what does mean AC ? is acumulate power ? the charger ? if yes then i have done so but nothing happend, and the phone was 100 fully charged
I wanted run the diagnostic because I got problems with my device as i described in previous post, the roms after normal restart-reset want install again it seems that didnot find correct boot for starting windows mobile, even some shortcuts like xdashutdown didnot worked get error could not find the program, I tried many roms with same problems that for it could not be it in the wrong rom
last I flashed oli's HSPL again an again newest Radio will see how long it wil work normally
could be virus in the phone ?
and other test which I done from blacdiag.nbh have passed only stopped at the AC and want know what does mean in the fist post
Get OEMSPL fail! Verify Str not found Pls chk SECU-Flag on/off ??? how to turn off the Secu Flag
I get this error :
The file 'xdaShutdown' cannot be opened. Either it is not signed with trusted certificate, or one of its components cannot be found. If the problem persists, try reinstalling or restoring this file.
and after connecting trough AS the structure of folders seems so :
i would guess you tried hard reset right?
did you flash a new rom before all this started to happen?
if so, try downloading and flashing again and if you still have the symptoms then flash a stock ROM then a custom one.

Your radio ROM appears to be damaged. Normally blacdiag.nbh is not flashable, it runs from RAM, you shouldn't be able to flash it per say.
SIM unlock and security unlock if you did one could have been the cause of this...

With running blacdiag.nbh from RAM you mean running blacdiag.nbh from root of sd card reseting device and holding volume down button ?
How to repair it ? What you suggest ?
Hi mrobo,
Here you have the commands from blacdiag, read the last line :
[How To] BLACDIAG.nbh
I just figured out how to use blacdiag.nbh:
Step 1: Flashing HardSPL from OliNex
Step 2: Press [Volume Down] and [Power] key to enter bootloader
Step 3: Using RUU tool download to phone. It will run blacdiag.nbh automatically.
Step 4: Follow the phone screen instruction by pressing [Home] key to enter diagnostic screen:
"BlackStone System DIAG 5.02C"
"======================="
". Function Test"
". Run-In Test"
". Format FAT"
". Device Info"
". Engineer ID"
Step 5: Use [Volume Down] or [Volume Up] key to select test options and press [Home] key to start diagnostic function.
RADIO commands in 'at-commands.txt'.
[WARNING] Above operations may damage your phone.
Maybe this is the remedi for your device "http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=511708"
problem SOLVED for now I think
I have again runed BLACKSTONEv1Unlock.exe and imei.unl and it seems that my problems gone for now

