Why are you waiting for a "review"? Why not install it yourself and find out how it works with your device / network / geographic location combination, cause your the only ones that can tell that
Ok feel no difference coming from 28
Downloading now... Will update and add review...

(no offense) like written 1000 times in the radio thread: extract the .zip in your adb folder and type:
adb reboot bootloader
fastboot flash radio radio.img
fastboot reboot

That's a known workaround, but many users don't have adb to flash with it.
And since the file named PG32IMG.zip it should be flashable via HBOOT as it said in OP like other radios!!
Those who want to try the adb way, just download the radio zip file from ARHD thread(it's in the first or second post), then overwrite the radio.img in that folder with the one you want and just run the commands as mentioned above or follow the instructions included in the notepad file.

How to Flash:
In order for this to work, the HTC Incredible S needs to be S-OFF. Flashing the radio with a corrupt file or interrupting the flash, can brick the device, please proceed with caution.

3. Connect the HTC Incredible S to the computer via USB.
4. On the computer, open terminal and run the following commands:
Code:
adb push PG32IMG.zip /sdcard/PG32IMG.zip
adb shell md5sum /sdcard/PG32IMG.zip
NOTE: The md5 should match up the provide the original download location. If not, redownload & try again.
Code:

5. The HTC Incredible S will reboot & usually boot into fastboot. Pressing the Power button will put the device into the bootloader.

It's the same radio.
For Canadian users, be sure to modify the android-info.txt file to add support for your device or you'll get a model id incorrect update fail error. For those who don't know how I've included a modified one below. Simply replace the android-info.txt file with the one below and re-zip the files with the same PG32IMG.zip file name.

Boot into Bootloader (with the fastboot option unchecked in the power menu you hold volume down and the power button until you see the bootloader screen.)
If it says S-Off near the top of your screen then yes you can apply the radio, if it says S-On then no you can't.

If you are concerned about flashing a radio and changing your main-version, then just open the PG32IMG.zip file and modify the value in android-info.txt to something like 2.00.0000. That file is the one that updates the main-version value when you allow the bootloader to flash a PG32IMG.zip file.

The easiest way is not going to be an RUU you would have to relock the boot loader flash the RUU and then start over.
Grab this tool http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=40341536
Download a Sprint Rom you like and then from the tool click sideload Rom (do this while your phone is connected to the computer / bootloader). You may also need to click install HTC drivers from within the tool.

You're computer's detecting the device just fine.
Put your rom.zip in the same folder as your adb files.
Plug the phone in and boot it into recovery.
Hold shift and right click in the folder with the adb files.
Select open command prompt here.
"adb push rom.zip /sdcard/"
It'll take a while so just leave it alone. It will tell you when its done.
After it's done, flash the rom like normal.

try running this executable RUU (it's completely stock from HTC)
It should be successful if you have:
CID : CWS__001
HBOOT: 1.44 (You need s-off if you need to downgrade)
I installed TWRP on my One M8 and i want to flash stock recovery for version 4.25.654.18 but i can't seem to find one. i looked everyplace possible believe me any help would be appreciated.
Hello,
I've moved your thread to the correct section to find help.
Please look here to find the recovery.img
Download the 4.25.654.18 Full Firmware from RUU (fastboot flashable) and the recovery.img can be pulled from that.
Good luck,

He didn't say anything about flashing the full firmware. He simply said to download and pull the stock recovery from the file. You can then flash the recovery via fastboot commands (you do not need to be S-off to do this).

No it won't. If you want to unroot and go back to the stock recovery I recommend running the latest RUU. This will put your phone back 100% stock and unrooted with the stock recovery. The RUU thread can be found below.
