Stuck at 0%

Hi guys i need your help i have done the hard spl route but if i try and flash the rom image either from the mem card or off the computer it goes to the flashing screen but stops on 0% and stays there

Can you flash a shipped rom?
If you flash a customized rom you need to go into bootloader first.
Does your device startup?

Hi Laurentius yes i can get into bootloader then the screen clears and the percentage bar is there but it stays at 0% forever.

But when you softreset does your device startup?

Yes i can start the phone normally and everything works ok but still the stock rom.

Just a bit more info boot screen says BLAC100 32M
SPL-1.14.000
MICROP-BLACKSTONE (LED) V6

You didn't do HARDSPL right.
Flash HARDSPL one more time and follow the steps described there in thread carefully!
Bootloader should tell you:
BLAC100 32M
SPL-1.14.Olinex
MicroP-Blackstone (LED) v6

Many thanks for your help the info was spot on i re-flashed the hard spl and the rom and it all went very smooth i now have an updated rom and all is ok many thanks again speak to you soon cheers BigT.

Error upgrading

Hi everyone
I failed to upgrade my Trinity Radio or to WM 6 also at the same time i cannot install any hard Spl
i get an error 270
i tried soft reset first
then i tried flashing via the SD card
but nothing seems to work
ROM version : 1.23.405.2
Rom date : 3/11/2007
Radio Version : 1.38.00.11
the bootloader menu shows the following:
TRIN100
IPL-0.5
TRIN100
SPL-1.07.0000
update1: when i try flashing from sd card it shows now grey background with the word loading and it goes back to the tri color screen with no change in the spl version
update2 : after several tries i had managed to do the upgrade

Before you try any other radio or roms please be makesure you have Hard SPL (1.30olipro)or sspl. According to your information you did not have any of them. If your flash goes wrong you may have a brick.

I did but it's coming back to the same multicoloured screen again.

Is there any way to go to Nodo update now so i can wait for the official update of Mango or if i can make my SPL4.5 to HSPL then i will be able to install custom rom.,
I dont know what are the options for me now.

I tired to install the orignal ROM, it stuck at 11% and then turn off, Now its not showing any signs of life by any chance. Looks like its bricked

you need to JTAG your device then

So...I tried installing the Unsigned Hard SPL. Everything worked.when I tried to flash a mtty flash it got stuck at the loading screen...nothing worked so i tried reinstalling the stock ROM. It was stuck at 0%. after a lot of tries I reinstalled the 1.23 SPL on. Now, when I try to flash the official ROM it gives me the invalid vendor ID error...hard-spl flash get's stuck a t0%...and any kind of flash gets stuck at 0%. What can I do? I am really scared...i hope i can repair it somehow. Please help me! I only have access to bootloader.... There on the red part it sais : DIAM100 64M SPL-1.23.0000 MicroP-Diam (LED) v11. On the green one : PS0C-Diam STAGE_PVT v0x32

Happen to me too, but i manage to save my phone.
Try to download this ROM from internet and instal it to your phone RUU_Diamond_O2_UK_2.10.206.1_Radio_Signed_Diamond_52.62.25.34_1.13.25.24_Ship.exe
It is original ROM, and it is exe file, just instal that rom and maybe you will have your phone back...

it doesn't work with me all this solution it stop at 0% or 1%

So first of all I tried to install some rom on my HTC Topaz (it wasn't the first time I change roms) and something gone bad, the installing was stuck on 0% , after the reboot the phone was stuck at launching.
I tried many suggestions that I found here on the forum, but nothing helped, I did the format+reset with MTTY.
Tried to install different roms from the bootloader but it always stuck on the 0% even tried to install them from SD card...
So now I'm in bootloader and it written -
