I relocked my HTC One, after that, I can't boot it up anymore, every time I try to boot it, It just brings me to HBOOT
And I also can't unlock it, because every time i type in fastboot oem get_identifier_token, cmd just shows me "..." and that is it.
This is what's showing on my fastboot screen

And every time I reboot the device, the *** Security Warning *** will show , but if i reboot the bootloader, then it's not there anymore.
I need help with this, I just want to unlock it now.
Sorry about my bad english.
This is how cmd looks like on my PC

I had the same issue. You get the security warning because you relocked your bootloader when being on custom rom.
Unlocking it again with HTC development will work, but I think it's your adb drivers that are messing up. Try a different use port (2.0) or an other computer.
Your phone is not bricked.

Did you removed the red warning modding the hboot???
If you did (before relocking) and then locked the device, it's probably briked. If not, then make sure to have the latest drivers and try in another computer.
See if you can update the firmware which might help you out.

Why does your computer not recognize your phone? I mean your computer needs to recognize the phone in order to unlock the bootloader... -_-
But from the looks of it, you forgot to flash the boot.img of the ROMs u tried.
Hey you are sON
So before flashing a new rom you should
Flash boot.img
Get the boot.img by extracting it from rom.zip
Put it on pc where fastboot is installed
Open command prompt there and type
fastboot flash boot boot.img
The flash rom from recovery
Hit thanks if i helped you

If I try to boot boot.img then cmd told me that waiting for device, how can i fix that?
Edit:
I did get it to work, dont know actualy what i did but for now it works and thanks for helping me.

I have relocked my bootloader, but I wish to flash my ROM to stock. However, my bootloader reads:

Now I have three questions:
1. How do I S-Off my device, and what effect will this have?
2. How do I flash my device? I do not have CWM Recovery installed and on connecting it to the PC the PC does not recognise the device (it does not show).
3. Is my device "bricked"? And if so, will HTC be able to undo this?

try htcdev
the best way is the htcdev to unlock bootloader, it's a litle bit harder than the toolkit, for the first time i unlocked it through htcdev.com and that way i understood a lot more things (how it works), but anyway is all your choice, (sorry about my english) the best luck :good:
We received a HTC One with a batch of other phones. This HTC One is stuck on the HTC Logo and no matter what you choose in restore mode, it brings you back to the HTC One logo where it's stuck. I thought maybe it was because somebody tried to root it, but it is locked still so I don't know.
Here's my screen. I have had experience with ADB flashing some older android phones, but wanted to make sure that's the route I will have to go on this one. Also, if so where is a bone stock rom and which rom would I need?
EDIT:
I have spent many hours on this and can't figure it out.

Sounds like you need to RUU first.
The official RUU should be an .exe file. Its a windows program. Plug in the phone. Run the program. Profit.
It will only work if you're using the AT&T ruu for the HTC One, and the version number can not be older than your current version.

Download the RUU.exe.
Assuming you have the correct drivers installed on your pc which can be achieved by downloading and installing HTC sync manager, plug your device into your pc and double click on the RUU.exe file.
*An RUU.exe will wipe your device so you will have to set it up again from scratch when you have finished.

because I bought my device from eBay the the Bayer wasn't told me its dev edition..
I don't know what you mean by "stock" and "regular". The developer edition is basically the same AT&T version, but with unlocked bootloader. It's not irregular.

Pretty sure you don't have a developer edition. If you had red text when booting up the phone, it just means the phone has been tampered with, generally speaking.
If you can get to the bootloader (turn phone off, then hold the volume down button, then press and release the power button), Once you're in the bootloader, look to see if your device says S-Off or S-On. Also, it should say OS-[numbers and dots]. Post what it says there. If you're unable to get into the bootloader, it may be difficult or impossible to recover the device.
this what is showing what i do it.

That should be the RUU you need to run. Put the phone in bootloader mode, select fastboot by pressing power when fastboot is highlighted, plug the phone into the computer, and run this RUU.
This is my educated guess. But if it were my phone, this is what I would do to recover it.
---------- Post added at 09:09 PM ---------- Previous post was at 09:07 PM ----------
Assuming this RUU is successful, you should be able to immediately update to Android 4.3. Also, the tampered and security warning will likely go away.
If any of this is successful, please hit the thanks button. I hope this works out!
it wasn't successful
when the process in Sending Signature I get the message (attached)..
what should I do now?
So lets start out with I was using Beanstalk and really enjoyed it till my internet was malfunctioning. So I was checking out how to do a PLR update and noticed that the version I had didn't support it. So in turn I decided to look for a rom that had the Sense, so I chose the Viper rom. I went through the the CWM to load it and it wouldn't work (multiply tries.) I then tried using an older version of TWRP, I think 2.6, and it was working but then it would fail at status 7. I did some research and there were a few posts that mentioned to use the newest version. So I downloaded it, it gets as far as installing the rom and I still get the status 7 failure. So then the phone would only boot into the bootloader, so I reinstalled TWRP, it worked but wont load the rom. I reinstall the rom and I get as far as the bootloader again and need to reinstall TWRP. Now my phone is locked in the bootloader, it says at the top:

Yes I do know that when I did the previous rom it will always say tampered but I don't know why it is relocked and S-ON. It should have been unlocked and s-off. So I am not sure what I need to do. your phone is M7_WLV variant which means its not a gsm variant (M7_UL or M7_U) so you must use recoveries and roms specifically for your phone variant, M7_WLV
bootloader doesnt lock back by itself, so you probably did by mistake, same for s-on/s-off.
learn how to use adb and fastboot and get rid of this toolkit. always better to use adb and fastboot directly from the terminal
then
unlock bootloader
flash the correct recovery for your phone variant
flash a compatible rom for your phone variant
here is the coorect forum for your phone: http://forum.xda-developers.com/verizon-htc-one
