No downgrade from 39 O2 to 32 EU with an locked Bootloader.

Unlocking is only option
Unlocking bootloader is only option then, correct, that we do not have Stock image for EU with 39.
AW: [Q] Debranding
That's right. After you've unlocked your Bootloader you can flash the 32 EU by using an edited xml (motoboot-line deleted) an apply the Updates > 40002 EU > JB EU.
Alternate unlock your Bootloader > Flash Matts JB EU Homemade inkl. Root > Flash JB EU Baseband > Enjoy

is it correct that in that CFC_8.7.1I-110_IFW-39_S7_UCASMI01E1017.0R_USASMIICSRTGB_P042_A005_S1FF_fb.xml.zip we have 39 or i mistake?

Hello everyone! Need help to unbrick my Moto
My scenario: I got UK model JB 4.1.2 with locked bootloader. I was trying to flash official Brazilian JB and RSD failed ( I know my bad). So got all drivers, RSD Lite 6.1.5 and so far I was trying UK Retail JB, UK Orange, EU Retail all these failed, I've removed 2 lines from xml file mentioned by somebody on xda but no luck, also I've been on Motorola site to unlock bootloader but my device is not supported after verification (weird). I can restart to bootloader screen, any other option like "factory" or "recovery" gives me a red moto logo only.
Please see pictures for more details, any suggestions?
Solved! I've used mfastboot commands to erase cache and user data and I'm back to fresh UK retail JB
i think it failed because you need unlocked bootloader for flash official Brazilian JB rom in a UK phone
if you have a UK phone, you need unlocked bootloader for Brazil rom ( can be OTA to kitkat)
if you have a Latin American you don't need unlocked bootloader, can be a locked bootloader
the ROM and the phone need be the same region if the bootloader are locked.
That's right ManoBros, it was good lesson for me with a little bit of panic and happy end. I'm big fan of Android smartphones and changing my phones very often but always back to RAZR I, in this case I will wait for official UK kitkat.
I must have unlocked bootloader to update at & t 4.0.4 to 4.1.1 official with rds lit
to install official 4.1.1 rom android at & t with rsd lite booloader I must have unlocked? I have no root andrpid 4.0.4.
if necessary unlocked bootloader which guide I must follow to be root and have booloader unlocked android 4.0.4
Why RSD? Is there any problem why you cannot take OTA update?
edit: oops, didn't realize that this is very old thread.

First you must flash stock recovery. You can extract from another full rom 7.0
Second you must have downgrade pack for your region and mobile operator.
Next you must have full rom 6.0 for your region.
You must have all file because you don't want debrand your firmware
Thanks, actually if i want debrand my phone whats the diference? Because I think I don't care...
Also, where can i find all of these files you write about?
I'm really lost with all firmware versions ... Does it matter if my version is EVA L09 C33B363 and i flash stock recovery from another version??
Also, my bootloader is locked, do I have to relock it? Does it even possible??

Here you have how debrand
https://forum.xda-developers.com/p9/how-to/guide-debranding-to-c432-updating-to-t3551523
If you debrand you can then flash stock recovery flash b300 and then b136 and do it wipe in stock recovery.
When you want debrand first you see your cust be c900 and then you must flash stock recovery do it wipe system/data and cache
If you do it your cust change to c432 and then must check your region using dial pad
*#*#2846579#*#* then push 3 and 4
If you see your vendor: hw and country: Europe
You can downgrade to b300 and then to b182
You lose your theme and you see ugly icon then do it wipe system/data and cache in stock recovery
After this you have update to b383 then b386 next to b391 and final to b393 or b394
I have b393

Hey guys,
accidentally bought the cn version instead of the global mi8.
i just want to use custom roms on the mi8 anyways. can i flash the global firmware on it or will it brick then?
since i am not familiar with the device, what do you guys think?
i could send it back or keep it. are there any disadvantages for me using the cn version in europe (germany).
thx in advance
You must unlock bootloader first then flash any custom or global rom .

after unlocking bootloader, can i use the firmware from global rom or am i forced to use the cn version? will i risk a brick? hw should be the same or not? so both should be usable i guess.
After unlocking bootloader you can install and run global ROM without any issue but never ever re-lock the bootloader with global ROM installed on your CN Version otherwise it will (hard?)brick the device.
i have to wait the normal 168 hours to unlock my bootloader so my question is, can i download Rom 12.0.5.0 (RKSEUXM) and load to phone memory and update Rom 12.0.5.0 (RKSEUVF) via recovery before unlocking the bootloader, i guess it may reject the update as it has a different ROM reference , install ok, or just brick.
i have debranded my phone (i had your firmare) with xioami tool v2. i do this eith locked bootloader without brick. now i am on last eea version
Thanks for the info, will find and download this prog, then have a go...cheers
unlock bootloader and flash latest eea firmware is the best solution

Hi,
Can you please explain how did you manage to debrand this phone? Which ROM you installed while debranding? Did you loose your data?
Will be grateful for your help and tip.

My Note 10 5G bought from Orange was on RKSEUOR and I have successfully flashed RKSEUXM and locked the bootloader in the process and everything is fine and I got the update today from 12.5.1.0 to 12.5.3.0
