Xperia T Questions - Sony Xperia T, TL, TX, V

Hello guys i am thinking of buying Xperia T for my next phone (my old was the Xperia X8 which i brick countless times i changed its rom many times and overclocked the crap out of it) * SORRY FOR THE EXPRESSION *
Since i am buying Xperia T i have some questions.
1st i will NOT tweak it from the first week i get it but i when i do and it bricks (which most possibly will do if anything goes wrong)
a) how do i hard reset it with non removable battery?
b)shall i do it with low battery so if it bricks it shall shut down from low battery?
c)is there any reset button on the phone or some kind of button combination to hard reset it ???
2nd if the battery freaks out and dies very often ( if the warranty is not valid ) shall i open it using this video as a guide
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O1jNYrlGYZs
or it anything better?
3rd Is anything else i should know about anything else that might be a bummer with this phone.
Also i will need a root guide for the phone ( i found this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2333577 guide is it good? )
As for the bricked phone i found this guide http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1849170
Is this one good ?

Please read post 2 and 3 in the all in one thread which is the very first thread in the q&a section.
It has all your answers

Reset your device

Hello,
I have a question, how much do you need to reset your device by using the resetbutton behind the stylus or put out the battery? I'd like to know that because I need to do it very often.
Thanks in forward
neither rom nor development related, therefore moved to general
best
Depends on what rom your running so the results of this are going to be unreliable
I'm sorry for putting this thread in the wrong section. I have to do it more then 10 times per week because I like unstable roms

There's no cons to rooting whatsoever, provided the user reads and follows the rooting guide in the Dev section. It's easy and trouble-free. There's been but a single instance (Angelom's ICS kernel combined with touch-recovery) of mass bricking. That kernel is out of circulation now, so nothing to fear there.
All other 'plz help, bricked' threads are created by the people who were careless and didn't read, period.

Battery life depends on what user does with their phone, IMO. If one keeps all syncing, GPS, data and whatnot on all the time, their battery will be shot on any phone.

No reason I can think of apart from bragging about benchmark results.
wow duude!
Cheers like, your reply was just great!
Yeh! I just stick to Dr. Ketans guide to rootin as tis easy to understand and great. Others have so much updates and editin it becomes hard to keep track as my net provider is messed up... i get only 5-6 kbps
Should i actually get a custom rom, or its no use as the stock rom and ics is coming up.
Is gnote actually worth it or should i get some other phone ( N.B. i am getting the phone imported and i wont have warranty applicable after shipping it out of europe... and the sending faulty phones back from here is risky as it hardly makes it through due to customs.
I also had some hard time thinking about buying SGN. Now I have it for 2 weeks running on stock ROM (I don't have time now for rooting $ stuff...) and I don't have any problem at all.
My advise - Go For It!

If you follow the exact method described in the Dr. Ketans guide thread there's no risk of bricking.
At present you cannot find a power house like this in the market... Even you can make this device much more powerful upto 1.7 ghz speed... Nothing can beat this at the moment (as per my knowledge) So if you want power house like this, there's no other option than buying this beast. Definitely it worth it.
Regarding custom rom... Its good but if you wanna feel like this device is made exactly for you.. Go for a custom rom.. Its lots of fun and excitement.. You can make this to work which ever way up want..
Buy it.. And make others envy..
One thing I will say, get a case for it straight away. The placement of the power/volume buttons make it a hard phone to use "naked". I got a rubber bumper case and used box cutters to take out the notches where the buttons are, to make them recessed to allow me to hold the phone how I prefer. Makes the whole experience much more comfy especially for gaming.
P.S. Overclocking reduces the lifespan of any device. You're trading lifespan for speed. If anything I would underclock it to give it better thermal control.
Guys did you know what is the best retail price to buy a GNote and the site

Does it not power on anymore? Do you see a samsung logo? If you could provide more detail that would be nice.

Yea my rom in no way could make that happen. If theres not even any logo either its just plain dead or you flashed something in the wrong partition which for it to be that messed up would probably have been something important like the bootloader. My roms do not touch partitions like that at all doesnt even mount them or anything. Sorry your phone died, at least now you have a good excuse to upgrade from this ancient slow phone? lol. good luck!
Sounds like your battery is fried Thats one of the reasons i left this phone ages ago lol.

[Q][ROM]Tizen OS for USA Edition = Use UK Firmware

Is that the proper and safe way, since ya can't find a USA version anywhere, somewhere on another forum said it's safe but then another user said the moment their watch battery completely drained and the watch was dead it was bricked and couldn't be charged again.
http://samsung-updates.com/details/44817/Galaxy_Gear/SM-V700/BTU/V700XXUCOA2.html
Or is there a hidden usa version somewhere, I'm connected and every time I click update on the phone nothing happens at all.
I'd like to try Tizen as a few more features, a lil more app compatibility and battery life.
Someone help me TF out, I feel like as it is right now I'd get more help from a brickwall, everyones just reading my threads and questions and then selfishly going on about their merry way if that's the case this whole board should be locked and shut down due to abandonment issues!!

Bricked Chinese MT6580 Phone... with no ROM backup!

Hi! I've been googling from time to time during one month now and found no answer to my problem.
I was messing with a phone my mother bought (she was scammed btw) this is a chinese knock-off of a Mate 20 pro... the phone even has the logo, but of course... it is not, and it has a Mediatek MT6580 processor and 2GB of RAM, it does come with a fingerprint sensor though!.
Well, the phone was a complete garbage, I couldn't even message without freezing due to overloading. So I decided to "help my mom" and went for the good ol' DIY phone modding/bricking. So now its broken.
------------- IF YOU JUST WANNA KNOW WHAT I NEED READ FROM HERE --------------
I need to know if there is a way to recover the phone, I have SP Flash tool and I'm able to flash ROM's into it, but I haven't found a suitable ROM just yet. I've downloaded lots of ROM's but only one I was able to actually flash, BUT it doesn't work, it boots, and starts but touch screen nor physical buttons work. So... Any suggestions?
Thank you very much in advance to all of you who feel sympathy for this broken morale son of a good mother.
