well, did the phone get wiped or something, you'll have to try to sideload a rom from your computer if it did or run an RUU TO GET TO STOCK

Have you tried the factory reset??
Are u able to use it as a storage device (can you see it and open ur phone files on ur computer) if so just download any Rom + cache and then and add them to ur download folder...
Turn off phone hold power+ vol down it should take u to bootloader then press vol down to highlight recovery then select install go to ur download folder and install Rom then after that install cache

so lets start from the begging.
You will absolutely need the android sdk.
http://developer.android.com/sdk/index.html
This software program has the software need to connect to your phone on a low level connection.
You'll also need htc sync for the drivers for your phone so the hardware knows how to connect via the software.
after that we'll talk about how to sideload a rom but you need to start there
Grab this tool http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=40341536
Download a Sprint Rom you like and then from the tool click sideload Rom (do this while your phone is connected to the computer / bootloader). You may also need to click install HTC drivers from within the tool.
That's all you should need.

it just stopped at the white screen with HTC logo
i believe i've waited long enough to make sure it's not working.
and there wasn't any error reported while flashing.
Could it be SDcard problem?
I think you're not wiping good enough. Flash caulkins format all then wipe EVERYTHING manually except SD card but NOT excluding sd-ext. Then go to advanced (assuming you're on cw) and wipe dalvik. Then flash caulkins format all one more time. Flash the rom and report back. I'm sure it will work

don't know what your "caulkins" means.
i use cw recovery
4wipe(data/cache/dalvik/battery) + 4format(boot/cache/data/system)
I don't perceive any other wipe/system options.

Caulkins is a zip that formats the boot, data, system, and cache in one step. It can be.found in the first post of the wildheroc Rom thread.
But your doing what it does already, it just makes it faster really. Still worth a try tho
Also, I remember when people used to have problems flashing stuff, a wipe of the SD card helped. Just back everything up on your computer the wipe it with everything else.
I don't know if they ever figured out why it worked, just that sometimes a bad file get on the card and wont let it boot. Just another suggestion to try.

Hi ! I was trying to install a custom ROM to my phone. When i flashed the file and restarted it got caught in a boot loop.
I manage to get to the boot loader, but if i try to reboot, or anything else, it's back to the boot loop.
Anyone that can help me with this ?
I suppose what I did wrong was that when I was flashing the custom ROM, i typed "fastboot flash boot boot.img" and I guess that changes something with the boot function. I'm really new to this, and the reason I did that is because it's something I saw on another webpage, I don't even know what I was thinking. But I really need help here.

Yes, I got adb and fastboot installed, Not sure if the drivers were installed properly, but I would suppose so considering the installation of twrp and unlocking of bootloader was successfull. But do you got a link to some updated driver in case ?
I flashed the rom on twrp yes, and the twrp version is 2.6.3.4
But considering what i did was typing "fastboot flash boot rom.img" I suppose I somehow changed the boot ? Or is that what you're trying to help me fix ?
I'm really new to this, and don't understand every little thing.

For those who are experiencing this problem just flash the supersu zip into your phone in recovery mode http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1538053

Searching for this problem in google led me to the answer that no, I can't fix it using google search because that requires a recovery mode which I don't have access to.

No, recovery is implemented in kernel and that will not wipe your data, just be careful with the flashtool and uncheck everything what you don't need, specially "Wipe Data".

I don't know what to tell you maybe uninstall the recovery from within safestrap then uninstall safestrap reboot and try again I would also try re downloading the app maybe a bad download
