Hello all, since I've loaded the official HTC 6.1 ROM, I have a problem with the Word application.
After a soft reset, I can load and display a word document with no problem. But if I try to load a second Word document, then Word does not display anything, and it seems like freezed (but my Kaiser is not freezed, I can launch another application without problems).
My only solution is to do a soft reset if I want Word to be working again ...
Does anyone else have this problem ?
Is there any solution to solve this problem ?

I'm having a problem where any time I use the key "i" or "I"--whether using the slide-out keyboard, the virtual keyboard, or a Bluetooth keyboard--the Wing freezes up completely, requiring a reset.

I also have a problem where the wing dials the number 2 or the letter u by itself. any time and any rom , even during a phone call or at the today screen... any suggestions?
This is a serious WM6 bug, im suffering it too on my HTC touch.
Try a hard reset ... or running the stock RUU.
or better yet, flash a new rom.
Everytime I need to reset my phone it seems to just lock up at the second loading screen the only way I have around this currently is a hard reset. I'm using Duttys 6.1 WWE does anyone else have this issue. Is it ROM specific or a lack of basic intelligence
Hmm maybe ask in the Dutty rom thread? I ran it for about a month and didn't have a problem.

I am facing this problem today, when i open my sms on my touch diamond, instead of the normal screen i got a blank sreen with just "send" and "Menu" appearing at the bottom of the screen. I tried soft reset, took out the sim card and still same thing happen. Anyone experience this before and could u share how u managed to solve the problem.
the SMS is corrupted.........i got these problem and i hard reset it,then it was back to normal again.....
I solved my problem after browsing htcwiki, seem like the problem is cause by CE-Star. After i uninstall CE-Star, the problem gone already. BTW CE-Star is a chinese word software.

I have a problem with my Xperia, sometimes it crashes just when I close it (slide back the keyboard).
It's very boring, anyone has the same problem, and eventually a solution ?
By the way I think it doesn't crash when i slide it slooooowly.

If closing it slowly change the behaviour, in my mind it means it's an hardware issue.
But before sending it back to SE, try doing a hard reset (save your data before and try to reinstall only your contacts and PIM data first, and if the problem is solved, try to install one software after each other until you find the one who create the problem).

I tried many hard reset as I flashed my X1 so it won't resolve it.
But I'll be careful next time I start from scratch.
I don't really want to send it back to SE...
I'm having the same problem now. Did you find any solution to this problem and if what did you do?
Have recently update to the new ROM for my HTC diamond from HTC HK site (Official room currently available from the HK site).
I've notice after using the phone with Touch FlO 3D turn on for a period of time (not sure how long - - few weeks maybe ), when I tried to send an new sms, the SMS screen become Blank/White and I can't input any phone number or txt and end up have to Hard Reset the phone and re-installing everything again before the SMS work again.
I've tried to restarted the phone few times, also tried to soft reset too, SMS still blank/white screen unless I have to do a hard reset and reinstall everything.
I think this is a bug and not sure if anyone come across with such issue. Just wondering does anyone know how to fix the problem if is happen again in the future??
