when ever i try to download gameloft games' sd data through wifi it show me an error. i read post that new gameloft games have problem like this. but i tried old gameloft games like asphalt,hawx,ganstar but same result
is this a problem in the mod, phone or wifi?

Ok.. so i thought this was weird.
i was having wifi problem. not being able to get connected or even see the networks on my phone.
CM6.1 and superhybrid 2.11 does not have problem its just when you flash a theme or kernel it start causing problem (FOR ME IN MY CASE, i dont know about you), and wifi eventually stops working.
currently i am running lastest radio korean version.
Whenever i flash a wild monk or other kernels on CM6.1 wifi stops working
When i flashed the stock theme that was provided on the op from superhybrid 2.1.1 the wifi stopped working.
i just thought it was weird and wanted to know if any of you guys are experiencing same problem as me.

which version are u using.
CM 250 nightly, and I think the WildMonks is:
2.6.35.8_AVS-925mV-CM_CFS_20101116_2329.zip
Its listed as #154 in the About Phone info (don't know why they never make the file name the same as the version info)

I always flashed wildmonk's kernel right after i flashed CM6.1 nightlies, and my wifi is always wonky (i get a lot of errors enabling wifi and wifi tethering).
Next time I do a full wipe, i wont apply the kernel and see if that happens
So I couldn't find a topic that pertains to this and I've searched the forums and google and Haven't been able to find anything. When I first got the phone and had the stock Froyo rom on it I could use any of the Game Emulators fine like Mojos gba lite and what not. But now since I've flashed any custom roms everytime I try to load up a game it just goes to a black screen and crashes to home screen without any error messages. Anyone got any Idea why its doing this? Any fix for it? And If there is a forum or post for this please point in the right direction cause I've looked and I've found nothing. Thanks
Oh And Currently Im running IceandFire-2.6-11.06.07-Milestone ( its the only rom I've tried that doesn't end up laggy for me and its really fast )

Any GB ROM eats RAM like a hungry Shark.
So try a Froyo based MOD and you will see what is Multitasking and Gaming

Does anyone know why Asphalt 6 doesn't work?I used to play this game on SD American Droid 2.3.4 rom but now doesn't work..It starts and after the video trailer drops me at the home launcher...

I used to play this on Typhoon 2.3.3 CM v2.6.3,Typhoon 2.3.4 v3.2.0 and American Droid 2.3.4 SD...Any New completable roms?
Now I use the Typhoon 2.3.5 CM v3.5.7

So I did a full wipe and installed CM7 nightly 09202011 on my OG Droid and now when I go to install Maps from the market it says that it isnt compatible with my device.
I deleted data on the market apps and restarted and same issue.
Any ideas?
As have been said, nightly CM7 roms can include some bugs. Try installing previous used version, changes are not big.
Dropped back to 8/28/2011.... still an issue.

At least, in cyanogenMod7 There are a really working 3G mobile hotspot.

Hmm, I have no ideas... Try to look in current area settings, it can be problem with area settings. No ideas then...
dumb question, but do you have it set default to install to your SD?, also, did you flash gapps along with the cm7 build? I'm not certain but I believe you must all ready have maps in data/system/app and the market version is only an update.!

i have a motorola xoom and have installed loads of games but where's my water is the only one i cant play unless my wifi is on..as soon as i turn wifi off the game crashes and i get a message"the application where's my water?(process com.disney.WMW)has stopped unexpected.Please try again" ...if i have wifi on it works fine...i love playing this game and i cant play if im out as i dont have wifi connected....please help..thanx
are you using a custom rom? im using EOS 1.0 and it works fine for me without wifi

Team EOS ICS 1.0.0 is a custom rom. You need to have a rooted xoom to flash custom roms. Other than that i cant really help you much, sorry. Im not real sure why it would work for me and not you.

I too am getting the same error on EOS nightlies (91, I think. The Wifi on there is also an issue - I guess it's something to do with the wifi status being reported.
