First of all, let me say that I really envy the American HTC users who seem extremely satisfied with HTC on that side of the globe. Unfortunately, it seems that even after owning HTC phones for the last 4 years, I havent learnt my lesson that HTC Singapore is truly incapable.
My nexus one started developing an erratic screen and it was to the point where i couldnt even type a message properly without having to power cycle the device to set the screen straight. I called them on the 11th of Aug to send it in (they pick up the devices here from you, so a little kudos there), however, they were unable to supply me a loaner. They said if i sent it for repair in 2 weeks, they would be able to help me out, so I waited. On the 23rd, I called them to check, and lo and behold, the service rep says they have no loaner phones at all, and will not be able to help. I figure what the heck, time to dust off the old winmo touch pro and just send the nexus one in ... the tech promises me a 3-5day turn around. 1 week later I call them up, and the tech tells me they had a problem sourcing screens, and would need to hold on to my phone "indefinitely" ... I asked him if he was off his rocker and since I had work to attend to, I left it at that. I fired off an email at night to their customer service email address, and get a reply that it will be taken care off. Literally the next day, I get an email saying my phone is ready, and it will be couriered to me the next day. I was impressed. Needless to say, when i received my phone yesterday, I was in for a rude shock... (point to note: when I sent in my phone, even the courier remarked that my phone didnt have a single scratch anywhere on it) they had sent me the phone with the screen protector half peeled off (they didnt even have the decency to replace it since they ripped it off, but i figured since they replaced the screen, it was worth it) .. i look around the phone, and there's now a scratch right next to volume rocker. Since it was the same courier who picked up the phone, he told me to send them an email, since he himself recalled there were no scratches ... I told myself for a 6mth old phone, I could live with the scratch .. I power cycle the phone and ...
the bloody screen was still erratic! they had simple reset my phone to factory (which i had already tried, in order to get rid of the problem) and sent it back to me (since i recalled that they said they didnt have the screen in stock anyway) ... so now i am, more than a week with the phone in their hands, and nothing to show for it except a scratched nexus one with a peeling screen protector. to add insult to injury, i contacted them and was told someone would call to rectify the situation ... which obviously no one has now ...
it really sucks because i really enjoy this phone ... i bought 2 - one for the girlfriend and one for myself, and hers works perfectly fine, so i know my screen's just nuts ... now the hard part is getting the "fantastic" guys over @ HTC to fix it again, since they still said they have no loaners at all ... *sigh*
Has anyone ever had any good experiences with HTC Singapore??
if you made it this far, thanks .. i had to rant somewhere .. ><

I feel your pain. I've had utterly horrible encounters with HTC Singapore as well. Not just me but a buddy of mine too. We should start a FB group saying what we really think about their support. Maybe that might generate enough negative publicity for them to fire their staff and do a 180.
Best we can do is just not buy their products. I'm already telling my friends to get samsung or motorola phones from now on.

let me be straightforward with you caysman - i have no qualms rewarding when service is met or exceeded ... i believe i may be one of the few singaporeans who tips everywhere he goes. whether its a kopitiam, starbucks or your neighbourhood restaurant. i have no problem throwing down $10 for a $50 meal if i enjoyed the service. likewise with the attitude ... i sent caltex a letter commending the guy who pumps gas at my regular station because he always went out of his way to be polite (and if you would like to see the letter, by all means, ask). not every singaporean only complains ... i spent a good sum on an exotic supercar .. the service is immaculate, even though the warranty's been up for more than 3 years. the dealer cares enough about his customers that he will wake up at 5am to attend to a customer's problem if he has to. is it so much to ask that if i buy the top of the line htc cellphone, that they honor their warranty at the least? all i asked was for a functioning screen, i did not root the phone or do anything crazy with it - all it has to do is work fine. i didnt complain till it came back to me in the same condition that i sent it in.
so while your outlook on singaporeans may be pretty poor for reasons unknown to me, it wouldnt be fair to generalize.
Boastful singaporean, where is your grace?
Acting like god, rewarding when you see fit? The arrogance off it all just as you buy your first lambo (novelty still there to boast about it huh?)

