I don't think there's any available yet, but make sure you turn off NFC once you do get one as the phone will pick up the easypay chip of your NFC enabled cards.
I set my phone on my wallet the other day and it kept popping up the NFC thing with my Chase debit card

I had the same thing happen to me, except I sat my phone down on a metal desk and it kept picking up some random tag.
Anyhow, just giving the +1 on Octo's post. Cases are barely available for the Nexus S, just give it some more time. I can't wait for an Otterbox myself
I'm looking forward to a case that also holds credit cards too
oohhh really wow thats cool to show off lol !!!! but unfortunately mine nexus does not do anything when near a card and i double checked that the tick is on the NFC !!! anyone any idea why ??? .........could be cause i am on modaco's rom ???
Thank you
Try the Golla line of cases they have wallet cases that hold credit cards or pocket style cases.

Looking for one more like this so the phone will still go in my pocket:
http://www.amazon.com/Case-mate-Credit-T-Mobile-myTouch-Black/dp/B004BBLAQ2
Case-mate seems to be the only one that makes this type of case for other phones besides the iPhone. Look at their Nexus 1 case. Perhaps similar types will come out for the Nexus S as well.

D30 from tech 21. Sweetest cases there are for the nexus s. Its made with a slot in the front for credit cards. Unfortunately can be found only in the UK at the carphone warehouse. Costs 20 £ ... also available on eBay is a case for 2 bucks from China. I can provide a link later.

An ebay link would be great because I haven't been able to find any cases like what I am looking for anywhere.

Would love to see a good credit card case for this phone. It's too new though, not enough cases out.

yea so none of the touch screen works people are tellin me it's gonna be 200 to fix so i might just buy a new one of wait till the google i/o just to see whats up . . it didn't fall too hard either though and i had a ringth slim case on it guess those don't really help all that much. using a backup iphone 3gs i.can't.live.like.this.
Oh man that sucks bro... I think slim plastic cases like that won't do anything if dropped... You needed some rubber.

I've been using the same case as you since December, and have indeed dropped the phone quite a few times. Fortunately, my screen survived. You got really unlucky there.

LCD cracking is pure luck. It all depends on which part took the impact. Your phone will most likely survive if it falls flat on a flat surface. If the corner hits, it'll most likely break.
I have seen phones survive 6ft drop and also seen broken phones from a 1ft drop.

It costs about $100 to replace the screen yourself, but its quite easy

First open it up and disconnect-reconect the digitizer plug from the main board. Maybe it just moved a little after the crash.
But yeah, even if it works you still have cracked screen so you will still have to fix it anytime soon.

So I just got my phone back from LG after paying 140 and there's a yellow blob on the middle of the screen °facepalm° should I hit up Google for an RMA or call LG again I just don't wanna wait another 2 weeks man

Those plastic slim cases will not protect your phone, at all. At most, they provide a grip to your phone and prevent scratches from everyday usage.
I would advise on getting a TPU case in the future.

I broke mine like that, sent it to LG repair shop in Texas (have to contact them and get a return code first) and they ended up just giving me a replacement unit. Was nice cuz I ended up with a more solid phone, has the little nubs and all (it's a rev 10 though). Pretty much like getting a brand new phone and I was only charged like $160. Just make sure to back up your pics and stuff to your PC prior to sending it in, in case you get a new phone. I was quite happy.

Dropped mine on concrete from my waist. But apparently the ditztronic case provides extremely good protection.
Hope you can get your replacement soon!

Hi all
I was an early adopter of the One and had two faulty devices with gaps etc, anyway, I was wondering if these 'problems' have been ironed out yet? Looking to buy a new one but dint wan to if same thing happens.
I just bought mine, manufactured in end of may. And while I decided to keep it, it is not perfect. Some rough edges on left side of phone on plastic. And around volume rocker and sim tray also not very good.
So I guess there are still problems in production.

