Htc hera 100 english rom needed

my hera 100 is in french and i need to use it in english,i ve search the forum i cant find one.pls i need a direct link to download this english rom.thanks in advance

error 294 invalid vendor id
i tried to flash the rom, this is the message i gets error 294 invalid vendor id.pls i need another rom with no vendor id,or if there is any thing i can do pls tell me

You'll have to USPL or HardSPL and remove the SPL from that ROM I gave you, in order for it to bypass the vendor ID. Make sure you have an SPL of 4.0 or higher before you try, either. Search the forum for more information about this.

Do not flash with either if your SPL/IPL is lower than 4.0.
As far as how to: A little search and I came to a post that I wrote a long time ago.

There are many walkthroughs on it. And remember to check your SPL.

hardware problem????????

i am new in this sorry is this is a noob question,
i have follow all the instructions on flashing a tilt (kaiser) but it does not matter what rom i flash i am having problems with the response on the buttons most of the time i have to press them about 4 to 5 times to response i have read somewhere that it could be the radio please correct me if i'm wrong my actual rom is:
HyperDragon III BlackStone + Manila2D + YouTube
my provider is :
att
my radio is:
1.70.19.09
my method to flash is (aka hard spl)
olipro Kaiser SIM/CID Unlocker & Changer
my customizations are:
advance config 3.3 (for the att keyboard layout)
quickmenu 2.7 (i prefer the win xp style menus)
xda jcespi2005 spanish input cab (for spanish words on dictionaries)
and rr keyboard speed increase cab (for faster response on the keyboard)

Does the touchscreen does not respond too? If that so it's a matter of flashing the latest SPL, i think 3.28 or 3.29. Older SPL versions had an issue with unresponsive keys/screen/lags/hang ons.

i have tried the new spl 3.29 so far so good i will let you know tomorrow i need more testing to see if it happens again.
by the way do you know what spl use olipro in his method?

I too had the same problem with the Screen and Buttons becoming unresponsive. After going to 3.29 all seems good, so thanks for the info Zero|Cool!!!

Why My Screen freezing? Please Help...

I really got angry and I will break my phone...
I tried many Rom's but my screen sometimes freezing(but too much times)? Also softkeys freezing too...
What is the problem?
Please help me...
And any offer for me please, I need a rom very lite. (No manilla or something, just I want Htc Home and stable)???

You probably have the wrong SPL installed. If you flashed a ROM using Olipof's HardSPL v1 and are using a WM6.1 ROM, you need to upgrade your SPL.

Which version do you offer me for WM6.1?
I saw something in cmonex " 3.29 is still very strongly recommended over 3.56, unless you have OS freezing issues with 3.29. "

If you are using a ROM based on a HTC Rom (which most cooked ones are) then 3.29. For ATT based ROMs then 3.56.
If you don't know, use 3.29, and if your not happy try 3.56

3. insert the microSD in the kaiser, then reset kaiser. (I did soft reset???) But not start 4
4. it should say Loading / Update in progress then reboot to a screen saying SPL 1.00.OliNex.
5. it should now flash in the KAISIMG.NBH. and will reset.
6. at this point it should boot to the OS, if it doesn't, then flash an OS. (of course delete the previous KAISDIAG.NBH and KAISIMG.NBH from the sd card and remove sd unless you opt to flash the OS from sd too)

Using Dutty's Rom WM6.1 Hybrid v2 5.2.19716/5.2.19700 and works GREAT...

got the same problem, some one say i got a lot of progam runing and the os cant go well, i think i fix it setting X button to really close apps and dont go background

Hi folks!
I had the same problem: change my at&t tilt rom/radio/spl to htc.
result: touch screen does not working!
The only way that i found is undo changes:
1º - installing and using: Remote screen Alignment to skip the first screen calibration. Just power on Tilt and wait until activesync are connected, so, run "remote screen alignment" and click skip, if the phone does not restart, do a soft reset.
2º - In the next power on, use activesync to copy JumpSPL1.56-KAIS.exe to your phone.
3º - use the buttons to navigate and execute JumpSPL1.56-KAIS.exe on the phone. (to execute JumpSPL1.56-KAIS.exe file use the ENTER key of the sliding keyboard).
4º- now just replace RUU_Kaiser_CINGULAR_WWE_.exe (OEM ROM i think)/ bootloader spl1.93.0/1.56 (maybe the screen problem occurs due the wrong spl/rom combination or newer spl like 3.28/3.29 ).
After these steps my AT&T Tilt touch screen is back to work!
Now i'm ready to try others roms again !!
PS: Sorry for poor english, if anybody don't understand anything just ask!

