Problem after SPL upgrade

I made a mistake! I tried to upgrade spl via sd card. When the process was finished my blackstone can't start. When I turn on the pda I get a screen where it says " Blac100 32m spl-1.54.0000 MicroP-Blackstone (led) v6 Upgrade rom code error Please try again".
When i try with a new sd upgrade it start but it stop in screen: Loading...
I tried with HSPLWrapper_Blackstone_156OliNex but it stop at 0% and then appeare the 262 error.
Someone can help me?.

First try with hard reset.

I tried but nothing to be done. When HR is finished appeare the same screen with a same error code rom ecc ecc...

stuck on 0% cannot flash hspl yes i did search the forum

Hello,
i am trying to upgrade my spl version to 1.56 to be able to use the 1.5x roms
currently my device is a mess :
radio : 1.10.25.25
rom : 1.56.47.601
SPL : 1.14 stock
i cant flash from active sync because that causes wm 6.5 to crash
when i boot on spl, then launch hspl1.56, the transfer stays stuck at 0% then HSPLwrapper goes to recovery mode.
I have tried on several PCs
I have seen a post about an HTC diamond stuck on 0% that said i had to use the developer version of HSPL, but i m not sure what i downloaded, and it was for the diamond so i didnt go ahead.
Someone please help me get the device functionnal again X'( ?

Enter bootloader.
run uspl 2.5 on pc
wait for the fone to reboot to the bootloader.
it'll show 1.xx.uspl
now run the hspl olinex wrapper.
its getting stuck because it cannot pass the security check..

for info only uspl was not communicating either it said it could not open usb port

Ya manual spl is the last option left if USPL does not work..
neways glad u r successful in ur need.

Trouble in Flashing

I am trying to flash my HTC Hd hpl,with HSPLWrapper_Blackstone_156OliNex, it starts perfect and when it start installation then stop on the 0% installation and after a waiting for a while it goes out of installing process,
I want to install energy Rom Black stone standard,
and for flashing i use the ruu files but none of them is working.same result
i have original SPL-1.54. oooo on my HTC HD,
Multicolor screen on my HTC HD shows
BLAC100 32M
SPL-1.54.0000
MicroP-BlackStone (LED) V6
someone can help me in flashing my HTC HD to energy rom,
i followed the instructions in dummies guide for Flashing your HTC HD but same problem..
after using the instructs from wiki i find my device is installed with
ROM-version 156.409.0
ROM date, 03/9/09
Radio Version 1.13.25.24
Protocol version 52.62.25.34U
any advise to flash my mobile, i used the HSPL wrapper blackstone 1.56olinex
but its not working same result ending the installation without any result.

im havin same problem.... i am ruing energy rom with olinex 1.56..... i tried downgrading it to 1.54 too.... but still it does not updates... remain stuck on 0... what is the proper method to get rid of it...

I had this problem when flashing hspl on my pc with vista. I just used an pc with xp and voila!

BlackstoneRUUWrapper not lunching
Same thing, try to lunch BlackstoneRUUWrapper with energy rom but not working. any issue dudes?

I know you are still having difficulties, but there is already threads which exist for flashing, i.e. dummies guide & hspl. Please post your queries there and myself or others will be happy to help you

error 262 no idea...

im kind of new to this. bought myself a htc hd, and i cant seem to update my rom via XT_Grid_Leo_2B . it just keeps getting stuck at 0% and shows the 262 error. tryed hard/soft reseting.. updating from the bootloader etc. any ideas? running windows 7 32

you need to look at the dummies guide for flashing custom/cooked ROMs,

I suggest you use USPL 2.5. READ AND FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS STEP BY STEP

allright.. while flashing that spl thing :
HSPL2 - Flash new SPL (1.56.OliNex)
* (HSPL2a) Place your phone into its bootloader. <- done
* (HSPL2b) Run HSPLWrapper_Blackstone_156OliNex.exe from the download in step (HSPL1a) and follow it as normal.
* (HSPL2c) If successful, go to step HSPL3. If the flashing process sits at 0% and you get Error [260] connection after some time, go to step (Troubleshooting). <- stuck at 0%
and yes, i always get the error, its stuck at 0% this is annoying.

Then you need to go to the section labeled Troubleshooting - manual SSPL
May help you more by posting in that thread. As I am pretty sure this thread will be closed.

i suggested you use USPL 2.5, if you have i maybe able to assist you. instead you reported using HSPL. Sorry cant help you with HSPL, I've no experience using it.

ok thanks for the support! i managed to flash it via SSPL-Manual-TouchHD . worked perfectly.
although i have one last question.. is there any way i can disable the notification screen when pressing on the status bar? i remember the old days, when i had a xda II, i like the old notifications more...

can't flash my HD stay at 0% ??

hi i've got a new HD with old SPL-1.14.0000 i did all steps to HSPL
now i have SPL-1.45.0000 in boot loader
but when i want to flash any custom rom here it stops at 0% i'm now still with WM6.1 with the bad colors
plz help

Please post your queries here and don't create a new thread when one already exists.
Firstly you could not have followed HSPL correctly because if you had your spl would now be 1.56.Olinex, so that is where your problem lies. Read the steps again and repeat them checking the success at each stage.