PAY SPECIAL ATTENTION TO STEPS 3. 3A,3B,3C...
1. Download which version of Touch IT you want. For the Last version made, here is the link: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=340403
2. Backup any information you wouldn't want to lose. Either backup to memory card or PC; your choice
3. At this point, You need to install the official RUU for your device, if you're already running the official RUU, then you need to hard reset your device. (Press and hold both soft keys and press reset button, continue to hold softkeys til screen displays to hard reset. Press the call button to continue). If you need to install the official RUU, continue to step 3a4Here is a list of uploaded RUUs
3a. Enter bootloader on your phone (Hold camera button and press reset, continue holding camera until a screen with 3 gradient colors shows up
3b. Connect your computer via USB to your ppc (Pocket PC)
3c. Run the RUU .exe from your hard drive, follow its simple onscreen instructions and click check boxes necessary to continue with the installation. This should take a few minutes, and you will more then likely see your screen flash and change things, this is normal, let it work. After a few minutes it will boot up and go into "automatic customization of your device", I continued this (screen alignment, tips, auto setup), and waited for my device to be totally ready for me to use.
4. Connect your device via USB to the PC and wait for activesync. If it automatically pulls up a profile for your phones sync, delete that profile. If it asks again to setup device for syncing items, click cancel. You will still be able to explore your phone and install devices without setting up the sync profile for your phone.
5. Make sure your phone is connected as a guest, if it is not, make sure it is. The method I used to do this was this zip file I ran "guest only" registration entry. (Make sure and run allow partnership registration after completing installation), but it should display as guest after the hard reset.
6. Copy aserg policies.cab to your mobile device
7. Run aserg policies.cab from your device
8. Soft reset (use stylus for button on side of wing, or on bottom of herald)
9. Go into your comm manager on your phone, and disable "phone". Basically enter flight mode so nothing can be sent to your phone during this process.
10. Once booted, its time to give it a shot. Make sure you're still connected as guest, and run !Upgrade_rom.bat from Touch_it folder on your PC
11. This will bring up a command prompt waiting for you to hit a key to begin, press any key
12. During this time it is installing, NEVER touch your phone or play with it in any matter. It may look as though the command prompt has gotten hung up at times, but leave it run until it completes (or fails). your phone will pop up a message saying "unknown status" or the likes, but dont close that window, like I said just leave it alone.
13. If you have no error messages in the command dialogue box then you're ready to hard reset your phone. (press both softkeys, and press reset, continue holding softkeys til you see a dialogue asking if its okay to restore settings, hit the call button to finish it)
14. Your device SHOULD boot normally, go through setup, and you should be golden.
If at any time there is an error during install, but you still let it complete, you might have a chance at it working. Hard reset it after completion (even with errors) just to see if it works. If it wont go past your Tmobile or HTC picture screen on bootup, then you have bricked your device. To UNbrick it, run steps 3a through 3c and reinstall the RUU.
If you get any errors, try and try again. Its proven working on several devices.
thank you very much for your help, but i cant find the offical RUU?

You defenitifly flashed a rom from teh HARD-SPL RUU folder...
... or you left a SPL.nbh inside your RUU folder.....
All roms are found in my signiture "All roms"
And for better flashing... download latest TouchIT6.1.3 and replace the RUUsigned.nbh with a one you will flash.
Or flash the TouchIT 6.1.3
I know hardspl sorked for you.
If flashing isn´t working
PUT device in BOOTLOADER (cam + softreset) then it MUST work
Good luck

But on the releases from Itje there is a note that is won't work without HARD-spl? So what is the difference? (I don't know if I ask stupid questions, forgive me)
If you have used hard-spl once on your phone, you dont need to do it again
I include in my rom releases what u need to flash
just run the rom.exe file, and the phone will update.
I did everything the site said, but I ran stuck when it asked me to use the upgrade MaUpgradeUt_noID, I run the upgrade then nothing happends when it sees for the device version. well then I click just on upgrade then it sais its finished then cold reset but theres no Stripe screen coming(for the boot) I also just pressed Camera and record buttons but nothing helped.. someone can help me?
hey dude!
dun worry
first u need to see the information dialog
which tells you the version of rom u have already and the version u r upgrading to.
So, as far as i judge is that, u have to have an nk.nbf, ruu.dll, ruu.conf, getdevicedata.exe, enterBL.exe and finally Maupgradeut_noid.exe
put ur device in bootloader prior to run the upgrade process.
press ur record + on/off then press reset (keep pressing three buttons for 2 seconds) U will see SERIAL written at top on ur BA's screen. Connect the usb cable to your BA and disable usb connections in active sync. then run upgrade process
just run the upgrade. It will take 25 minuts
U need to put out the mem card too before putting to bootloader
(u need just one nbf file at a time)

My TP2 stopped working ((((((
I was using it with some cooked ROM (i think it's not relevant what exactly). This morning i had my breakfast and i've got an SMS from an acquaintance. After this i couldn't see my home screen anymore, but i could still use start menu and so on. I wasn't first time as this error happened, so i didn't thought anything and just made a reboot. After this i saw bootloader screen and it was message about missing ROM shortly to see. Nohting else, only bootscreen, hard reset didn't work either. So i came home, connected my phone via USB to my notebook, powered it on and started to flash ROM. As flash was successfully complete, the phone rebooted and i saw... bootloader again!
So i don't know what to do now, anybody some thoughts?