Oops you probably have a red ferrari, not a lambo. Pendants usually go for Fs. Enough money to buy the perfect life not knowing that with todays technology,' good enough' is the secret to true happiness.
And u bought the nexus one not for its technology but for its exclusivity. Most of your dumb potters have iphones.
And some in my posts lie the nugget of truth describing the cancer in the world's second richest country.

well, its painfully obvious now to me ... with you, "cannot win" ... since you have to be right about everything and have your own ideas set in stone - you are welcome to them. but please dont force your ideas of what others would like to do / purchase with their own money. do what you like with your money and perceive everything as you will, but being bitter about it and telling people off because they worked hard to buy certain things just goes to show what kind of person you truly are. if you have any more "useful" nuggets of information, feel free to pm me and spare everyone else your posts. i have no problem debating this matter with you but if you are unable to contribute to the thread, please stop making it go off topic.

@mokurex I am very familar with the Singaporean people.
@xevilutionx off topic? How did EXOTIC SUPERCARS get into the thread
[all other crap by me deleted. I don't want to fight anymore]
@mokurex: well caysman is probably singaporean / living in singapore, not sure what his game is but oh well.
@caysman: its called an example, since you allowed yourself the opportunity to generalize an entire country / populace based on your beliefs.
again, as you pointed out, no point to argue since you have your ideas and i have mine. think of me as you wish, since its obvious i have nothing i can say that would change your mentality.
@bullyfrog: while the idea of a fb group sounds good, the problem is that HTC may be outsourcing its repair services here... hence the differentiation in levels of service between usa and singapore, for example.
@x You take part in that pathetic singaporean thread at ferrarichat?

The N7 isnt being sold in my country, so some friends will be visiting the USA this month and i want them to buy me one. The thing is, after reading about some of the problems the device has, and people returning it 3-4-5 times, im afraid im gonna get a defective device and then im screwed cuz i wont have any store to go and replace it.
My Nexus7 has no problems at all and I love it. Its well worth the price I paid for the 16GB.

I'm from India and I'm also afraid about product quality. Here getting 8GB model for $250. I want to know, is nexus 7 supports USB on the go feature so that I can use pen drive for external storage? and what are cons you guys faced with your nexus 7 yet?
Guys, don't step out in the road, you have more chance of getting hit by a bus than you have of getting a bad N7!
The N7 works with all kinds of external storage but you need to root it first, there's good instructions on what to do on these forums when you need them.
/edit, just had a thought, those might not be very good odds in India
As someone who has received three units with screen lifting, I wouldn't caution you as strongly as you might expect me to.
That's the only really common defect, and in most cases it is not severe enough to affect usage. The last two I received have been minor cases of separation. The reason I won't accept this flaw is because of the possibility that it will worsen over time, but keep in mind that this is speculative.
My experience with the device has been overwhelmingly positive aside from this, and if the Nexus 7 is right for you then it may be worth purchasing even if you do get one with the kind of separation I've been dealing with. Although the warranty friendly fixes have been found to be temporary, if it bothers you that much then good old fashioned super glue will do the trick. Many who have gone through multiple returns have decided that they like the tablet enough to dispense with this RMA business and jimmy it down themselves.
Don't let anyone tell you that screen lifting is a rare thing, but it's not the end of the world. This is a great device even with the fault.
You can get your friend to check it for you and if its bad return it on the spot.

I'm new in this forum and know nothing about rooting, but I would love to root my nexus 7 if someone give me link to proper instructions.
And yea the price for 8GB Nexus 7 is best anyone can get in India right now. On ebay india it costs approx 320$ for 8GB N7.
So buying N7 8GB for 8GB is a great deal for me.
Is there any chance that by now there is an already free defects batch rolling out?
I remember when the HTC Sensation came out it had also multiple issues. I bought mine about 5 months later and had no issues at all. I cant do it here because either i buy it this month or i wont buy it at all
:bump:
@Dr. Sheldon take a look at the android development sub-section in the Nexus 7 forum. There are several methods of rooting the device, most of them requires little interactions with the device.
Also, the ones who have had defects are among the thousands who haven't encountered any problems, so your odds should be pretty good. Best luck to you mate.

