reasons for returning - HTC Vivid, Raider, Velocity

never used ATT's return service and had a few questions.
1) is 'no unlocked bootloader' a 'valid' reason for return? or should I mention the random reboots, extreme dislike of sense, and problems with the headphone jack?
2) is there a $35 fee? And if so, any tips on getting this waived?
3) if i bought as 'an upgrade', and i return, does that 'upgrade' get credited back to me if I choose not to use it at the time of return?
I am contemplating going back to my previous device until a phone comes out that I actually want, or returning and swapping for SGSII, but I want some info before I make that move.
Thanks,

I am actually curious about your third question regarding the upgrade.. I've always wondered the same thing.

I wouldn't try the "not unlocked bootloader" as an excuse, as that's the way it was when you bought it. (yes, I'm pissed about it too, though.) I'd use whatever else it's doing/not doing.
There is a "restocking fee" and I've not had much luck getting around that. A small price to pay, I guess.
Yes, your 2 year extension returns. (I think that's what you're asking?) I did that to a samsung captivate a couple years ago, and a month or so later re-upgraded to a BB Torch. I was basically "off contract" between those times.

1. AFAIK, no. Reboots and headphone jack are the only valid ones out of the ones you listed.
2. Yes, and it won't be waived. Standard protocol with most expensive electronics.
3. Yes, it is credited back if it is within 30 days. I've done this before.

+1 on the answer to 3...upgrade resets. I checked on this yesterday at my local AT&T store as I'm considering returning my Vivid Sunday (end of my 30 days) to BB but then possibly getting the LG Nitro HD from the AT&T store and didn't want to screw myself out of the upgrade. AT&T rep said so long as I return my Vivid to BB within 30 days of purchase, system will reset to be upgrade eligible again.

I don't mean to hijack the thread but I have a question regarding number 3 with returning and upgrade.
I originally upgraded to the Skyrocket then exchanged it for my Vivid. I was charged the restocking fee for having returned the Skyrocket. Can I still return my Vivid and get the upgrade eligibility back? So in essence, could I return my Vivid then - if I felt like it - just get another Vivid again under upgrade?

Are you sure about that? I upgraded to the SGSII, exchanged for the Vivid during the 30 day window, and went to the ATT corporate store last night to look at the Skyrocket and they told me I couldn't do another exchange. I pointed out how dumb that was since i paid $35 for the first restock and would have to pay another $35 for the second restock but they seemed pretty sure of themselves and said if what I was trying to do was the case, people would just keep doing it to get a new phone every month. If the boot loader on the Vivid isn't unlocked this week, should I try again?

This is what I did, too. I upgraded to the Skyrocket, exchanged it for the Vivid at the cost of the $35 restocking fee. Then I messed up my first Vivid and they changed it for free (corporate store). I later went back to exchange it for a white one and they said that only one exchange is allowed.. which is why I'm curious as to whether or not I can return the device and get back my update.

Anybody want to trade a iPhone 4 32gb for a vivid

..
Isn't there a thread somehwere that said the Vivid and the Raider's bootloader can be unlocked at HTCdev.com? I don't think the phone is listed but apparently, it worked.
Anyways, I think the stock is good enough. Will wait for the ICS update when it comes out soon.

No variations of the Holiday - Vivid or Raider - are listed on HTCdev, but the Raider can still be unlocked. The Vivid can't.

I had no issues returning my vivid last week. I simply told them I wanted to trade for the skyrocket because I didn't like the weight of the vivid compared to the skyrocket. I was out of town and was able to return the vivid for 199 and buy the skyrocket for 149. The area I was in had the $100 discount on the LTE phones, which makes no sense because I was in an area that had no hopes of getting LTE in the near future but live in an area that has LTE...
I did let them know the main reason I returned the vivid was the locked bootloader when I filled out their survey on the phone.

did you purchase for $100, and return for $200?

advntage of upgrading is to do it @ Costco store if u can. They let you swap quite a few phones and no restocking fee. Also you can exchange your phone within 90 days for any other phone for any reason- all you need to say is that you dont like it. However keep in mind that regular contract extension kicks in after 30 days are up. Before vivid i had sgs2 and had reception issues - returned, took atrix2 and phone was awesome in every aspect but camera was useless (10x worse than camera on my trusty nokia n95) so atrix2 was returned too in favor of vivid. i like vivid so far the best (aside bootloader issue) but my fault is that i have not learned my lesson back from the day of tilt2 and class actions for video drivers with HTC...nothing happened then, and i strongly believe that nothing will happen now with Vivid also...but i still like it.... if we get b-loader unlock , fine... if not i personally can wait until end of January next year and if Costco gets some other cool phone i'll swap Vivid cause that is when my 90 days are up..