Unable to change radio or SPL version

Hello.
First, sorry for my bad English (French guy).
I make a SD flash with a Rom, and something strange occurs: my radio rom version change to 1.16.00.00. I try (always SD flash) to change it with a newer, the process looks good (the download bar increase, the device reboot) but the radio rom version always the same. I try to change OS rom, no problem. I try to change SPL version, impossible: all process executed without error but at the next load of SPL (power-camera-reset) the version is always the same (1.30 Olipro).
I try with another computer (Win XP pro SP2) and with activSync, the problem was the same !
And I try with several rom version, idem.
So to be quick
OS ROM change: no problem
SPL change: impossible
Radio ROM change: impossible
If someone have an idea, I will be very happy

I find the solution !
Usually, I toogle in SPL mode manually.
The soluce for me was to downgrade the SPL (1.30 to 1.20 olipro) but let the RUU launch is own SPL.
And after, the SPL version was 1.20 and I can change ROM, Radio ROM etc...

i don't understand how that is accomplished.
i have read through the trinity guide and that is what they recommended
My trinity has been flashed with 1.3oli and a custom rom but it hangs at the start up page.This makes the device disconnect from the USB.
so how do i let the RUU launch its own SPL?
It is supposed to make the device go into bootloader right? i cant access that since it is hanged

it is impossible, in this condition that rru launch its SSPL, and it is ipossible to use the method sspl.exe ....
I think that the only way is the splxploit but I don't find a sspl file to load on p3600 with splxploit
anyone have it?

I've exactly the same problem, oli 1.30, I can flash OS roms with no problem but I can't get a radio rom to go past 0%.
I've tried the spl exploit to boot into spl 1.07, I've tried going into the bootloader manually and I've tried letting the RUU load the SPL, no matter what I do I can't shift the radio from 1.16?
Any ideas?

mine is just wierd...
i used SPLxploit and the spl jumps to 3.03...
tried to flash hard SPL and its has error 270...
so i did SPLxploit again...
shows SPL 1.20 now
Tried to flash another rom and it still doesnt work..
did i miss something or is my dopod screwed...

You can't upgrade to the 1.56.70.11 Radio with Olipro 1.3. It looks like it's worked and gets to 100% on mine but doesn't actually change anything. I ended up using another HardSPL (can't remember the name now) to get the 1.56.70.11 Radio on there.
I looked for ages for a version of Olipro 1.2 but couldn't find one anywhere. Apparently it works ok with that version.
Sometimes these threads are really hard to follow when they get massive and the author updates the first posts and over writes stuff. I think they should all keep old stuff in there and just add too it instead of replacing information.

Flashing Roms, SPL, and Radio's

I have flashed my Tilt and my Wizard numerous times but I'm wondering if it matters which you should flash first.
if you have the HTC base rom fro your device should you go right to the custom rom and then the spl and then radio or does it even matter what the order is.
normally I put the SPL and then Radio and then the custom rom.
Is there any preference on this?

As long as you have HardSPL'd your kaiser, and the custom rom doesn't have a radio included in it, then it doesnt matter which order you flash the rom and radio.

ok cool and if you HardSPL'd your kaiser once to go to a custom rom and then decide to change to a different one so you go back to the stock rom does that change your SPL back or once its changed its changed for good?
To be honest I dont even see where the SPL shows.

I think I found my answer regarding Hard SPL's "A Hard SPL is one that is permanently flashed in your device memory and will boot up every time your device boots." http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=SPL Questions?
So I guess you only have to do this once. If I'm mistaken please let me know.

Correct you only do it once unless you wanna change your hard-spl to a different version.