Mine is a good 'One' without problems.
If you are going to buy another then the best thing is to buy it in a store where you can examine it first.
My first store bought One, also had rough plastic around the edges. I took it back and to their credit they straight swapped it for me then and there with no dramas and even opened up the new one just to check if it was all good

Just check your device in store, but still, you could find microscopic (can't be seen from more than 3 cm away) defects on almost any One. Just don't be too picky...
Are they not a little funny about you opening a sealed box? I know if I was to buy a phone and the box was open I'd be wary it was a return!

No. You buy a phone, you check it, if it's faulty they swap it there and then. If it's not faulty, you take it home. If the shop is unwilling to do that, don't shop there.
popped into o2 store and checked two devices, both I was not happy with so went with another handset. Shame as I really liked the One
Let me start off with apologizing if a thread on this already exists. I looked but I may have missed it.
I am looking for a case that I can hold my id and one credit card in for when I don't want to carry my full wallet. I don't need to carry cash or anything other than my id and one card.
Thanks guys.

Got this from Ebay, so far so good.
Like many of you in the past, I am a Verizon unlimited data customer that didn't want a phone that was locked down from Darth Verizon. I purchased my galaxy nexus December of 2011. I just purchased my Nexus 6 from Moto's website and am psyched. All I have to say is this experience going from a Galaxy nexus to Nexus 6 is going to be epic.
I'm in the same boat. My nexus 6 won't be here till 1/5/15 so let me know what your steps are for getting the Sim activated.

I just did the exact same thing, G Nexus to Nexus 6 (got mine in on Monday). I printed out a template online (check with ruler after printing to make sure it's the correct size) and cut my SIM with scissors. Had to do a little filing to get it to fit flush in the SIM holder, just need to make sure you don't cut it too small. I think all the electronic are in the center oval so make sure not to cut into that part at all. Everything is working for me, calls, text, LTE.

Just note that since you're using a LTE sim card that old, it may cause problems even though you don't experience any.. your signal may not be as good as a new sim card.

Noted, although I've definitely been getting better LTE service than with my GNexus. There are two main spots on my way into work that I used to lose signal and now I don't.
I'm actually excited for you. That's quite the upgrade.

OP should get a reward, I change phones more than I change my toothbrush in a year (kidding of course).
But yeah the difference would be night and day.
As for my Sim, I called Verizon and said I ordered an HTC M8. They are shipping it. I also ordered a nano to micro sim adapter. I am going to put my newly acquired nano sim in the adapter and place it in my galaxy nexus to verify it works. Then remove it and place it in the Nexus 6. Hopefully it works

anybody know of a dual sim adapter that is known working with the note 4? Ordered a $5 one off amazon, but can't get it to work with my note 4, while it does work on the note 2.
in my searching, i keep coming across magic sim, but i don't really want to go and spend $40 on one not knowing if it will work for sure or not.

I'm using Saige and I got it off amazon for under 4 bucks if my memory is right and it works like a charm. In the kit I purchased I got the remover tool, 3 different sizes of sim adapters and a desk mount phone holder. All straight from China lol!!!

That's a SIM adapter for a different SIM size, not one to enable the use of two SIMs at a time.

Yeah I missed the keyword "dual" in your post. That's pretty cool and I never knew those were even out there to be had. Learn something new everyday!!! I could sure use one of those too. I need to look around for myself and get one.
Those are neat...but you can't use both sims at the same time. look at this one http://www.magic-sim.com/product/id...DEVICE_-_2_SIMS_ACTIVE_AT_THE_SAME_TIME!.html sadly out of stock grrrr

Don't really need both at the same time, I use google voice as my primary number, so calls go to both anyway. Its mainly so i can swap quickly without taking the phone out of the case. the coverage at work is dumb, T-mo works flawlessly on one side of the building while AT&T is near useless. and the other side its the exact opposite, and I frequently move between the two.
took a chance and ordered another cheap one, this time it works.
