Then first you need to update your Kies. And USB Drivers too. Or else use different PC to flash.
latest kies version is installed. how can i check for latest usb drivers?
is there anyway to return to original stock firmware?

If you want Stock GB ROM, then u have to flash using Odin. Try with different PC and different USB Cable.

can get into download mode with 3 button and resistor 301k
Have you tried re-downloading all the EZbase files including the EZodin and EZpit, could be a corrupt file(maybe the pit)
I've not had a problem reverting back to the 2.2.1 EZBase firmware. I did get a lot of errors when trying to install the 2.3.3 version of EZBase though. Just make sure that you use the pit file that is in that thread and you should be good to go.
As far as the radio issue in MIUI goes, there are plenty of 3rd party fm radio apps on the market that you can use to get the radio feature back again.
Re download all the files but still no joy

I am afraid, You are Superbricked. I have been in this situation recently. I revived my phone, using ADB method though i had to lose 3GB space, but thats not a big deal for me, as I have got 32GB external SD. If you have got the warranty, just flash the original PIT+ICS rom (won't install) but you claim your warranty saying Samsung that it got bricked while you were upgrading through Kies. If you have burnt your boats, follow my route
Sorry for the Brick.
Hi,
recently I flashed a wrong recovery file to my i9000. So now I have the phone-triangle-computer logo on the phone....
I am able to get the phone into download mode, but everytime I try to flash a CWM of TWRP tar file via Odin (both 1.83 and 3.07), both fail:
Odin 1.83:

I had installed CM10.1 before, and I would like to restore the data on the internal memory, potentially only via CWM, but preferably a little bit more
Anybody got an idea how to get the data or phone restored?

you are not trying hard enough. hurry up before the battery drains out or you are gonna have a really bad time
press power, vol - and home for 9 seconds. Nine. At the 10th second the phone WILL reboot, now you must enter recovery (power, vol + and home) to keep it off and after that you may try to get into download mode.
once the phone reboot, it would bring me back to the error page and wont let me get in to download mode.
Flash with repartition ticked and add pit file for firmware you are trying to flash
Where does the pit file go?
you have pit tab in odin, next to log and options
where can i find nougat pit file? only seen 5.1.1
is same pit for all android versions, make sure is for your csc
thank you guys for helping me out and replying back fast. i fixed the problem.

Do these simple app methods actually work?
I absolutely need to root my tab ASAP. Like in the next few hours.
What's the easiest way. Even if I have to pay.

You think the stock firmware roots your device?
It's a two-step process: Use ODIN to flash the appropriate version of TWRP then use TWRP to flash Magisk.

Hi sorry for being totally useless with this - so how do i do this, ive look ed online for instructions but find very little that actually explains step by step how to do it.
how do i use odin to flash TWRP, and what is the appropriate version?
and then how do i use TWRP to Flash Magisk (what is majisk by the way?)
Thanks a lot for your help and time..
A
I'll make the snide comment that it doesn't seem like you looked very hard: the best source of information is right here.
Ok,rant completed. Check this thread for very detailed instructions on how to install TWRP using ODIN:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/tab-s2/development/twrp-3-0-2-1-galaxy-tab-s22016-sm-t713-t3390627
Once you have installed TWRP in place of the stock recovery, you can use it to flash Magisk, which will give you root. As with TWRP, the instructions are here on XDA:
https://www.xda-developers.com/how-to-install-magisk/
