Here you go guys thanks to Curious Tech for getting it to work correctly. We present to you.... Flying Blue Androids Livewallpaper. This is only a color mod and I take no credit for making the original Flying Androids Wallpaper which had green androids skating(Made by Binesy so huge thanks as I love the wallpaper). Themed Blue for anyone else who likes it. I can also theme other colors if Requested and Curious Tech would replace them for me. Request it and I'll see if he's interested.

I've replaced the pngs for you and packed it back up but cannot get it to install. I'm not sure if it needs signed or what is up but it gets all the way to click to install, then it fails.
But the images are swapped out...should be good to go if you can get it to install, sorry my developer skills are sub par at best

Not sure why the link wont work, I've tried it on two pc's and my wifes phone and it works fine. Il try to get it uploaded elsewhere for you
I used root explorer to replace the files, then copied to my pc and repacked as a zip file, then copied back to phone and renamed apk with root explorer.
I also tried to ninja morph it but that didn't work.
Also the original file you uploaded would not install either

Glowing Circle Battery Icon
Last updated October 7, 2010
This MetaMorph theme replaces the battery icon with a smooth-scrolling circle battery. "But there are plenty of those!", you may be exclaiming. What makes mine unique? The percentage inside the circle has a slight glow to it, depending on battery level. The charging animation is also a gradient instead of a solid color!

Here are the color stages:
0-15 = Red
16-30 = Orange
31-50 = Yellow
51-75 = Green
76-100 = Blue
REQUIRES A DEODEXED ROM
To apply:
- Make sure you have a recent nandroid backup
- Download theme and place on SD card
- Open the theme in MetaMorph and apply it
- Wasn't that easy?
Please note: I will not be taking requests for this theme. If you don't like the blue color, or want other colors, I'm sorry, I simply don't have time to do requests. I've posted the photoshop document below incase you want to give it a whack

Love this battery, just wish I could get it working. This was my first attempt on meta morph too so it def.could be user error.
I followed the intructions on first post, then reboot and now where the battery is supposed to be it just gave me no icon, just a black space. I'm on 2.2, any other info you need...
Thanks for any help

Looks awesome, but doesn't seem to work on CM6. Doesn't really surprise me, considering CM is built from source. Hopefully somebody ports this mod.
This icon looks great but I can't get it to replace my current battery icon. I used metamorph for my current icon but when I try to get this one to replace it, the phone reboots like it worked but when it finishes booting it still has my old icon. Any ideas? I've tried it 4 times now with no luck.
hey guys please help me out i m a total noob to metamorph n i really liked that battery icon please tell me how get it on my phone
i have a samsung galaxy 3 GT-I5801 rooted i have metamorph and busybox free version installed
now how do i get it ???

If you are unable to get this mod to work, try the following:
Unzip the package
Navigate to framework-res/res/
Rename the drawable-hdpi-v4 folder to drawable-hdpi
Re-zip package and install on phone
Attached is the mod with these steps applied. This is UNTESTED so let me know how it works for you guys.
Has anybody been able to get this to work in cm6 builds?

i tried this on my wits a81e (w/ 2.2) first on the original and it gave me no battery at all. then i tried the updated version and it did the same thing.
i really want to try and make this work. how do i tell if its just a problem w/ my device and metamorph? is there a way to test this. or is there a way i could install via adb? im still new to this scene so sorry if this a stupid questions.
@op,
if its even possible (considering it may be my device w/ this mod) could one port this to work on said device (given proper credit) and how could i go bout doing this (would really aprreciate ANY advise on this matter) i may be new but can follow instructions and thats how bad i want to make this work. thanks
UPDATE I modified the Cognition 2.3 Beta 4 (Froyo) framework-res.apk and put in the monochrome battery mod. Power button menu works fine with this. I'm not quite sure who all created these I just mixed them.

Normal disclaimer: I'm not responsible for this not working on your phone or causing your phone damage. I can only guarantee it works on my Captivate with Cognition 2.3 Beta 4.
EDIT: Because the framework-res.apk is different on the latest Cognition v2.3b1+ (naturally since it's a different Captivate Froyo version), I created a new framework-res.apk for those. It's attached here. I will probably only keep the oldest and newest that I have available here. The first is for Cog 2.2B9 and the second is for Cog2.3B4.
Thanks so much for this...exactly what I have been looking for and looks great!

Essentially yes. Because I'm not too familiar with ADB, I used Root Explorer. This is the exact process I used.
I first ransferred meter-framework-res.apk to my SDCard on the phone. Then opened Root Explorer on the phone and navigated to sdcard. I copied meter-framework-res.apk to /system/framework folder. I then renamed the original framework-res.apk to framework-res.apk.old. Then renamed meter-framework-res.apk to framework-res.apk. Then finally rebooted.

This is an APK I've had in my apps folder for quite sometime now. I don't remember where I got it or even if I made it my self, but it works like a charm. It appears as a new font in your font selection window so you can still use the default one if you don't like the Armani one. I like APKs way more than recovery .zips because you don't have to restart your phone to use them

Hey guys don't forget the app was only released for certain phone models so most of us will probably need to use some work arounds.
Its working great on Tytung Nexus 2.7. If its not working for you, try this...
- Replace drmprovider.apk in system/apps with this file ( http://www.htchd2forum.com/android-...odes-android-app/?action=dlattach;attach=1284 ). It is the drmprovider.apk from the LG Revolution, which has the required restrictions for Netflix. (Don't forget to back up the original first, just incase).
- Change model name in build.prop to Nexus One (model approved for Netflix service)
- Install Netflix.apk from market (Link in post 1, old Netflix apps that have been floating around didn't work for me, just this one).
Restart phone and try it out! That did it for me, hope it helps on other roms. Good luck!
Props to poster of LG Revolution drmprovide.apk to the guys at htchd2forum, OP of this thread for Netflix.apk, my idea on the build.prop model.

Can you provide a little more detailed instructions on how to complete this process please?
Download and extract the linked file drmprovider.apk. Use Root Explorer to open system/apps and copy the file to that folder, replacing the old one. Then, find build.prop file in the system folder, long hold and select open in text editor, change the product line to Nexus One (see the screen shot in my previous post) then save and exit. Download and install the Netflix app (from first post) then reboot your phone. See if it works

Thank you! I will give it a shot in about an hour when I am done with some school work.
It shouldn't effect my rom at all, right?
Has anyone tried this method with the Desire z Sense NAND Zip Rom?
Working on hyperdroid CM7 v2.0.1
I used the link in this thread to DL the apk. It installed and opened fine, movies running smooth. I didn't have to rename the phone in build.prop or change the drmprovider. It just worked. At least for now. And with the 4.3" big screen the movies look great. Eat your heart out 3.5" iPhone.
No it shouldn't effect anything else really. Your phone will just be recognized as a nexus one now.