If you have a GSM TP2 try running Task 29 before flashing the ROM. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=649191 After Task 29 then reflash your ROM of choice and then hard reset to make suer everything took.

Yes, i have a GSM TP2. As you advised, i downloaded Task 29, unzipped it and run ROMUpdateUtility.exe from its folder. After 100% phone booted again to the bootloader, I went to ROM's folder and run CustomRUU.exe from it to flash the new ROM. After "success" i disconnected the USB-cable and started the phone... no changes. I still see the bootloader. And i still cannot hard reset my phone for some reason.

How are you hard resetting your phone? All I do is power it off then hold the send and end keys and press and hold the power button until a message pops up asking if you want to hard reset. Press the vol up key to reset and after it completes press the vol up key to reboot.
Just a random thought here--is it possible your volume down button is stuck?

Any other thoughts? Without phone i am totally f*cked up, cause i am not in my hometown right now and i have to keep contact with my business partners in there.
It sounds like your bootloader is somehow broken, if it isn't a problem with the volume down key.
Try searching for information about the "mtty" utility. It's kinda complicated, but I think it's helped people in a similar situation.

Now I am encountering bigger problems with my device. I tried to use MTTY ver 1.42 first. I couldnt use it because there wasn't an option to choose USB-port. Yes, i unchecked "Connect via USB" in WMDC and killed it then in task manager. Then i flashed stock SPL ver 0.79, hm nothing new. Then I tried to flash the original SPL, i.e. ver 0.84 and it got stuck by 0%. I waited and waited and waited, so i had to remove cable and the battery. After that nothing worked. No flashing worked at all, even Task 29 gets stuck by 0% every time........ I dont know what to do now.....

Have you tried flashing a ROM using the storage card method? Might be some error being caused but your computer.
The following was taken from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=550540
Flashing Via MicroSD Card
1. Make sure your microSD is Formatted to fat32 (you dont have to delete all files but it is safer if you do)
2. Download your prefered Rom from the Rhodium Rom Develpoment Page and unzip/unrar it to your PC
3. Goto the Roms Folder and rename the .nbh file to RHODIMG.nbh
4. Copy the RHODIMG.nbh file to the root of your MicroSD Card
5. Plug the MicroSD Card into the phone
6. Enter the BootLoader screen, you will first see a tri-color screen with the phone and SPL Information at the top
7. Follow the On Screen instructions to start the update
8. After flash has completed, press the reset button with the stylus to reset the device.
You might also want to try flashing from another computer.

well it seems that you have flashed back to stock spl since it is showing you spl version (0.79)
which means you will have to hardspl it again in order to flash any custom roms again but it is probably unlikely that it will not work because when you reflash stock spl you are suppose to flash stock rom & radio first before flashing stock spl i'm just guessing i'm not to sure on this 1 i could be wrong though
P.S. - just a suggestion since you have stock spl back on the phone try & flash a stock rom to see if that works

Is that maybe the problem ? Did you flash the stock SPL back onto it as you referred to earlier ? Because 0.79 is a stock SPL version, so it won't boot a custom ROM with that SPL.
So is the whole problem that you have a custom ROM and stock SPL ? I hope it's that simple, but fear it isn't.
I hope!
Hello,
if you have 0.79 hard spl,
1. you should install stock rom, not cooked. After go to bootloader mode.
2. Run Rhodium-HardSPL_V2_00R3.exe from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=4363807&postcount=1
3. Install cooked rom!
It is working!
I hope it will help your problem!