Don't be afraid, that's what Apple want to to feel. That's where this whole myth of Nexus7 problems originate from...
The vast majority of Nexus7's are fine. You only hear about the ones with problems.. (or claimed problems. I suspect only 10% of those are genuine, the other 90% Apple viral marketing at work).
People here are saying there's a small amount of defective n7s but I'm on my third one. First 2 had dead pixels, and my current one has screen lift. Guess I have extremely bad luck
I got mine overseas and notice screen flickering and screen tear the first day.
I also cannot return it.
But I pop it open (easy enough) and tighten the screw, it seems to fix the screen tear.
Only notice the tear once yesterday after a whole week. And people on forum already has solution for flickering.
So I cannot settle if it is hardware or software related.
I think for the price of half an iPad, it is lighter and smaller.
So I can definitely deal with the small imperfection.
So go ahead and get it.

The very vocal minority here may have problems, but the majority (the 99% lol) have no issues. If there was a global issue, I'm sure you'd hear about it on NBC/Fox/CrApple News/etc. I have my Nexus, no issues and I love the thing. Great device and no regrets!

Hi Dr. Sheldon
I have hours worth of videos on the Nexus 7. Showing OTG functionality(mouse/keyboard, remotes, usb hubs, controllers, camera connection and control), how to root, comparison, NFC in action, streaming your desktop screen, and more. My youtube channel is down below in the signature. But these are my perspective. There are allot of great videos others are publishing showing all the good and bad from different viewpoint. As a developer and hobby android developer, this is a great device. This is a great forum and community that will really unlock allot of potential in the Nexus 7, the most interesting sub-forum in my opinion is the Nexus 7 Developer.
For rooting Nexus 7, this is a very comprehensive video that was put together: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MrZaU5i2x4w&hd=1
Best Regards

There is no such thing. There will always be a number of defective devices for various reasons when things are mass produced. The number of issues you are seeing in the forum is skewed as most people who have no issues, rarely use forums or post about their experiences.
I've now touched and used 5 brand new 16gb Nexus 7's out of the box and they were all fine. The first was in the first initial pre-launch batches with the latest being 3 days ago. I know that others have had issues but that is the experience that I've been seeing.
I got my 2nd one today and it has screen lift and burn in.
I'm getting a refund.

I genuinely hope mine comes perfect, but I was just wondering if anyone from HTC has came out to clarify some of the build issues such as gaps in the unibody.
Or if anyone has had contact directly with HTC highlighting these issues.
...and of course what actions HTC will be taking ?
I know the phone was initially delayed but it still seems as though people are receiving defective handsets.
The gap and speaker covers I think htc is looking at the glue for them

same - a complete guess by me would probably be around 25-30% of XDA users with Ones just from seeing threads etc.
no idea for general people - theyre probably much less fussy
How often are fresh batches made? I mean is it done every couple of week, a month..
I'm thinking of getting the One in May.. Will that be a few batches in?

In terms of gaps and other issues, that's a question of better fittings to fill the gaps. For things like speaker covers falling off, it's probably a glue issue.
Otherwise, there's basically zero issues. Compared to last year, HTC has improved a lot.
Mine is pretty flawless considering the issues that have been reported here. Just a super tiny gap at the top end of the display, but barely noticeable. Not gonna return it, would most likely get a worse one.

This ^^. Although I'm UK Midlands and I'll be having " one " ( pun ) from first batch.
I'll do exactly the same ha ha. I think I'll be ok, I just want to actually get the bloody device now !
The wait is killing me and my Arc S is just dying with its measly 512MBram.
A previous poster makes a good point - only people who have a problem (or a Samsung) are likely to post.
Just to try to redress that, I got my One on March 22nd - clearly an early batch.
It has no overhang, no gaps between the case and edging strip, no loose speaker grille - in fact absolutely no defect that I can find. Up to now, all features have worked perfectly.
This is, without doubt, the best quality and most exciting phone I have ever owned.
I think people forgot how bad things got last year. Last year the One X forums were LITTERED with massive issues. People talking about how the phone overheated to the point that the polycarbonate started to deform, how the display would flicker and corrupt, how there were lamination issues and yellow spots everywhere on the display. How their phone would creak and the massive gaps that would show. How their wifi antenna would break.
A year may seem like a long time ago, but it was only a year ago that the One X had horrible defect rates.

