.. all works fine.
thanks all

Part1:
I've been having a 8125 for a while now. and I love it. But lately I've been having a problem of phonecalls not getting to me. I know I'm not out of range or anything but I'm just not reciving calls. Even when someone leaves a msg I sometimes get no notification. Even after a reset. But when I actually recieve a call and then they leave a msg I see about 5 voicemails waiting for me when the phone actually only ran once. I with Cingular (before anyone ask).

Unexplainably missing calls
Respectfully, I do not think the answer to Part 1 is in the indicated thread. That thread mainly deals with dropped calls in combination with GPRS apps.
I have the exact same problem as Zaiaku experiences: missed calls, while the phone doesn't actually have a 'missed call', and the voice-mail notification arriving hours later. At the moment the other person tries to call me, he/she immediately gets voice-mail, even though I'm certain I have good reception at the location I'm at.
I'm not running any GPRS apps (not even mail), and I do not have the dropped calls problem.
Operator: T-Mobile NL
Qtek 9100 G4
ROM: 2.24.10.1 WWE
Radio: 2.25.11
ExtROM: 2.24a Mr.Clean
I hope anyone has a bright idea. This is becoming quite embarrasing...
GPRS may still be the cause of missed calls...
Unless you have completely disabled GPRS it can be the cause of missed calls. I experienced mystry missed calls before I disabled GPRS completely (by calling my provider and telling them to block Data Services except Text Messaging). When I returned to using GPRS I have eliminated the missed calls problem with careful management of GPRS applications and the recent registry tweak found in the referenced thread.
Also, Zaiaku gave no info about what he is or is not running on his phone.
I have the same problem, also time to time my phone answers for me or even worse, dials for me.
The problem is that I use GPRS often and need it to run (can not disable).

For the GPRS Problem look to the thread in my first post here. There is a 'fix' of sorts.
If you have an active GPRS Session then incoming call will always go to voicemail, that can't be changed.
As for the answering or dialing be itself, I've not heard of that before but I wonder if you have the buttons locked when your device is sleeping?
I've have a few times when while removing the phone from its case I hit the red or green buttons enough for a press to register.
After I use my Kaiser using my bluetooth headset (SonyEricsson HBH-300) everything is fine, call ends normal. But if someone calls me or if I call someone else, then the problem comes.
If someone calls me, the call drops and the phone is unresponsive.
If I call someone, the phone is unsresponsive.
The only solution I do is to do a soft reset.
I saw from the HTC download that they have a fix for BT dropped calls, but they are for WM6.0.
Did they fix the problem in their release of WM6.1 or do I need to install those fix?
HTC original WM6.1
ROM 3.28.405.0
Radio 1.65.16.25
I bought my quad-band Diamond last week and so far just love it! With the only exception it a perfect phone. I use it with T-Mobile US.
The issue(s) I'm having (there are two actually) is that occasionally when I answer a call or call someone they cannot hear me but I hear them. This is only fixed by soft resetting the phone.
The other issue is that it is missing calls and having SMS sending issues. In the 3 days I'm using the Diamond I've got 4 voice messages without phone ringing. And once I called myself from land line and got voice mail and my phone didn't even ring.
From my Hermes and Kaiser experience I know these are most likely radio issues. But that would require to HardSPL the phone and doesn't guarantee to resolve the problem. I still have a week to return the phone and I don't want to keep it if I have to re-flash it every few days trying to find a good radio. And even if I were to go and try another radio - there are only 2 of them out there - the .05 which I have and the .06 which is my understanding is not recommended.
Anyone else is experiencing this?
Any advice?
Thank you!

Thank you.
This might explain why they can not hear me on the other side. I will make sure and check that next time this happens.
Although this doesn't explain the missed calls when the phone never rings...
Got a Used tilt a few days back, came w/ Windows 6.0 ,
called @tt & got unlock code & Currently using it on T mobile.
Did Clear Storage &
Updated it w/ HTC's "ATT TILT Rom Update" (rel. on 8/6/08)
& then UPdated it again w/ "Windows Mob. 6.1 Update for the ATT TILT
Current
Rom Version = 3.57.502.2 WWE
Radio Version = 1.65.21.18
ISSUE -
NEARLY ALL CALLS are forwarded to Voicemail when I try to Answer them. --> {While I hit Answer key , when ringing, Phone goes to Today Screen & Tells me its a Missed Call (it automatically rejects it) }
I also have BAD connection issues ASWELL ,[ I HEAR] heavy Disturbance / Static on some of my Calls , while the other person hears me Perfectly!
<btw All these problems happen while I have Full Bars>
Can this be resolved w/ Radio update / another Custom Rom update?
Please let me Know how to resolve Issue &/or Direct to appropriate thread...
Thnx
Any Suggestions?!

Hi all capable of helping me,
I have a serious problem with incoming calls on this ROM since mid November:
incoming call is ringing
after 1-2 rings (1-2 seconds) it ceases down and a missed call is created
in less than a second later, the original call rings again
if I try to pick it up (HW & SW button tried, no difference), it has no effect. I can pick up the call only in the second phase - after a missed call was created (usually successfull for 50%). The caller probably percieves it as a continuous ringing, but I always get 1 missed call and then a call, which I am able to pick up. some calls are unable to pick up as the caller hangs up prior I try to pick it up.
I tried to hard-reset, to use every newer EnergyROM byt NRGZ28 - no help. I even tried NOT to import settings after first run done by XDA UC. NO USE IN THAT. I did HSPL 2.51 in mid October, flashing EnergyROMs (Energy, 21916 based), Tess Prime F ROM and also latest StockROM - no help.. I am totally desperate and hopeless, as I use the device for company purposes...
any ideas what to do? Please help... THX
Kind regards
tlsty
*** SOLUTION
root cause was on the operator side. I requested the GSM services reset and aftewards it started to work normally.
