Hey there, I still new to the hacking of the nook color, I'm running HC-v4-emmc-2nd-edition.
3 questions.
1, Is this the newest Honeycomb rom for the Nook color?
2. How do I installCM7 Tweaks?
3, Can I install updates straight from my Nook color with doing anything from the SD Card. If so How
Also I'm running the Honeycomb rom straight from my Internal memory, is this ok?

Hi All,
I am running Phiremod 5.1 on my nook color. I purchased it with the 1.1 firmware already installed.
I love my set up except that now, I cannot access the library and magazines that was in the stock rom. I can see the files but when I try to read them it is not the same (1.e. Magazines are not in the print view but just the text epub version) What can I do? I would like to keep phiremod in tacked if possible.
Your only option for what you are talking about would be to restore rooted stock 1.1 to eMMC and boot phiremod/CM7/etc. to SD.

Okay. Thanks! I was hoping you would tell me that I could run NookColor stock off of an SD card. I will just leave it the way it is.
I have Nookie Froyo sdcard for my Nook, I would like to switch to CM7 stable version on sdcard and wanted to know if there is a setup version already.
SDCARD bootable CM7
I run CM7 on Droid incredible and really like it, so I thought I would try it out on Nook if it was not a huge hassle.
Thanks!
Ok, first off let me say that I am a new member and love the site. There is a ton of great information on the site, but I seem to be having trouble finding an answer to my specific situation.
After hearing about honeycomb and gingerbread being installed on the NC, I decided to give it a shot. After reviewing each OS, I decided on going with gingerbread. I followed a youtube video and a few threads on XDA and eventually installed the gingerbread OS, Gapps, and Netflix.apk files on my Nook. Everything worked fairly well and I was happy.
My question to you all is, would there be a way to take all the apps, OS, etc. that I currently have on my Rooted NC and make an image of it to then put on a bootable SD card?
My ideal end result would be to have:
1. a Bootable SD card with my current apps, OS, etc. on it.
2. a freshly restored nook color.
3. the ability to either remove the SD card to switch between the GB/NC OS, or have a boot option when booting up the Nook.
Any help with this process would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance,
Nick (Nudarkshadowl)

Not only that this thread is not for Nook color, you should instead look over existing material on this subject. I had Nook color previously and there are hundreds of threads with answers for questions that you might have before opening a new one. Just a friendly suggestion.
I've just recently purchased the Nook HD and I did not know I was going to dislike the B&N system it runs on. I just want to run the Android system off of it and it is very difficult. I researched plenty of ways to do it, but they are all very complicated. I have an SD card. Is there an easier way to put the Android system onto my Nook?

No, if you want something besides stock you must use an SD.
I have a simple description on how to install the hybrid on the HD+ linked in my signature. I know you have an HD, so you need to follow my guide but use the files from the HD Hybrid thread. Also on the HD, the converter zip is not necessary. Just skip that step.