This time HTC will take care as company's future depends on HTC One. HTC really needs a hughly succesfull phone to get back into the business. HTC One X was their worst mistake in terms of QC.
Yup, mostly ppl with issues will complain about the phone, which is absolutely normal in the General or Q&A sections. So I think for the most part the rest don't have any issues. The S3 forums had many threads exposing problems as well, the Amoled screen on mine turned yellowish when tilted 20 degrees or so and there were many issues with black ink marks which made me and several other ppl angry even though it's an amazing phone.
I think it's normal to try and see if other ppl have the same issue and if there is a solution. Aside from the uneaven build quality which many early batches have I'd say that's very good issues wide.
I don't get why there could be issues between owners of HTC and Samsung, we're all supposed to be on the same side and trying to make android and our android phones better. Both phones are good no one can deny that

What is more funny is you have guys setting up threads complaining about the phone, when they dont even own one
I assume phone is now delayed due to build issues and also from what I hear camera issues be it software or hardware ?? Went to buy one from 3 the strand uk they had none but when I was looking to buy the manager got on the phone then said some are on the way. I asked about issues and he basically avoided the questions so asked about stock levels and he wouldn't tell me. I was put off by the staffs shady behaviour so it convinced me to wait for 64gb which was advertised on an in store flyer. I asked about it and manager said they wont get it. Just felt like they were not being honest want the phone now but decided to wait. Just hope 64gb is released in uk!!!

Gaps in the unibody is a completely made up issue imo. I have still not seen a gap in the construction in any photo posted here. I have seen small gaps, as thin as a hair, where the speaker grille attaches. This is not the zero-gap unibody, it's a speaker grille. This phone is built better than probably any phone on the market today, or in recent memory. All of the whining about "poor build quality" sounds childish and is undeserved by HTC. If anything they deserve some praise for the incredibly GOOD build quality of the One.
I have an HTC One and I laid it face down on my desk at work and the phone rocks like a table with uneven legs. What concerns me is I can easily twist the phone back flat with very little pressure (almost no pressure at all). The phone seems to have very little structural rigidity since it is glued together instead of being screwed together. Has anyone else noticed the unibody twisting?
I'm unable to repeat what you're saying (not that I have a clue why you're trying to do it in the first place). The build quality on this phone feels waaaay too solid for me to warp it even slightly.
I didn't intend to bend the phone, I noticed it was twisted when I laid it down. I was curious if anyone else noticed the the phone not being flat when laid face down.

I know it sounds odd that the phone is twisting, but it is twisting.
I went to ATT today and the rep acknowledge the unibody is flexing and its not normal. His advice was to wait and see if the flexing worsened, if it does then send it in for repair under warranty... because right now he thinks HTC would claim it is in tolerance and return it unrepaired.

If your within the return period you have the right to swap it out for another if you are not satisfied.. HTC shouldn't even get involved. Speak with the supervisor if they give you issues

I decided to call the ATT tech line... The tech was sympathetic to my problem and we had a conference call with a HTC rep. After explaining my issue with the phone he recommend that ATT swap it for me as the described defect was not repairable. The HTC rep also said the phone should not flex at all. The ATT tech then setup an in store exchange for me...I made the exchange and all is good.

So, is the phone "Twisted" or is it "Twisting" lol ... I can understand if you have a faulty phone and it left the factory twisted but the way you are wording things suggest it started off straight and each day you wake up it's a little more twisted lol
... I'd just take it back to the shop you bought it from and get it swapped if it's defective.
me too
I found this thread after searching for ‘htc one twisted’ in google.
I also have this problem. Having owned the phone for just over 2 weeks I took it out of its official HTC flip case to dust it off and for some strange reason laid it face down on my desk and noticed that it did not lie flat! Closer examination reveals that the whole device is in fact twisted along its long axis. Now that I have noticed it, I see it all the time.
One difference however to the other story here is they mine is quite rigid and would not straighten...proof I suppose that I have not mistreated it.
I have had other issues which resulted in me sending it back such as a scratch out of the box, ill fitting sim tray, poorly finished edges and just general poor workmanship. I worked in a lab for many years making instruments and if I made something like this, even without the twist, I would have honestly thrown it out and started over.
I have phoned HTC and they have so far been very helpful and have promised to replace the case of the phone for me. It was just collected today so Ill keep you all posted.