if we bought our vivid from dialing 611 to AT&T can we return it to costco? or do we have to return it to AT&T and then go to costco to get whatever else we buy?

of course not, your 1st purchase and all exchanges must be done through Costco...same as if you are to buy tv in BestBuy and wanted to return it to WalMart...

Some people seem to have exchange and return a little mixed up in this thread. If you bought one phone and exchanged it for another you are still free to go return that new one. Just use an old backup phone or something. I would advise people to not do exchanges at all anyways and just return the phone. It's a little but of a PITA, but it's worth it. This is assuming you bought in store. Online or over the phone is a bigger mess with exchanges and returns.

Refurbished Phones?

So i would like to upgrade from my wizard to a tilt. I can get a Refurbished Tilt for $149 through ATT by extending my contract. I was advised to stay away from refurbs by the the local ATT franchise location. I get the feeling like he would rather have my business. So would you say its worth the savings? Im sure a refurb is as free from cosmetic and software/hardware issues as a new phone?
Your suggestions?
Thank you!
Josh
refurbs are fine, i have one, and plenty other ppl here use refurbs, $150 for a tilt?? you cant beat that
They say any device has a high percent chance of breaking in the first 30 days if it is indeed going to break. So when you get the refurb phone you will also get a 30 days????? warranty too. In theory, if it doesnt' break within that time frame then you should be mostly safe with that phone.
150 buck for a kaiser is an excellent deal. Dont miss it.. Don't bother on warranty or whatever, just dont miss the deal if the device looks okay and works just fine.
Regards,
Carty..
You should have bought it last week for free. I got my BRAND NEW tilt when they first came out for 179. The 150 deal for a refurb will only get cheaper. It's not an amazing deal.

I hate refurbs. I got one yesterday through a warranty replacement and it is scratched up beyond recognition. Granted, the 7201 chip was fast, but other than that, it was disgusting. There is a high possibility someone did something awful to/with it..

That sounds odd -- refurbs are *supposed* to be "like new". Have you contacted ATT?
I got a refurb for $199 on 2/6/08. Yesterday, the screen wouldn't come on (the green power light and bluetooth light were blinking normally). Did a soft reset. It started to boot normally so I set it down to wait for it to finish. When I picked it back up, it had the same problem. Soft reset again. This time it comes up w/ the boot loader screen.
I didn't want to mess w/ MTTY, so I took it in to the store down the street. They sent me to the warranty center about 10 miles away, and it they replaced it no questions asked. I'm pretty sure I now have another refurb, but that's OK.
I was running the latest stock AT&T ROM w/ some HTC software, but nothing exotic.

I did, and they overnighted me a new one, which I just got 30 minutes ago.. It's in better condition than my own phone, and I'm anal when it comes to my gadgets!
Refurb Tilt
I'm very happy with my refurbished Tilt. It looks brand new, except for the scratches I caused from drops. I got it for the $150 price with the 2 year contract. It has been unlocked and a HTC rom has been loaded. Its an amazing phone. It has replaced my Moto e680 and my iPod, due to Resco Radio (streaming music over 3G) I've added an 8gb mico sd card, Moto S9 bluetooth stereo headset, and the adapter to charge and audio out to my car stereo through a cassette adapter.
I'm on my second refurbed tilt (the same deal as yours, $149 with the extension of my contract).
My first refurb tilt's screen died and I had to send it back. The weird thing I noticed is that when I received my replacement refurb, it had more plastic protection pieces than my first refurb. I'm not sure what that means, but I've had no issues at all with my second refurb.

