when I was upgrading my mobile the following error has occurred ERR : 114 RADIO ROM UPDATE ERR
before I wright this message, I've looked for a solution for this problem
but I sow the problem without solution

No solution, mainboard replacement is the answer I reckon.
I have exprienced this problem before and all is not lost...
If you are upgrading to a ROM designed for another device/phone network, you will have to follow a set of instructions in order to fix your problems. Go to the wiki pages of this site (http://wiki.xda-developers.com) and follow the links for the blue angel.
If you are upgrading to a ROM designed for your device, after trying to use a ROM from anotherr device, then you will get errors like this as your previous upgrade has possibly changed your country code or Language ID. Again, follow the instructions on the wiki pages of this site (http://wiki.xda-developers.com) and follow the links for the blue angel.
Only after reading the wiki pages, PM me for some more advanced help.

I upgraded to this ROM and as soon as i hard-reset i get an error popup with "IOCTL_GET_LOCK_FLAG fail. The specified resource name cannot be found in the image file."
Also I cannot get the phone to work in any way. The network is not found and calls cannot be made/received.
Can anyone please help me

did you use xdadev_all_unlock-v1[1].5.exe after using Helmi's ROM ?
The same thing has happened to my phone. No idea how to fix it, any advice would be appreciated.
i have a feeling this has something to do with resizing/unlocking extrom. can someone plz confirm on this?

Mine works after using:
Helmi's ROM (16MBPool)
xdadev_all_unlock-v1.6_138.exe
And then Upgrading to radio ROM 1.15
No idea whether this will work for everyone, but it worked for me

My Divice runing good.
2. But i try to resize Extended ROM to 128 kb, after that my divice can not boot it till hold in boot screen.
3. Try to use BA_O2UK_14000_237_11200_ShipXdaIIs.exe
but error i found it ROM Error.
4. Use mtty1.42.exe to re format with " set 14 0; task 28; task 0" after that I try to use "Helmi_WM2k5_AKU3.2_32mb_v1.3.2_16mb_bitpool_32mbRamdisk"
I found "Error 100: Model ID Error 22-N-10-N-N; the ROM image that you are trying to use is not designed to work with your divice. please check the vender web site and download the correct ROM update"

That was happened to me once, I tried to resize my Extended ROM to 128kb,after that I stuck to white screen/4-color screen but thnks to mtty tool,it helped solve the problem. Try touse MaUpgrade_NoID.exe instead of BAUpgarde.exe.

AFAIK Tthe tools to resize the EXTROM only work in Windows 2003SE. So, you'd have to resize it BEFORE flashing the WM5. But you can still flash back the 2003SE version, resize the EXTROM/Storage, then flash WM5 again.

DOC resize tool works well on Helmi v1.3.2 WM5 rom..I tried it, I did not downgrade to WM2003SE anymore just to resize the extended rom, coz it works on WM5.0 Helmi v1.3.2 also with Helmi aku2.6, 1.3.1

It is still alive! I did myself, used "Helmi_WM2k5_AKU3.2_32mb_v1.3.2_16mb_bitpool_32mbRamdisk\PH20B" with MaUpgradeUt_noID.exe and it is come back to life againt!

Have you flashed HSPL before flashing the rom???

lol, i got the same error, I just did it again, and it worked.
Problem resolved!!! I changed to another PC!!
Problem solved.
Please post in the Hard SPL thread in future.