UPDATE:
Despite being very helpful on the phone, HTC has returned my device with a letter stating that "we were unable to replicate the fault" despite me sending pages of photographs showing the problem. Because of this stunning incompetence I have written letters of complaints to both HTC and Phones4u. Under the sale of goods act I have the right to a device "of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose". I am not happy at all, in fact I am furious with HTC keeping the phone for a week, essentially acusing me of having an overactive imagination and returning the phone with further damage! I plan to take this as far as it needs to go until I am satisfied.
You can see details of my problems here by the way: http://kelvinvine.wordpress.com/2013/09/09/my-stunningly-twisted-htc-one/
I read your blog post and was pretty sympathetic of your situation until that last line... Buy an iPhone instead?! Are you nuts?! Heathen!
But seriously, I remember that after I had my phone for about a week i noticed the exact same thing you're talking about. It was a bit teeaned) tweaked, and I could twist it straight. But then I got distracted by how amazing my phone was and completely forgot about it just now. I can understand how the scratches that it came with are pretty unacceptable, but completely discrediting an amazing phone because of a few millimeters of twist? That's like buying an amazing sports car that's fast, comfortable, gorgeous and in every way perfect, but then saying it's a crap car because there is a cosmetic defect that you wouldn't even notice in day to day use and that doesn't impact the user experience at all. It's just silly.
Every day I love my HTC One more and more. It's an absolutely revolutionary phone and I would recommend it to anyone. If you're a nit-picky person who's going to be obsessed with microscopic imperfections, that's fine and you have every right to be that way, but don't mislead people onto thinking that the average person wouldn't be ecstatically satisfied with the HTC One

You really should give people the benefit of the doubt before resorting to name calling. If you read my blog post before that one you will only see praise for the HTC One. Of course its a great phone other than the build quality and I would buy another if the post-sale treatment wasn't so distasteful. My post was ONLY ever about the disappointing build quality and the stupendously incompetent HTC repair staff. This is fact backed up by photographic evidence, not my opinion...and not name calling....which is unfortunately what pervades the internet during technology discussions.
Just to clarify, I am certain the average person will be completely happy with the HTC One. However I expect a premium product when I pay a premium price. Some may call me nit picky while others will say I am a connoisseur. Think fine wine. Notwithstanding, This doesn't mean I should not let the world know about the potential for problems so other nit picky people like myself, whom I know quite a few of, can steer clear does it?
And I'm not really going to buy an iPhone...oh god...its a figure of speech...but if I did....you shouldn't have a problem with that either....as I know loads of average, and even above average people with iPhones.

I consider your post pretty fair and your point more or less valid, but... conoisseur? Really? For being able to distinguish between a straight line and a not so straight line? In a mass produced gadget?
I fail to see the parallel between this and someone of discerning and educated taste.
Even if it was just an analogy, the simple fact that you chose to use that word in your analogy just stinks of an unsubstantiated sense of superiority. I don't know you and I may be wrong but this is what you come across as.
Sorry for going off topic and picking on people in this thread but i just had to speak my mind.

edit: Story of my process last night.
So I got my phone in the morning, and opened it up to find the screen was swirled and scratched and looked really bad in any light. Luckily my mom preordered the S6 (I have the S6 Edge) so I went over to her house to compare phones or to see if she had any scratches on hers. Her phone was absolutely perfect and was a good side by side of what my phone should have looked like. So I went into the AT&T store to activate and talk about getting a replacement or something.
I told AT&T about my concerns about the swirling and scratching and the worker that was helping me looked at it and then tried to justify it. He told me that it looked like a "geometric pattern" so clearly it wasn't from shipping and it was clearly from manufacturing. I think he was trying to comment on the concentric circling of the scratches, so I got what he was saying, but regardless of where the damage came from I felt like they should be responsible for it since they are the ones selling the phone.
Well, I asked what my options are. He told me that I couldn't activate the phone because then I wouldn't be able to return it to an AT&T store to get it replaced. He then told me that it was Samsungs problem and that I should contact their support to get it fixed, since it was a preorder he claimed the phone came straight from Samsung and not AT&T so they aren't responsible. A manager walked over to see how everything was going and when I mentioned my issues, he basically just told me that it sucked. He then walked away. On my way out I told another manager (I am assuming they were both managers. They had dress coats on that said Manager and had the AT&T logo on it.) The other manager said basically the same thing.... "Bummer." And that was it. I walked out with no options from AT&T.
I contacted Samsung and their support told me that I need to talk to AT&T about it since Samsung only manufactures the phones and AT&T sells them, so it's AT&Ts problem since they are the ones actually selling the device. So I got the official run around.
My only bet is to go back to AT&T on the 10th... which I'm supposed to be out of town, so I'm not sure what I'm going to do.
Going to try to contact AT&T today and see what they say.
Like T-Mobile people were complaining about, the screen is swirled straight out of the box. It looks really bad.
I can try and get pictures if people want. Just figured I'd get a thread started to see if anyone else has the problem.
Edit: Picture here. I'll take more tonight.

Some closeup pictures please. I was checking with someone else on other thread who received his AT&T device. No scratches on his. And maybe you should update the existing scratches thread.

Place of manufacturing? Vietnam?

I tried getting a picture, but I only have my phone and it won't focus on the screen.
Um, I'm not sure the place of manufacture, I'd assume vietnam.
I went to the att store and they basically said I have to talk to samsung about it.

Yeah, F that. They sold you the scratched up device and now they don't want to take responsibility for it.
Welp... it continues. Guess I'll call AT&T while I'm opening mine tomorrow just to make sure I have a replacement on the way before I even have time to be disappointed lol.

It's the same exact swirl pattern that people on the T-Mobile forums are talking about. It looks like an old cars paint in the sun.
Sorry to see you have this problem. Both the phones that I've received, mine and my girlfriend's, seem to be scratch free. I tried to scrutinize with the brightest light I could find, the sun etc, but I couldn't see a blemish. The battery life is crap, but that's another story.
Hope you get this resolved.

I just want to use the phone. I was so excited to use it, but I can't activate it because then AT&T apparently won't let me exchange it...
I wouldn't mind the scratches if I was allowed to use the phone until a new, scratch free one got here... but whatever. Stuck with my S4 while everyone else gets to enjoy their new stuff.
In all honesty man, I'd try another ATT store. I think they are just trying to shirk responsibility. Or call them and have them overnight you one. It is their product, their responsibility.

Yeah, talking with AT&T support now.
Is anyone getting Edge's that aren't scratched?
My 128gb Black Sapphire Edge should be here tomorrow. Think I'll be taking it to my local AT&T next to my work to unbox it so there is no discrepancies incase the display is scratched.

I called ATT support and they are sending me a new one out.
Sucks because I got the phone on Monday, but I probably won't get to actually use one until the end of the week. Which is fine, just excited.
However, I am going to assume this new one getting sent out is going to be scratched too.
The 128GB models have been fine I think, mostly 32GB models are scratched. Which makes me feel dumb for buying the 32GB model now... Should have just gotten the bigger version.
I used to work in an AT&T store, basically replacing the phones in store is the managers discretion and they never want that on their audit because it somehow looks bad for them, or at least that is the impression our manager gave us. So our store handled those situations the same way, we just kind of keep passing off the blame and hope it will carry the customer out of the store (no longer our problem).
The only way to get something done through AT&T is to call into support as you did, sometimes support will even notate on the account that the store has to replace the device. This kind of forces the store to do so, because there is a trail and the regional manager would get pissed when they discover the store keeps passing off issues. We had a customer do that once and our manager still refused to replace it, so the customer kept calling into support until the regional manager was notified and took a look at the account and then they see notes for weeks that the customer has attempted going into a store for help and been fighting with the store manager.

How sure are you about this?
The reason I ask is that I hadn't really noticed many people posting which specific model they had that was scratched, but there could be some credibility to it, and a bit of shady dealings on Samsung's part if this is actually the case.
Should have my 128GB in a few hours here.

I've only seen maybe one person complain about 128GB version, everyone else with 128GB versions have been fine.
However, everyone with 32GB versions seem to be having the issue. It could be coincidence and have to do with popularity of the 32GB over the 128GB.

So exactly how'd this process go for you?
They gave me so much run around I've got half a mind to go to every AT&T store I can just to curse out random employees until I feel better.
The short of the line of crap they gave me is that the shipper (FedEx) is to blame and that a case will have to be opened with them before -anything- else occurs. This of course leaves me with no device until they and FedEx discuss whatever they need to in order to deal with this bullcrap.
What I'm going to do for now is see if I can wait until the local retail store gets their units in to just do an exchange. If that doesn't work, I don't know... maybe I'll be an ass and let my lawyer give them a call. Frankly I'm just that irritated at this point.