Maybe you should look into the Thread for the Sleep Of Death.
My first refurb AT&T Tilt had a completely screwed up keyboard.. The whole area around the right soft key on the keyboard was raised and it was nearly impossible to type any of the keys nearby and the screen pressed the softkey constantly, waking it up and hitting the right softkey on me randomly.
After much fuss with AT&T to actually order a replacement phone for me (TWO times they supposidly did it but didn't in reality!) the replacement seems to be good.
I'd like to find out if folks have trouble SIM unlocking a refurb phone.
No, I didn't have problems getting the unlock code from AT&T. But the code didn't work. After a lot of fuss AT&T told me to go back to the DSC (Device Support Center) and get another refurb (warranty exchange). Now I'm on my 2nd refurb and got another unlock code from AT&T. The code still doesn't work.
Apparently I followed the instructions to the tee. (FYI, I got my original brand new fully paid for Tilt unlocked following the instructions so I know the drill).
So I'd like to find out if any of you have similar experience in unlocking a refurb. Thanks.
i used to think that refurbs were no big problem, but when my original brand new tilt GPS stopped working warranty sent me a refurb to replace it, long story short it didn't work and neither did the other three they sent me to replace each one before, i even got one with a cracked LCD, i would say go to the att store and get a new one where you know that is has never been touched by anyone stupid and you are gauranteed to get a working phone. my att store credited me the money towards the phone when i told them i could get the same phone on newegg for 150, they charged me 150 and i got a free bluetooth headset with it as well. look around on sites like new egg and when you go into the store tell them that you found the phone cheaper elsewhere and ask why you should buy from them and use your upgrade when you can get the phone cheaper online and use your upgrade with att for something else. 9 times out of 10 they let you have the cheaper price

Class Action Lawsuit

I have been in contact with several friends of mine in the legal field who have direct friends in the class action field. They will be able to draft a complaint for us against HTC for their deceptive business practices. What we need is a list of those of us who have so far paid the actual 35 dollar restocking fee to AT&T because of this bootloader issue. I.e., we paid for the phone with the understanding that the bootloader would be unlocked per the statements of HTC's CEO. We purchased a phone with expectation of certain abilities and we are actively denied them. We are thus forced to return our phones and are charged a fee from AT&T/HTC.
I am assured that we will be able to mount a good attack on them because of these lies. Anyone willing to put their name down as representatives of the class? Im returning mine tomorrow and will be the first to sign my name on the dotted line with the receipt to prove that their deceptive business practices/outright lies by the CEO of the company have cost me 35 dollars.
Edit : And more.....
Andrew Ogden Feel free to message me if you would like to be included (I have received 33 messages in the last 13 minutes since this post). We are also drafting an FTC complaint against HTC. 1 hour ago · Like
HTC Hi Andrew - We're working on this, but unfortunately I don't have anything yet. Check out this thread for more: https://www.facebook.com/HTC/posts/10150571266758084 16 minutes ago · Like
Andrew Ogden Oh I am aware of that conversation. So are the 86 people so far who have messaged me on Facebook about their returns of the vivid already. I have 11 images of receipts showing the restocking fees that this debacle has been costing us. Once we hit 50 then complaint will be filed. Since it took 1 hour to get 11 confirmed customers damaged by the lies of HTC, I imagine well file by close of business tomorrow.
How about those of us who are unable to return the device? I hate to say it, but I'm looking on CL for Skyrocket trades.

We are still working on a way to include that in the statement. If you incur any costs going to another phone, as in paying EVEN more to get rid of your less than advertised phone, then we might be able to get it in.

Is it they Are not going to and Refuse to unlock the bootloader
OR
Are they saying it just isn't available now at this moment and will get around to it?

a bit of both.
1. The CEO Stated on May 26th that HTC would "no longer be locking the bootloaders on our devices"
LIE Unlike Samsung, HTC Bootloaders are locked by default and users must jump through hoops, including signing away their right to warranty to unlock them... when an unlock is even available for their device
2. Many Devices, the HTC Vivid amongst them, have no unlock available
3. HTC's closest statement to an actual statement on the issue, is that they have no unlock available. They "continue to work with carriers to unlock devices"
4. AT&T sells Samsung phones unlocked by default, meaning this is not a carrier issue.

What is the availability like?

I'm planning to get one for my gf for christmas but i'll only have a weekend in the US to purchase one and have to make sure I get one.
Are they in stock at AT&T stores nationwide? I'm going to be in south florida (miami/ft. lauderdale area) and just want to make sure. I tried ordering on AT&T's website but you can't purchase it without a contract, I hope it's not like that in store too.
Any suggestions?
Simply put, are they in stock everywhere or will I have a hard time finding one?

