Hi!
i tried to remove the software right menu but after i deleted every file form the software, i still have the text "Right Menu" on the right button. when i push the button the mobile says that the link to the software is missing.
the programm was installed on my storage card and i removed everything i could find.
how can i change the value from the right button? or do you know which file right menu creates, that i could remove it?
thanx a lot!

Hey experts
I downloaded and installed TylerC161 compiliation of Touch-it 2.3 (clean, see this thread) with TouchFLo, but after installing successfully, I still can't get the cube to appear. I had the version 2 before and I simply assigned TouchFlo to one of the buttons. The TouchFlo application or shortcut was installed in Programs/TouchFlo folder. After installing this version, I don't see the TouchFlo in that folder (only TF Setting and TouchSetting), nor do i see it anywhere in the Button Settings. Am I missing something? I only found a shortcut file in the Windows directory. But copy/paste that didn't solve. My question is can someone with working Version 2.3 upload TouchFlo.exe file from Windows directory for me so I can copy it where it is supposed to go? Or do I need to reflash and re-install? Thanks!
I tried Touch-It 2.3 fix.cab but that didn't solve it! Any ideas?! Please?!
you must select your method of cube activation in TFsettings i believe. Its one of those choices.

I did that, and it still didn't create TouchFLO icon or gave me an option in the Buttons! Very strange!
I even tried another Flash from Genuine RUU, and still the same thing! Please help, anyone?

Once you select an option in TFsetting, you need to reset the device.
There will not be any buttons to start touchflo, just the option that you selected, meaning either sliding your finger from the top of the screen to the bottom or center to bottom, and etc.

Never Mind, it is working! Great job, man, I must have flashed like 5 times... THANKS A LOT!
Greetings!
Would someone possibly have an installation cab available that would give me the option of adding a "restart" button to my start menu - for soft reboots. Please advise and I can't find this anywhere!
Thanks in Advance.
Brandon.
Try QuickMenu (replaces also Start menu), PHM PowerToys for sure have it too.

Hi,
I am a bit of a dumbass really.... and i need a bit of help.
I am looking for a software package to be able to remove items from the start menu and the programs list.... as i have programs i want installed but not be listed on the start menu or in the programs list.
If there isnt a software package available, then can i remove the option from within the registry?
Thanks in advance
Sean Saunders
you can edit start menu programs in settings/personal(tab)/menus
to delete shortcuts from start menu/programs folder you can delete this shortcuts in windows/start menu/programs
recent programs in start menu can't be removed. you can remove them with Advanced Config or KaiserTweak, but it requires soft reset and it removes them just for this session.
It's called File Explorer and is in programs. Somewhere..

yes, you can ad shortcuts for your applications in start menu. same thing as on desktop computer
I'm having some trouble with a shortcut on the Start Menu. I had a link to Resco File Explorer which worked fine, but then stopped working following an upgrade of the application (I suspect the upgrade process removed it some one storage area and stuck the new version in the other, or something like that). Clicking the shortcut now does nothing.
I also had it linked on the TF3D Programs Tab. This I've managed to remove and re-add using the normal interface and now works fine. However if I go to edit the start menu I can see TWO entries for Resco File Explorer - one that is ticked with a duff icon, and one which isn't but with the correct icon. By problem is that if I try and untick the duff one it errors "Cannot move that item".
Any ideas??
uninstall and reinstall. if you have an older version and upgrade, try downloading the upgraded cab and install that.
In File Explorer, go to My Device > Windows> Start Menu. Tap and hold on the inoperable shortcut and select "delete"

Hi, i just flashed My device and I really like My new rom but there are 3 Problems and I wanted to ask for some tips to solve them..
oh before I forget that: I don't use Manila if it's important
1. I want to close programs when I push the "x" button on the top for some seconds but it just closes and I have to open My taskmanager to close it.
how can I fix that?
2. When I open My Album all the Pictures in My Camera folder appear but when I push Albums on the bottom the other folders doesn't appear... Only the loading circle comes out on the top and then again the camera folder...
3. I cannot open My communications setup, to configure My internet via SIM card... It just doesn't work.. The windows appears and disappears again in the same second..
Are there any cabs to fix these problems?
Please help Me to fix these things..
that would be great.
Thanks to all of you
better tell what rom you flashed?
regards stef
I am using the nhathoa lite german rom
i am searching for the link but till now I couldnt find it...
aren't there any cabs to solve these problems?
no one with a solution?
help please..
ROM-Version
2.53.405.5 (23554) GER
System-Version
5.2.21898
1. If the ROM has the X button on the top right, go to Task Manager in your programs, the select settings and select close app instead of minimize when pressing X button. If it does not, then I would suggest Quick Menu to close your apps.
2. Almost sounds like it's not reading your storage Card. Go to Camera settings and select "save images to SD Card". In Manila, you can set your album tab to a specific folder in your registry under HKLM\SOFTWARE\HTC\HTCAlbum\favorite_folder=\\Storage Card\\"Your folder Location"
3. Did you hard reset after you flashed the ROM? You can try turning off Sense in your Home settings and try it again.
