I haven't really used my Kaiser in a while.
Today I decided to turn it on and what I get is this screen and it says:
KAIS1*0
SPL-3.29.Hard
CPLD-8
Serial
I haven't messed with this phone in a long time but I did upgrade the room a long time ago. Forgive me if it is a stupid question, but this surprised me.
Oh i tried reseting and hard reseting but nothing seems to work....
Thanks

HTC diamond seems to be dead
i ve a HTC diamond, and while flashing it stops working
===> dark display, softreset not working, hardrest not working
what shall i do to get it working againg ?
pls help .....
Do you get anything on the screen?
is it completely blank?
when pluged into wall, does light on select buttons light up?
you may of bricked the device
If you press Vol down and soft reset, you sould see a tri colour screen (Pic included)
if you get this, your diamond isn't bricked
if you flashed a cooked ROM without installing Hard-SPL dev or Hard-SPL (Signed By OliNex) it may have damaged it
Should you get a tri colour screen, plug in usb to XP computer, you should get "HTC Usb Sync", the screen should change from "Serial" to "USB". download a stock rom from HTC and flash
Hope Your Diamond Lives

Hi there, welcome to the forums. Check the following link http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=423486. Let us know if that helps.
Recently I have bought a used X1. One day, when the battery died, after charging it, a screen with 4 colour bars appeared (red, green, blue and white). There are also some signs on the screen:
KOVS110
SPL-0.72.01iNex
MicroP1-787
MicroP2-707.
On the bottom on the screen it says "Serial".
I cannot pass through this screen to get to use my phone as always. I tried to google this on the net but found some unrelated ROM-topics that didn't help me anyway, as I'm green as grass in these things.
Any ideas what to do? Thanks in advance for your help.
This might help. Disconnect the USB cable, remove the battery, then replace it and turn on the phone. As long as there is no problem, it should boot normally. But, the phone doesn't go into boot loader on it's own usually.
Well, that didn't help. Btw, what did you mean: "disconnect usb cable"? My phone wasn't in any way connected to a PC.
have you tried a hardreset?
My hTC HD7 is not reading the usb cable in the "red, blue, green, white screen"
is not setting "serial" or " USB" in the white border
but when i tur on my device and plug in the pc reds the usb and my phone
i have reset my phone and the phone is reset but still not read the usb cable on the "RED , Green, Blue, White" screen
sorry for my english :S
If you use the search button...
you'll find that I already answered this:
Goldcard method is the only option to downgrade this and get a fully functional bootloader.