Hard to say, I bought mine the first the day it came out. The AT&T store where I got it only had one (the one I bought) but maybe in miami they´ll have more because it's a larger city!!!

I had same experience, it looks like most AT&T stores had 1-2 quantities, best to call if interested maybe you can get a $100 reduction due to employee false advertising (a mistake made during my transaction but honored)
Thanks for the replies... This will be the weekend the make it happen so *fingers crossed*
At least there isn't a mad rush for them it doesn't seem.
As others have suggested call ahead. I went in yesterday not thinking they'd have them. They haven't gotten their display units in and only had two in stock. The salesman said since November they only sold one. Most people don't know about the camera yet and Samsung hasn't done its national campaign yet.
I'm in NY, had to hit 3 different stores - 1 didn't even carry it, 1 tries to sell me a contract to get it, in the third store I asked for a manager because I wanted to buy it full retail without a plan, finally walked away with it in my bag. Oh yea, i love this thing!
Generally you can go to the AT&T website, find the Galaxy Camera, click on "Check In-Store Availability", and then give the Zip Code for where you are interested. Any that say "OUT OF STOCK" are indeed, out or never had. For "IN STOCK" it is best to call first unless you don't mind driving. Stock is based on the previous day's updates, and you never know who might have been there first.
Well, just to update everyone, it was a no go.
None of the stores in the Miami/Ft.Lauderdale area had them in stock.
Thankfully they have started popping up on amazon so i went ahead and got it there. Also kinda happy that I got the unlocked one also since i wouldn't be using it on AT&T anyways.
So the camera is with a friend of mine and i'll be getting it next Friday.

[Q] Cell Phone Insurance on HTC One® Developer Edition

Hello,
So I got the Dev. edition coming in the mail. This is the first non carrier branded phone I've ever had, and what to put insurance on it. With this being such a specific model, that doesn't seem widely available, I want to know which insurance company should I use?
I have found several:
https://esecuritel.com/
http://www.worthavegroup.com/
http://us.protectyourbubble.com/
http://www.protectcell.com/
http://www.squaretrade.com/
Does any one have any experience with any? How did you like them? Any Info will be appreciated. Thank you.
Edit: ended up going with http://www.worthavegroup.com/ they seemed to have the best policy on replacement.
attached is the policy info.

How much did you pay for that developer edition? What is the cost of the insurance? My One is just a basic 32gb rooted and unlocked and with the rebate I paid about $100 for it. I thought the developer edition was about $600. I had my EVO for three years until the usb broke. Is that developer edition really worth it. I think S Off will eventually become available for the One - so with S Off on a basic One - what can the developer edition do that a basic one with S Off can't do? I always kinda thought the insurance was a rip off and I am an insurance agent.

After shipping and tax, $700. I wanted the 64 GB. I also wanted the feel of not being tied to a contract. The insurance is like $8-10 a month or ~$150 for a 2-year one payment. I the developer edition has more frequencies(I doubt I'll ever use them though, maybe if I ever take a trip abroad). I was looking more and more into insurance and am now starting to think maybe not. This is because they can replace your phone with something "similar".
BTW, I got my phone today and it is gorgeous. No flaws I can see.
Have to wait a while to activate though.
I used the Moonshine S-Off program and now my phone has S-Off.
yea i have S-OFF too. the only difference now between developer models and non developer models is the potential for 64gb storage. just as a tidbit i have the insurance through my carrier t-mob.
thanks man was wondering this same question i just got this phone too it is stupid awesome!!! btw what carrier did you use?? i went for straight talk unlimited for 45 a month

So does this mean we will be seeing an Infected or Synergy ROM for the HTC One? Because that would be really awesome... For Sprint of course
I have the usual Tmobile insurance which sucks. There should be more info on the insurance companies you're looking at but most of the time, DEV phones are bought at your own risk. Just a phone the carriers don't have.
Anyone in us go get best buy insurance 10$ a month no deductible to get a new one if yours breaks only thing it doesn't cover is if you lose it or stolen everything else cracked screen bricked doesnt boot take it to best buy and they trade you out for free as long as you e been paying your 10$ a month. I canceled my att insurance for this one cost 3$ more a month but I don't have to shell out 200$ each time I break it.
I never lose my phone or get it stolen as it's always on me I just break screens lol broke 2 one x + then att decided to let me upgrade to the one since I kept breaking it's weaker predeccesor

That's what the companies listed do, they insure your phone without going through the carrier.

