I noticed, that user are not very responsive.
so I'll try to ask simple questions.
what is the latest bootloader for Wings (S730)
and why is not AT commands working on Mine.
I type "rtask 7", then it shows "AT interpreter ready" message and then error pops up, when I try to send next command.
Any help appreciated!

I am following the instructions from T-Mobile on for to install the upgrade.
I have downloaded to the desktop and renamed it, "T-Mobile MDA MSFP Upgrade". The MDA is NOT connected.
I start the program and select the first NEXT key. A couple of seconds pass and this error comes up, "This apllication has failed to start because RAPI.dll was not found. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem".
I erased the program and re-downloaded it, changed the name and received the same ERROR.
The instructions are pretty simple, so I don't see where I am doing something wrong, but yet this ERROR arrives!
Can someone shed some light on this issue for me. My brand NEW, just got it yesterday is hungry for the upgrade, but instead of enjoyment, I am getting frustrated. HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :?

I Have Tried Both Options And Still The Screen Remains The Same - "coloured Sand".

This is the bootloader screen and this really isn't the right forum for this question. You need to do some reading and you should be able to get your phone back up and running.

Considering that I followed the instructions religiously to upgrade to the latest ROM, and resulted in the error as the original person who posted here had, I would just like to get it back to orig settings and forget the upgrade! I normally like to keep things on the latest versions but in this case I regret it.

No... trying to help people who don't understand of have the willingness to seek out their own answer simply creates more and more problems.
Hi folks,
I connected P3600 (Trinity) with Activesync and followed the steps showed here but after Step 8, it doesn't show the Progress Bar. Instead, it appears a message in the P3600 screen alerting to a possible dangerous connection. Obviously is the "ROMUpdateUtility.exe’" trying to access, so... I clicked "YES" to allow but the PDA goes to bootloader (tricolor) and nothing happens !!!
My question is simple:
HOW TO BYPASS THIS ONE ???!???

Now I tried to enter manually into bootloader and executed RUU. For a second it showed the grey screen with green progress bar but, imediatly, returned a "Error [270]: Update error" (...image may be corrupted or something like that.)
Do you have any idea ?

except you're not following the instructions, because you are supposed to manually enter bootloader... glad it worked out for you, but please note its dangerous to flash like that

According to the unlocking manual quoted below, i have succussfully been to the last step by one, but there is a problem i cannot solve it on my own, please help.
My phone is AT&T TyTN II 8925, my present state is:
(1) i have loaded RUU_kaiser_QSKOM2.3_full;
(2) i come the tri-color screen showing;
KAIS1*0 MFG
SFL-1.0.OliPof
CPL-8
(3) i tried for many times "kaiser-simunlocker.exe". but it always fails me, i.e. it cannot be run at all, no matter how i clicked the icon of the above-mentioned .exe file.

7. Once Windows Mobile has booted up it will show a window called "Simlock" and a textbox where you can enter a 8-digit unlockcode. Now perform a soft reset by pressing the reset button *but* at the same time keep the camera button pressed. If you did it well you will be back in bootloader mode and you see the tri-color screen. The best technique is to press and hold the camera button first and then shortly press the reset button with the stylus.
8. On your PC go into the "step2" directory and run "kaiser-simunlocker.exe". If all went well you will see the unlockcode on your monitor and your Kaiser is being restarted automatically.

turn off allow usb connection on active sync then it should start and once finished click back allow connections

I am having the same problem trying to run Simunlocker. I did everything it says in the instructions and now I'm at the Tri-Color screen where it says:

The Active Sync is gray and when I ran Simunlock.exe in Command Prompt it says:

Hey Tina,
I am facing the same problem as u had.
I finished step 2 and added the sim card to the phone.
The phone got locked so I removed the card and unchecked the USB synchronization and then place the card back in the phone.
I ran the Kaiser-simunlock in step 2 and I am having the same error:
\\.\WCEUSBSH001: No such file or directory
cannot connect to \\.\WCEUSBSH001
Can you help me? or can anyone help me to unlock this phone.
I am too close to breaking the phone into pieces.

last weekend navigating through your forum I decided to install TF3D and a hardSPL was recomended, I downloaded the file SJ_JumpSPL1.93-KAIS and run it on my kaiser. I believe the process got stuck on the 3 color display, I rebooted the kaiser and it seemed ok... but I am not able to navigate the web neither by GPRS or 3G...
this morning I tried to reinstall the kaiser from scratch with a RUU named _HTC TyTN II_RUU_Kaiser_HTC_WWE_Brightpoint_US_3.29.422.1_radio_sign_25.83.40.02_1.70.18.02_Ship

Why do people continue to screw up their phones by not reading, not understanding what they are doing, and doing things half the way. Are you all just rich and don't care about bricking a $500 dollar phone ? You are lucky you are able to recover your phone at all
Jumpspl is not hardspl . Jumpspl transitions your phone from stock spl to hardspl. You cannot flash any rom stock or custom ,that isn't specifically made for your carrier, until you have hardspl on your phone.
Read thoroughly and follow all the steps here, do not take short cuts and do not skip ahead,

What do the numbers say on your bootloader screen ( tricolored)?
it doesnt get that far, as soon as I doble click on the jumpspl file it shows that error message. the tricolored screen never apears

Press and hold camera button and power button and do a soft reset to get into bootloader to see what it says.

Thats because you're not making it go to that screen..

Go to the wiki and find the original rom from your carrier and flash that ie: AT$T , T- Mobile, orange , 3 etc. Then after doing trhat try all the steps in the flashing for noobs thread again.
the only problem is that I bought the phone not from a carrier but from a store in Portugal and the phone was unlocked...
do you think I can still find the original ROM?
I couldnt find any suitable rom for my device I tried:
