Help , my XDA is dead!! Hangs in O2 boot sscreen

anyone help, my XDA hangs. No boot already.. no RSU version showing up. only the ROM and GSM error when i hard reset..PLS HELP

What have you done !! you flashed your xda with a wrong RSU version?!

what will I do now

You could download a rom then use sd card flashing method for programming the rom, then you can see if you can find a radio stack that will work.

mine either booted too the 4 bar screen or
mine either booted too the 4 bar screen (in red at the bottom R 1.10.00 )
or the [backlight off] serial / usb screen
[even the differant combination of held keys]+[pen reset]
[to enter that menu on the 4 colour screen / hard / soft ]
and would only boot after dis/connecting the battery at random pauses -
spend some time, short the ba's terminals {{{not the battery/cell}}}
((or it worked)) - {{i averaged 10 failed to reset #===# hey its resetting wwe etc . . splash screen! . Ok [align, cut, paste ^snore^}}
there is a t-mob UK rom that has saved my bacon - and it's better than the default 2003se O2 UK - resets ok, but don't need to reset it yet 2weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!
wish the special rom 1.2 would communicate, sync'ed (4.5.0 - Bu5096)
start.bat = dev err

I am stuck in 4 colored screen or can't exit BootLoader (softreset didn't help)...

i tried the upgrade like in "HTC_Blueangel_WM6_Wizzard" is discriped,
but after a hardreset i can't start my device or get in debugger screen!
I only see the boot screen with "R 1.10.00" displayed.
Any help would be welcome!

Press Power + Softreset, and when the colored stripes (well, this is the bootscreen )shows on the screen.
If you have a PH20B device such as MDAIII, QTEK 9090, XDAIIs, PDA2K etc.
Quickly press Record+Camera before the versions appears at bottom right
OR, press Power+Softreset+Camera+Record at the same time.
If you have a PH20B1 device such as SX66
Quickly press Record+Windows Media before the versions appears at bottom right
OR, press Power+Softreset+Windows Media Player button+Record at the same time.
Either way mentioned above should work.
You'll see three options; change the second and the third to "yes".
If you have a PH20B device such as MDAIII, QTEK 9090, XDAIIs, PDA2K etc.
You can do that with the camera and the record buttons.
If you have a PH20B1 device such as SX66
You can do that with the Windows Media Player and the record buttons.
If you are done, press the mail button, it'll show a white screen for a while, just wait.
If the bootscreen, aka. the colored stripes is displayed, Wait more, you are booting.
The welcome screen to set up your device should appear soon.]

THX for your hint, but this is what doesn't would work!
When i press the two buttons, like you descriped and it is shown in wiki, no meue is shown?!
Maybe Bootloader of my BA is not the newest? = R 1.10.00
Could you tell me how i can update it?

The bootloader is included in the ROM that you flash onto the device so that is not the issue. You must press the two buttons and hold them until the menu appears. It may take several attempts to succeed. The R that you are referring to represents Radio and has absolutely nothing to do with anything other than GSM operations.

okay... thanks for you info, but...
if R 1.10.00 is not the version of Bootloader i got no other on screen.
I pressed the record and media button while reset and after.
I pressed the buttons similar and step by step.
I pressed the buttons after battery reconneced.
I wait after reset without pressing buttons... nothing more happens then a screen with stipes an "R 1.10.00" is displayed in right bottom.
Buttons were working fine while i used WM2003 SE on the device, so i think bottons are not the problem... but where is the bug?
I am getting crazy... ???!
Maybe i should use a other rom?
Or try to use mtty? (see above)

So, in the three stripes screen you only see R 1.01.00 and no G xxxx.xx nor D x.xx.xx.xxx ?
Maybe that means that you have no OS installed. Have you tried reflashing the ROM ?
Also, which ROM and program are you using to flash ?

i dont know about R G and D terminologies...
but we think "R 1.10.00" stands for your RADIO Version... not the ROM.
and since you're not showing the "G xxx.xx" and "D x.xx.xx.xxx"...
i second JP... it's a bad ROM Flashing...
try to flash back the old rom and retry the upgrade.

and i have installed MS-Activesync 4.5.
I flashed the original o2-rom back and it works. WM2003 SE booting.
Than i flashed the HELMI_BA_WM6 and it was completed with 100%, no errors, but then after hardreset the same screen with stripes an R 1.10.00
Any more ideas?

Guys i think i have a similar problem.
I flashed my BA many times and it worked, back and forth WM5 to WM6 and so forth, until on Fri. I had accidentaly moved files and then deleted them from the windows dir. When I flashed the then WM6 to downgrade to WM5, it worked. When I used DOC resize tool to format my storage (didn't know about th mentined method) as usual (this worked many times before) & flashed to to WM6 then it got stuck at the 4 colors.
I tried what is wrote here and I am stuck at the white screen. nothing happening. It's been like that for an hour now. If i soft reset it, and try again it's the same nothing has changed.
any ideas?