I wish I could use the best buy insurance, it's pretty dam good. I had it on my evo 3d and they replaced it three time.I would've gone with them but you have to buy the phone through them.

Well if I were you, I would get it from Square trade. I did some googling and from different droid/smartphone forums, people have had good things to say about them. But I did not search the other warranty companies so you should do that. (I mostly search the keywords "square trade worth it forum" and started reading).
Examples:
http://www.transformerforums.com/forum/asus-transformer-tf101-general-discussions/7968-who-have-squaretrade-warranty.html
http://www.transformerforums.com/forum/asus-transformer-tf101-general-discussions/7968-who-have-squaretrade-warranty.html
I might do the same myself.
If I were you, I would google Squaretrade coupons. They always send out 30% off codes and stuff for the warranties so you might find something.
The US carriers use the same insurance
All 4 of the big US carriers use the same company For Insurance>> Asurion. Asurion hides in the background and lets the carriers package thier product in the carriers own candy coating. I believe that Best Buy uses them as well ( I may be wrong on that one ) All of them will, at their own option , repalce or repair your brand new phone that you just spent $ 600, $700, $850 purchasing for a refurbished one. I mention Best Buy because they replaced my sons brand new (2 week old) 64 gig IPhone 4S with a refurbished one 3 times before he got one that the earpiece speaker actually worked. Had he known that they were going to replace it with a refurb, then he could have easily returned it to Apple for waranty.
Carefully read everything before buying Insurance. Check out the ones already listed in this thread. Some home owners insurance companies will let you purchase a ryder on your policy that could cover your phone. I am going to check into the latter when i Purchase a HTC One. Just as soon as it it is finally confirmed yes or no on The devs getting the Tmobile radio worked out for 1700/2100 faux G.

Hello,
I recently purchased a HTC One® Developer Edition. I was wondering how your claims are handled. If I get your cell phone coverage and damaged my HTC One® Developer Edition would it be replaced with the exact same model?* If the phone can be repaired, we will pay for the repair (minus the deductible) before replacing it.
*
If not, how are your claims handled?* If the phone has to be replaced, we send a check in the amount of the replacement cost minus the deductible.
*
Note: You are required to submit a copy of the sales receipt when a claim is filed, so please be sure to keep a copy of the receipt.
*
Furthermore, if I have the device replaced under a warranty issue, would the replacement device be covered?* Yes, you will need to call Customer Service to update the serial number so that the insurance is transferred to the new phone.
I await a response to these questions, before purchasing a policy.
Thank you for your time,
*
Shaun

for those of you that believe you received a defective device

Even though sprint is not better business bureau accredited, I have filed a complaint with the BBB against sprint regarding the fact that they have knowledgeably put defective devices in the hands of consumers, and are not making a quick effort to remedy the situation, I have also stated that sprint wants to replace the devices with refurbished devices, which are valued at a lesser value then a brand new device, and still charge customers for the full price of the brand new device. I have also pointed out that they are stringing customers through the 14 day exchange period claiming it is the network, and then on the 15th day saying it is the device, and making it very difficult to exchange the devices. any way I am encouraging any one who has had issues with their device to file a complaint with the bbb against sprint, as sprint does respond to their complaints on there
Yesterday, after many chats and calls with Sprint, and 2 trips to 2 different stores, I was assured that my device is fine and that the towers in my area are to be fully functional by May 7. We'll see if my service improves. I have the option of getting refurb, which is complete bs. A brand new phone that may be defective and I can't get a brand new one because I'm past the 14 days. So yeah, I'm with you on this if things don't improve in 3-4 days.
OP. The first device I've received had a completely black pixel in the top right. I exchanged it and got a new phone with a SCRATCH under the glass and a red pixel (which I'm guessing is dead). On my third trip the guy was reluctant to hand me a new HTC One, but when I got it, it had another completely black pixel. I completely agree that sprint is knowingly dishing out defective devices to people. I'll try and figure out how to file a complaint with them. Thanks OP

