i need ur help
my X1 is jammed in the startup screen (Sonyericsson) logo and dont want to boot
i'v tried to flash any rom but its not working.
i can enter the bootloader but wont install any rom (jammed in loading) the new rom
plz if u can help me reply and thank u

done Hard spl?

are you using the computer or memory card for rom?
Couple of suggestions:
Make sure you re-named the file kovsimg,
Try a different rom.

unable to install new rom : even after SIM and Cid unlocking

HI ,
plz help me i;m unable to upload new rom ..
i have a hard spl by oliver installed , then i try to upload a new win 6.1 rom it doesnt go futher stops in 0 and later says recovery and same again..
i tried both on vita and xp but was unable to upload new rom...
plz help me as i have follwed the instructions and have done cid unlosk and sim unlock along with flashing hard spl ...
i have no problems doing this but cant relly understand y only when flashing win 6.1 rom it doesnt let me do it..

i have the same problem.somehow my p3600 radio is deleted.and now when i power on. it says NO GSM in start and then stuck on windows mobile 6.1 logo .
i installed new roms without Radio again stuck on start up logo.
whenever i installs radio rom it stucks on 13%.
i tried sdcard meathed it stucks on Gsm(Radio).
SO THE PROBLEM IS RADIO

[Q] Rebooting, gets stuck at bootup screen

I just bought a new Topaz. I have HardSPL and then tried to apply a new ROM. Now it keeps on rebooting - it only gets to the screen where it says TOUCH DIAMOND 2 - and the the red numbers appear in the lower right corner - and then it reboots..
Is it bricked or is there anything I can do??

No not bricked.
Must be an incompatible ROM or you didn't HSPL to 2.51.
Just find another ROM, Stock or otherwise (since you are HSPL'd, but check your version first), go into Bootloader Mode and flash with RUU.exe.

I'm still having problems though. I have tried to install a few different stock ROM - both 6.1 and 6.5. Everytime the same issue - I get stuck on loading the new ROM and it keeps rebooting.
I have tried to upgrade spl to 2.51 but still the same issue
What else can I do??

What does your SPL show in bootloader mode?
Make sure it has Olinex as a suffix.

Yes it says Olinex.. When I first got the phone I tried to install a new ROM and I forgot to do SPL first - could it be that something serious went wrong in that attempt?
Anything else I can try?

Is it 1.83.Olinex or 2.51.Olinex?
Flashing a ROM w/o HSPL will most certainly mess up your device but it should be recoverable if you can find your stock ROM for your carrier and region.
You symptoms sound as if you are on 1.83 trying to flash 2.51 SPL ROMS.

Hi, im having the same issue as OP, i tried to flash the latest Energy rom (sept 8) onto my td2 and the bootscreen is showing 1.83.Olinex. What do i do to fix this?

You must have HSPL 2.51 for this ROM and for all newest roms.

Help with upgrade to WM6.5

please if someone can help me solve problem.
I got few days ago Touch Diamond2. It has WM6.1 ROM on it. I tried to upgrade with official ROM from htc.com to wm6.5 but it hangs on 18% with error "communication error". Phone turned on in recovery mode. After that i tried flashing with custom roms but no luck again. It hangs on HTC screen when booting and nothing happens. I flashed it back with shipped 6.1 ROM from HTCpedia and it started normal.
When i start it in boot load mode it states 1.33 Olinex SPL. Do i need to put original hardSPL before upgrading to official ROM or there is something else i am missing?

I think it could, try it !

Doesn't the official WM6.5 ROM update include an embedded SPL though? Although if flashing from official ROM to custom ROM or vice versa you'd definitely need to update HSPL.

Please Read Carefully the instruction for installing HSPL 1.83 or better to upgrade it to 2.51.OliNex.Make Sure U Have a internet connection on as hspl needs internet to install.

Can Anyone Help Me Flash Back To Official Rom Please...

So i tried to flash the 7.8 deep shining rom to my hd7 lately ,but since then,my phone keep rebooting ,sometimes after rebooting,will show me the "Storage card not Working Screen"
And i try to flash other version like "dynamic 2.2"or "7.8 by anzar" turn out same result...keep rebooting...
the only one i try without ploblem is the Nodo rom by anzar.
can anyone please teach me how to flash back to original factory nodo rom?:crying::crying:

I'd like to try the custom rom Dynamics 2.2v,
i have succesfully downgraded my bootloader to 2.20.2250.0
Firmware version: 2250.10.22002.841
OS version 7.0.7389.0
I have read all the instruction on how to flash custom ROM.
If i wish to install Stock ROM again in-case i dont like dynamics 2.2v den wot procedure do i follow?? Coz dynamics2.2v requires device to RSPL and HSPL.

You just download and install the usual way the correct ROM from here

By doing that whatever customizations you have done before will be wiped out and the phone will return to official state.

If that failed and you still get reboots after official ROM install then something is wrong with your card, try replacing it.