How to restore the backup fle using SPL-backup-kit.zip???

Hello I wnat to know if some body can give me a link or tell me how to restore my wings with SPL-backup-kit.zip i already do it the backup but when i try to put a new rom show a message that saids Invalid Vender Id maybe can somebody help me . the imformation in my device in the tricolor screen is

Try to flash your phone with a ROM for your phone...a invalid vendor means, the Rom isnt made for your phone...

I have done the HardSPL and then putted the cooked Alcaline WM6.1 into it. If I want to revert to factory default (in case of a dead phone or so), is just a hard reset of the device enough then?

some body know chinesse or Japanes ROMS?

Unable to Load Bootloader

I have tried hitting record + power + reset and still no dice.
I did this last Jan to my BA with few problems, put in the wm6.1
Wanting to install this one WM6.5
I also installed the Wizard Service Tool and it doesnt seem to work. It will give me info but the hard reset and other rom features don't want to work.
is there a workaround for gettin to the bootloader? Or should I take this all as a sign not to brik my phone? ;D

hi , i'm new on the forum...i think i've the same problem, on my PDA2K..
I try to install a new rom from wm2003se, using a file called "preparazione BA"( i think i've unlocked the extrom), then i normally setup with the MaUpgradeUt_noID.exe..But now, when the upgrading is completed to wm6, i'm not able to load the bootoption..i can see 4 colour bands (green blue red white) but no option to boot. The rec+photo+reset seem not to work.
Could anyone help me\us??

after 2 hours..here are some news: my pda2k display became with the 4 color but there was writen something about R none, G none and (version onf the rom i tryed to install) then pressing rec+cam i saw for little fraction of second the menu enable kitl ,clean registry, etc.. and then suddenly the wm6 starts. After installing the OS ask me to reset..Well, it return to the same 4 color, and the only word i see is R1.11.00
I'm getting crazy...
Please big chef tony help me!

I didnt realize I was pressing the wrong fsking button! derr!

Hello, my ppc always dispays the four band with R1.11.00 written..After a lot of reset(often unplugging battery) and photo+rec, i was rarely able to display the boot option, but here is strange what is written(attached photo n°2): R None, G None, D 1.21 Michy.. Then pushing "mail" the OS start installing wm6, then, it ask me to boot so i would be able executing extrom to install cab file.It resets and then it appears the famous four band with R1.11.00
Any idea??

i've solved my problem..reading on other forums, they suggest to install a rom WM5, where there was radio upgrade too..After i was able to install WM6.1 ! Now..i have to wait..and crossing my fingers!

Nothing strange about what is in photo #2! That is the debugger screen.
Looks like you got it rolled back to the original ROM but if you decide to put the latest stable ROM 6.5 on there you're going to have to follow the Chef's directions in the above supplied link.

glad you found it out, you are right, there was something wrong with the radio, which is why in screenshot #1 there is only the radio listed and i think that's also why in #4 the comm icons are red, i've never seen that before, but could also be a custom skin in that rom.
brujeria is right, there is nothing wrong with the 2nd and 3rd screenshot, except for the 2nd one only showing the rom and no radio or protocol, meaning that the device was probably resetted by pulling out the battery and not pushing the reset pin with the stylus, unless that was also a radio issue.
unless you already started customizing your device you should probably think about hard resetting it once again and trying if that works, or even re-flash the rom, without flashing the radio, that way you'd know for sure, if from now on you'll always have to flash a "baked rom" (usually a term for a cooked rom, together with radio and extrom, a full flash, in this case i mean rom and radio rom, since the extrom is not really flashed anymore).

i've already customized...a little! Now, everytime i soft reset i read this: R 1.15.00 , G 1337.45 , D 1.21 michy.
I've no problem at moment..but i hope i won't never hard reset!
This Rom (WM6.1 included only Rom upgrade) it's nice, but i'm interested about WM6.5..anyway i think to keep this one untill a problem will come out
P.s. Like you say, now the antenna isn't red anymore..it's bright green

Moved as not ROM Development.
You need to find the original stock ROM to which can be found in the WIKI "which is offline @ mo but many sites have same list copied from here" since not hard-spl'd the phone will vendor ID check which is why you get an error trying to flash.
You will need to get into the OS to be able to sync to flash hard-spl.

getting tired... to search here and there...
not able to get the stock ROM...for that same model..
three ROMs tried...but same " Invalid Vendor ID"
is there any way to HardSPL this phone./..\

Flashing your first kaiser for first time (for noobs).