Hard to prove stupidity.
Count me in on this. Not a happy camper. Two weeks of "it's the towers in your area", an hour + with three levels of tech support from my landline and finally a second trip to a store where a technician actually tested the device and entered an eTicket on my accounting noting my M8 was defective and needed to be replaced.
No TEP? $75 bucks to replace the phone through Sprint or screw around for a few weeks dealing directly with HTC. Why should I have to pay for a defective product that never worked well and progressively deteriorated into a worthless brick? I can't get calls from my customers or email in the field and this is not good for business so I'm desperate. Even though furious at the prospect of paying $75 dollars for a 4 week old phone that didn't work through no fault of my own, for expediency I begrudgingly went ahead and set up getting a replacement. Damn, what a scam!
After it all gets set up and entered into the computer, then the guy tells me they are on backorder and it will be 5 to 7 days before they ship.
I just about lost it but attempted to maintain some degree of civility while expressing my displeasure with this policy, their crap customer service that could care less and that my intention was to contact the BBB and possibly the Attorney General regarding this whole debacle. I know the guy I was speaking to was just doing his job and probably hears a lot of this but his one saving grace was asking me if I still had my old phone.
After confirming they weren't going to bone me an activation fee for bringing my old phone back online and not for the replacement M8 whenever I get it, I am now back on my three year old HTC Evo 4G but at least I can make and receive calls, get texts and have some degree of mobile data connectivity and can get email away from WiFi. In the post-contact texts from Sprint asking about my satisfaction with the recent call, I let them know this was robbery and that I would never recommend anyone ever choose Sprint.
I think I can put TEP on my replacement and trust me, if it doesn't work as expected I'll utilize it to the max and if still not satisfied, feel like this is sufficient grounds to break my contract and go somewhere else. It took days to get my M8 setup just the way I wanted it and I absolutely love it. Too bad I can't use it. :crying:

I agree with your anger. I have never wanted to switch carriers in the 5 years with Sprint until now. I wish I had not have sold my gs3 when I got my m8. I would go back to that and sell this one. I still might. It may be the towers for me, that is yet to be seen, but the utter lack of service over this is the frustrating part. I shouldn't get a refurb for a brand new defective device. "That's Sprint policy" though. Lameness.
Yeah, once I have my replacement I will be submitting a complaint to the attorney general of Illinois about the issue too, and encourage others to take part in that step too...also I can see by the increase in complaints to sprint on BBB's website that a good amount of people are seeing this thread and submitting complaints...ive been stuck on a Samsung replenish which is my back up phone for 4 days...also the serial on my defective m8 is HT441SF....

What is the worst thing about this is how Sprint is handling it.
Not that broken/defective devices exist or broken towers.
Just that they could give crap about you as a loyal customer.
They treat you like dirt. And they wonder why customers treat them like dirt back.
It's been such a bad experience, it took all the fun out of getting this phone. So they botch something, it happens. It's they handle it like sh$t.
I would have been more content keeping my old M7 phone.
It started off like crap when they kept me on the phone for like an hour when I ordered the thing and tried to upsell a bunch a crap.
And the lady had put a Tablet AND Stylus on my order. I caught her at the end had her take it off. But she left a freaken stylus on there.
It was only $15.00, just small enough to not want to waste another hour on the phone and shipping it back.
Man did that piss me off to start.

Sorry, but the fact that you got a stylus for a phone, that clearly doesn't need one, is hilarious to me.

The lady I ordered from tried to upsell that stuff to me too. She wouldn't take no for an answer and actually asked me if it was a money issue as to why I didn't want the tablet. I was so irritated that I yelled.
And that's why I only order from their website. No hassle and you get the same results.

Because I have a SERO 500 plan (two of them) that's not an option. It's part of the dues you pay for having that plan.
I'd be long gone if not for the SERO 500 plan. No way I'd pay regular price for this network and customer service. It's getting close to not being worth the savings as is.
I agree with you. I have 2 sero plans as well, if not then I would be long gone too.
I have the opposite experience with Sprint. LTE is everywhere averaging 20 to 30 mb. I pay roughly 60 a line too. I'm not going anywhere lol

I'm lucky if I get 0.5 mb.
My sprint horror story continues...was told on Wednesday of last week that my new phone would be there in two business days, got told yesterday (Monday) that it would be here by today...go to the store thinking I would pick it up today, and my phones not there, the manager pulls up the tracking and says it hasn't even shipped yet, keeps me there for an hour and a half well he talks to his other store people about who to call at the warehouse, instead of calling the warehouse like he would do if he had any freaking common sense
I'm not having any issues. Sorry to hear all of you guys, hope that I never fall on that situation.
