OS language succesfully changed!!!!!!!!!

If enyone is interested, I managed to change OS language on my Qtek9100 from SVE to English. Many thanks to this forum and Isidoro whos tutorial was the main guide for doing the change.

As I said earlyer my Qtek was CID locked and had RUU_Prodigy_2170701_21707103_20710_QTEK_SVE_Ship.exe
I`ve followed Isidoro`s tutorial for ROM `cooking` and manged to update only OS and Extended Rom parts from RUU_Prodigy_2170702_21707102_20710_QTEK_WWE_Ship.exe.
Ewerything went OK, I didn`t get any error msgs.
My Qtek9100 has G3 version of ROM , IPL and SPL are 2.17.
Radio ROM stayed as it was 02.07.10, I didn`t change splash screen.
After all, I ended up with fully functional device with English language that I understand. Now, I can go further to SW install, tweaks, etc.

I used nb2nbf.exe to make a new nk.nbf file.

when I reading a topic name, I think you was change the Language if OS by any tweak, but you just flash different ROM like thousands people here :lol:

You`re probably right but, I spent 10 days of intensive search for solution of my problem, and this is the only thing that I understood compleetly as it was explained excelent, and once again I want to thank "risidoro" for his post.

imho it was much better (and easier) to upgrade to custom 2.26 wwe rom

Hi all, I want explain you my problem.
I am going to send my kaiser to repair service, but I can't uninstall/remove hard SPL from my kaiser.
I followed carefully the guide at link http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=335568 but at the point 5 It doesn't create file 01_SPL.nb
At the first point I installed rom in italian language from the link http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=Kaiser_ROMs, specifically: 1.56.406.5 (radio unknown) italian rom found here

I don't understand WHERE I can find original rom in italian and HOW I CAN remove hardSPL.

I could be wrote but it seems like it has already been done. Are you trying to install the oem rom back onto the phone?

i think that's because the italian ROM is a reconstructed ROM, and so it does not have an SPL in it. you could just use the HTC SPL that's posted in that thread.

Dear all,
I have ordered htc touch diamond on ebay and i suprised when i recive it!! it was with danish langauge on phone, i cannt understand anything!
So any way to make it english or reinstall windows mobile 6.1 profissional in english language??

hard spl and flash a wwe rom
if you don't understand something like spl and flashing go to wiki and/or search around here there are many step by step tutorials or just ask if you really have to

see, when i take TP2, i will have wwe firmware, i flash hardSPL, then install RUS rom, when device loading i will see black screen and text - your OS Rom itn t customized for your hardware.please reflash the proper Rom code or contact the service center.

Anybody please help with CID unlock RUS shiped rom, HTC rom tool for rhodium dont work. (i am build the rom with cid: ******* and nothing)

blac100 LCD problem after upgrade

I have HTC blac100 mal-functioning after updating the rom from spanish to english.the language change to english fine, but the screen begining to show different colours like ranbow.
Here are the files I used.
Unsigned_HardSPL_for_Blackstone_OliNex.zip
ROM is
RUU_BlackStone_hTC_Asia_WWE_1.59.707.0_Radio_52.62.25.34_1.13.25.24_Ship(4).exe
I dont realy konw what cuases this, could he be SPL or the ROM I used?

Maybe you installed the wrong version of HardSPL!
You need HSPLWrapper_Blackstone_156OliNex.zip

Yes sounds like you need to update your Hardspl
