Uh, you may want to have a mod shove this down to the Themes/Apps section, where it will get a little more attention. Also, in themes/apps, go check out the 'post your home screen' thread for some sweet sources.

Install zedge? https://play.google.com/store/apps/...ndroid&feature=nav_result#?t=W251bGwsMSwyLDNd
Zedge is rubbish then quality of the wallpapers is just bad ... 170kb for a wallpaper that is 1280x720?

Wallbase is good, but kinda buggy at times but the walls are HD. I like em.
Basically Google image search for wallpaper (can also use keywords like abstract) using a size of 1600x1280 for it to fit the Nexus 7 in portrait/landscape. 1280x720 is not correct when using a revolving launcher, you end up cropping a lot of it.

I thought the screensize was 1280x800? And why would it be different in Landscape? It'd be reversed. 800X1280 wallpaper is everywhere. I've found a ton and it seems to fit the screen perfectly.

You know how the wallpaper moves when you go between pages on the launcher? Well, the wallpaper needs to be exactly twice the horizontal width of the screen in order to do so without cropping.

I prefer to stay away from unnecessary apps when I can find wallpaper online. Interfacelift is a really good site for high res wallpaper. For best result, always select the highest resolution possible and let Android downsample it automatically when you set it as wallpaper.

Aye lass. Each to thine own
I personally love MIUI - best of what iOS should've been but... its ANDROID!
I love the music player, browser, widgets, and over all customization you get with it.
Not to mention I like the general layout and options - you can tweak just about everything in it.
I like the lockscreens - you get a ton of different options.
Not to mention the theme the community puts out.
The only thing I don't like (at no fault to MIUI) is I take a hit in battery life.
What kernel are you using? How do you use your phone?

There are alternate home launchers available. Search the market for LauncherPro, ADW, or GoLauncher. There are tons more out there but those 3 are the big ones.
They allow you to theme your phone a little more, change icons, some come with custom Widgets.
And yes certain apps come with Widgets you can add to your screens too.

From your landscape shot it appears the nav bar is 64px high instead of the stock/default 75px high. Did you make any adjustments to the height or did Nova make it that size?

The nav bar is 64px high in landscape and 75px high in portrait. I wonder if Nova can be tweaked to have more control over this. The notification bar looks to be 33px in both landscape in portrait, which I expected.
Thanks for the shots!