Yeah guys, here's what i did and what i see. Before i flashed stock SPL 0.79 i flashed stock ROM and stock radio. Then i tried to flash stock SPL 0.84 and it didn't work for some reason. OK, then I read an advice from Doo Doo and tried to flash stock ROM again. I was wondering that it worked... but as it got 100% the device entered bootloader mode again! But after this the version of SPL was 0.88
I cannot use storage card method because i don't have any possibility to get access to the card from my PC And I just tried to hard SPL my phone from another PC (winxp) so it didn't work either, stuck by 0%.
Try to older stock rom. Maybe it will install older spl...
Sorry, but I couldn't help this problem! :S
Hi
I think* i was trying to do a back up or custom recovery just before it went pear shaped, phone froze and i took the battery out and then ->
The phone doesn't get past boot image ( custom boot image of terminators from the movie ).
I have tried factory reset , trying different roms on sd card and then booting into recovery - but i only had the default recovery on the phone.
I have a kdz file image and a few dz files as well as zip but they don't 'work' , even if i rename them 'update'
The lg support tool gets to a point where it says ' super duper bad , your fxxxxd or fatal error or something so it wont even start a fix or update.
'Unkdzing' only gives me a dz file and .dll
I tried uptestEX ,dzextract, lgflashmuncher, expand, lgextract and extractor kdz - but on that it stops with some WMD warning - in spanish i think.
This is the 5th day ive tried to fix the prob but i fail.
After I un screw the phone can it be flashed/shocked with electricity on the part that holds the info ? ( thought id ask before going ahead and doing it anyways )
The phone is rooted
try this

I tried and it didn't work
What should the screen look like when its plugged in and turned on ? , I did the vol + power key and its statiky* and sometimes vibrates. So i tried vol - and power, vol + and home and power, vol - and home and power but total commander still didn't see the phone connected to it.
I extracted adb to total commander and i click on it when total commander is open then I have to click connect to device then a box pops up and i input COM4 ( matched it up with device manager ) but nothing happens.
The only 'normal' screen is when it is in sw update mode, other than that its either grey or pink or white and vibrates at times with all sometimes.
Ok I tried vol + and power with the battery in and when i click on adb the device ID is shown but when i click on that, its totally empty.. no folders or files , completely blank.
Also next to the network 3 pc image it still says [none]
When i try to copy the new busybox to the device id it says 'please remove the write protection'.. so I right click the busybox file and click unblock but same message again
It has full permissions.
you need to keep hold of the keys until it starts up.it will vibrate and screen will go blank about 2 times before it boots into the correct mode, sorry i didnt think of writing that into my other post

yeah it takes like 5 seconds for it to reboot and then the 'notice' screen appears, but still it says ' please remove the write protection '
Also noticed on my pc under device manager that android adapter has yellow triangle.
I went to LG site and got the driver but it didn't install, even found generic driver but it didn't install, also let windows find one but it didn't install, also tried manually but android driver just wont install.
My understanding is without that android driver total command won't work.
hi sorry to hear your still having problems, all i can suggest is uninstall the drivers and reinstall without the device connected, also are you leaving it til it comes to the screen has a window with a phone and and cables with a red hand covering them,
the driver that you really need it too load is the called Android Sooner single ADB Interface, as far as im aware that when booting into this mode it doesnt load your currently corrupted system files maybe after you retry installing it should hopefully work also if you havent already installed the lg support tool then it would be easier for you to install that and install the drivers that way, they can be found through the following link
http://www.lg.com/uk/support/mobile-support
il have a good think and look at what could be the problem if you are still having problems
yeah I have that driver and two others, nothing is working unfortunately
Hello Everyone,
I bought my Note 4 (T-Mobile) from USA and Unfortunately I am not in USA anymore and My phone is keep restarting itself every 5-10 mins and goes to an error Modem Fail "Security Error: This phone has been flashed with an unauthorized software & is locked." even though I have never rooted this phone, it's in original state as it was bought, my phone was locked to T-Mobile so I thought this could be the reason I'm getting this error and couple of days back I got it unlocked from a shop and still gets the same error, I have tried reinstalling the stock firmware from Smart Switch, tried Hard Rest and Almost Everything but can't get my phone working, Can anyone help me out with this error please? what do I do to get my phone back. Please find the attachment for the Error I'm getting.
Thank You Everyone,
Looking forward to a Kind reply.

