Hi viges666,
Firmware is 2.3.4 (V20H)
I tried hidden menu (3845#*970#) and I got same result.
Not rooted. Not cwm.
Usb is alive. Adb and media transfer works.
I think it is a really strange issue... It is like if the memory restores every time I restart the phone. For example, I can uninstall a lot of apps, change shorcuts on the screen, etc,but when I restart the phone, everything is as before....
I appreciate so much your help. Any idea??

Root, install cwm (the working one) and try to factory reset via cwm. Or try to resmartflash with another version. What about software update mode? Smartflash procedure all ok? At least, flashing an ics?
In fact, wipping does erase the index of data, not data itself, that shall be the problem. Maybe a file system bug...

I can't root, I can't install cwm... nothing work When I try flashing, the phone restarts and it stucks in LG logo. I have waited more than 8 hours, and LG logo continue on screen. Then, I remove battery and put it on again, so the phone restarts normally but everything is like it was.
Maybe a file system bug...do u think could it be solved?

Download a **** rom and put it in sd card.
Install v20 stock ROOTED rom using smartflash and wipe everything when the phone goes to CWM. Install new rom and reboot.

Try to restore your previous RIL (if you remember which was), it worked for me.
Otherwise, i think it's better if you reflash a stock rom through NVflash (e.g. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1007825).

Which baseband are you trying to flash? If you are trying to flash the v20m one, there are 4 file in the zip. Flash the files from the largest to the smallest in size. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1401921

Could you give us some background information as to how this occurred?

erm. The phone keep stuck at LG logo with 4 flashing button. It occured during school time 4days ago. Whenever I press the message logo at the dock , it go into my game called Monster world ( can't remember ) Than my friend suggested me to reboot. That's where the bootloop occured. It stuck there since then. I tried SmartFlash tools and it didn't work out. Btw I root my LGP970 before already. But now it won't work. I didn't uninstall any critical apps except those games I downloaded and find it boring and deleted them away.
Have a look into my noob how to, under unbrick. Try R&D Testtool then. If it still doesnt work, try to flash another software with smartflash. Try a v10 version. If this still doesnt solve it, try a v20 version again, best would be one of sergey, cause this one reboots to recovery directly. Then you can just do a factory reset, dalvic wipe and flash a new ROM. Or restore a backup. This should definitly solve your problem If it still doesnt work, make sure you post all the logs here (use pastebin) and then we can have another look

Thank you very much !
It was the .bin file that generated the error. I tried several times and now it works. It's a strange way.

[Q] Trying to flash a baseband

Hi,
I have the new bootloader and I'm trying to flash the baseband. I have done this before on the old bootloader and it worked just fine. However, on the new bootloader, when the 's/w upgrade' message appears, and SmartFlash is running, at around the time when it says writing RAM, the screen goes off and then at about 50% smartflash times out. Could you help me diagnose what could be the problem so I can smart flash a baseband? Thanks.
Same has happened to me a bunch of times.
This is how I fix it:
There is a box for CP bin and a box below for AP bin. Try to revert the two. So, if you put the CP file in CP bin box before, now try to put CP file in AP bin box and AP file in CP bin box. This always fix it for me
Didn't seem to work mate. Here is the log:
