Tytn II as low as $330 or scam!?

I was browsing, and my eye got on these vflyer listings, they are offering tytn II from 300-550 dollars. they seem kind of weird. do you think it's a scam?!

the cheapest ive seen so far anywhere in the xda store here. get the discount club for $35 i think it is and you get the Kaiser unlocked for $718 total with the membership and discount. really good deal at $720.
cheapest ive seen anywhere else is $750 and you get free shipping here too. im thinking bout ordering

kaiser 100 - no cameras
kaiser 110 - rear camera only
kaiser 120 - both cameras

100 = no camera
110 = Back Camera
120 = Front and Back Camera.
now wonder they're so cheap...

The Western Union thing sounds shakey but he says he's in Florida and tried to call me on the phone although no one was there. Hopefully he's not using the phone he wants to sell me. LOL
Any more thoughts? I can't find any posts about how this is a known scam other than this post.

Well, I warned you. I'm not sure how clearer I can be.
They (and others like them) post the same junk here on a constant basis. Some have fallen for it and, surprise, they've lost their money.
No offense, but just use some common sense. Do you really think any company can sell merchandise for way below cost? Where's the profit?

Sure way to determine if the guy is a scam is see if he's willing to take a credit card for payment or anything other than Western Union.
The scammers know Western Union is their only way to steal.

so he said that they are the ones with BOTH cameras... that would be cool..
see if you can find out where in FL,if he will give you an adress i'll try to drive over and make sure its for real, if it is i would be buying one and i could pick yours up and ship it for you so theres no chance of a scam.

I was about to put this up on ebay but then I suddenly decided to offer it up on here since it is this place that helped me get it up and running with a good ROM in the first place.
I have used this tilt for less than a week. I have never dropped it and there are no scratches. I used it for the BB connect and when it comes to BB nothing does it better than an actual BB. while the Tilt is better than the BB in every other way... I realized that I never use anything else the phone offers.
anyway... I can provide pictures if you want. I just need to take a couple good ones (attached ones I took with iPhone are all blurry).
I have all of the original packaging. I also have a new never opened 3-in-1 2gb Micro SD card (Sandisk) and Car Charger (ATT Branded) to go with it.
Im not looking for any specific price... just make me a reasonable offer.

Yes I have given up. I came hear to inquire as to how to upgrade the OS but since then, I have had so many problems (& nothing has been done yet) with this excuse for a phone. It won't turn on most of the time. All i get is the Dell logo and nothing more. I take the battery out & try again & again with the same result, then out of the blue it starts working again. Then it is fine for a few day/weeks & starts all over again. If any of you wonderful, smarter than I gentlemen want a year old Streak 5 in near new shape, I'll take any reasonable offer. & I'll pay the shipping to you. I think I will go with a Samsung or a Sony. Thanks for your time Angela aka fysty-1

Has now been advertised on Ebay for 300 but with a OBO of down to 250. This is with free shipping to the lower 48, Alaska, Hawaii & Canada. This is a 2.1(2?) unit. What do you think the postal service would charge for mailing it from the west coast?

As the new Nexus 5 is only available in some country`s through the Playstore it would be nice if users we`re willing to order a Nexus 5 for those that have no access to the Playstore and are forced to pay a lot more in local stores. Italian price will be the same of others Europena countries (Spain, France, Germany, despite of the iDevices prices)

This sounds like a terrible idea to be honest.
Not to bring my cloud of negativity but you know somebody is going to do the wrong thing and ruin this for everybody else.

If you get the 32gig version at $400 the final checkout price will probably be about $460 after tax and shipping. Then add the cost of shipping overseas and you're nearing $500 if the person who does this doesn't charge you a fee. If your local retailer sells the 32gig version for 500 euros then is the extra savings really worth the potential of being scammed?

500 USD is 363 euro`s, i for one find the difference quite big. But the problem for some users is that they don`t trust each other as shown in the nagative comments on this thread

You will have taxes and duty. I paid about 120 to DHL.

807 plus the 120 to DHL for taxes and duty. But it now depends on the dollar. Can't remember the rate at that time. Was only about a month ago

It costs $27 dollars to ship a small flat rate box to Canada from the US.
I paid $485 for my phone.

That's why a lot of people have things sent to PO boxes just across the border when ordering laptops or phones overseas in Canada.
Also, a little over $800 is close to the right conversion rate on the camo RM3.

You rent a space at a post office in the US, and any packages that you don't want to pay duties or taxes on, you have them shipped there.
It does become an issue if they catch you doing it, but it's difficult for them to prove.