Thank you so much for your reply, but unfortunately I just bought a new battery couple of days back too. So I don't think so it could be battery's problem.

What is your exact model number so i can give you correct files links ?
For example T-mobile note 4 has 3 models (SM-N910T / SM-N910T2 / SM-N910T3 .which 1 of these 3 you got?
You can simply check your model number by pressing 3 button combo while device is switched off (volume down+home+power) will boot into odin download mode press volume up to continue there you can see your device model number on top left corner.
It will be better if you can take a photo of your device while in odin download mode and and upload it so i can see what else will require to fix.
Let me know and I'll get back to you.

What kind of error pops up ?
Do factory reset 1 more time.after reset let phone completly cool down dont touch anything .
then you complete setup.
Use high speed microsd card if microsd card is not good it can cause issues and lag to whole device.
Download wake lock app from playstore and open the app you have to click on partial wake lock as shown in screenshot below.it will manage your cpu to run more efficient.
If issue still remains you have to erase old nandroid completly by using PIT FILE and repartion your internal memory to flash fresh nandroid.
Try first the things that i mention and use your device for 2 days.if it didnt work after that you can try erasing nandroid with my guide.

Let's give this one a try cuz till now I tried almost every thing and yeah I just noticed another thing which is my phone's ICCID is also Unknown. I am not sure but do you think this might be causing problem?

BEFORE YOU BEGIN BE PATIENT AND FOLLOW STEP BY STEP AS I MENTIONED OTHERWISE A MISTAKE CAN HARD BRICK YOUR DEVICE COMPLETELY AND YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO USE AGAIN AND I WON'T BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF YOUR DEVICE.
Ok for this method you will require all same files that i gave you earlier.
Firmware file
Odin
PIT FILE
Battery charged 50%
MOST IMPORTANT YOUR DEVICE MUST BE IN COOL TEMPERATURE OR YOU CAN REMOVE BATTERY AND PUT IN REFRIGERATOR FOR 30 TO 60 MINUTES.IF YOUR DEVICE IS HOT DURING PROCESS IT CAN CAUSE EMMC CHIP FAILURE (INTERNAL MEMORY).
1.open odin
2.upload firmware in AP tab.
3.download PIT FILE from link below.
4.in odin you have TAB named "PIT" (right next to the options) click on it and upload pit file along with firmware file.
5. go to options in odin and check on "Nand Erase All" and "Re-partition" dont touch anything else in options.
6.do factory reset in your phone.
7.remove sd card and sim card from device.
8.go to download mode in your phone.
9.connect your phone to pc via usb cable.
9.HIT START IN ODIN.
10.once odin shows PASS DO NOT DISCONNECT USB CABLE let it reboot wait 15 minutes and complete setup now you can disconnect usb cable.
11.go to settings and do factory reset for 1 last time.
HOPEFULLY YOU WILL HAVE FRESH OPERATING SYSTEM WITHOUT ANY ERRORS.
GOOD LUCK AND LET ME KNOW.

Hi I'm unable to connect my phone to pc unfortunately and Now I believe this is hardware problem as when I decided to get my phone unlocked the person who was unlocking couldn't connect either so he'd suggested me that it's a hardware problem and couple of days later I was able to connect to PC till today. so I think I won't be able to perform repartition my phone until and unless I get my connectivity back. Thank You so much for your help anyway. I'd definitely give it a try as soon as I get my connectivity back and will update you.
Thanks

I just tired, and nothing worked out. the place where I took my phone to unlock he actually changed the charging and connecting port to check if it's port problem but the result was same until it gets back connectivity on it's own. I just changed the cable reset phone couple of times. It's not even connecting as a media device.
