My Sprint HTC One was working fine until i flashed the latest AOKP build and a kernel that must not have worked. The phone started rebooting and wouldn't stay in the system for longer than a minute. I decided to wipe everything, even internal storage so that I could adb push another rom onto it and install. I did this before but for some reason this time it didn't. My computer recognized when I'm in adb or fastboot but when I try to push a rom from adb or flash a rom from fastboot it says it can't mount data, cache, system, blah blah blah... I know I'm a noob at this rooting stuff with HTC but please could someone help me? I also tried RUU but my image version was higher then the RUU image version so that wasn't an option as my image version is 1.31.651.2 and the latest image version for RUU is 1.29.651.10. I don't have s-off and I am not able to obtain it because I have no OS and it can't mount. Can someone PLEASE HELP ME?
You can get into twrp..... try re installing the htc drivers or generic Android drivers. perhaps maybe installing the drivers on a different pc and or using a live ubuntuu disk and pushing the files over to twrp.

Your internal memory is corrupt. Flash a different version of TWRP. It should fix the errors. You will then be able to mount everything.

In TWRP go to Advanced > ADB Sideload
abd sideload rom.zip
Last resort would be the flash the stock RUU and then reroot. I did that and fixed everything

Hi, I have a ATT HTC One I got yesterday. Was rooted, had an old ROM on it, unlocked, s-off, hboot 1.44. I tried to flash a PGe rom on it and it became stuck in TWRP. I can get adb, but sideloading a rom doesn't work. It says it flashes but will not boot. Can get into the bootloader, but can't get fastboot. Really frustrated, any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
i was also got same problem with you
and to boot to TWRP i use CMD : Fastboot boot recovery.img
and then i can successfully go to TWRP settings

I will try that. I am also using a windows 8 laptop, which may be part of my issue in getting the phone recognized in fastboot. I am trying to locate a windows 7 computer to use. I am also downloading the correct Guru file for it, but can't try it till I get home tonight because I can't install HTC drivers on my work computer.
I have been rooting phones since I had my HTC Hero and never had this much trouble or bricked a phone, let alone had to leave one down overnight. I am humbled......lol
I was also considering trying to load a nandroid backup. IF I do, and I can push it, what location does it need to go to??

what TWRP version are you using, and what are you installing?
If you're flashing a 4.4 ROM, then you will need TWRP 2.6.3.3, otherwise it will bootloop.
and for GPE 4.4 you also need S-Off.

I flashed Insertcoin with 2.6.3.3, but haven't tried 2.6.3.4 with 4.4 as it was released after. Using 2.6.3.4 on my phone now with no other issues though. I know to never assume, but I did assume that later revisions than 2.6.3.3 should also work. Maybe someone can clarify.

so i checked, but it doesn't say why it's under m7ul now. any reason it wouldnt work with an m7u?
I'm stuck with TWRP 2.6.3.0 unfortunately.....
Solved my problem. Used a Windows Vista computer, and a different cable, was able to get fastboot to work and used a RUU to get back to stock. Got rid of TWRP and put on the newwest CWM recovery and a new rom. Thanks to all that helped!
I've recently done the conversion to the Google Edition but since my headphone didn't work with it I wanted to go back to Stock.
Unfortunately I completely screwed up...
The current state of my phone is:
I can't boot, only end up at the white HTC logo boot screen
I can't recover my nandroid backup because CWM says "Can't mount SD card"
I can't flash the RUU I found because my firmware is too high...
I can't root / flash a different because I can't transfer any files to my phone
I can't S-off my phone because adb doesn't see it... (Using rumrunner)
I really have no idea what to do and I don't even know how I reached this point. I just flashed the Rom for stock HTC M7 JB and had multiple errors occurring decided to try flashing KitKat which didn't work and suddenly nothing worked anymore.
Does anyone have an idea of what I could try?
Thanks a lot for our help!

Thats great !!
install the HTC Sync and then uninstall it but leave the drivers
next step is boot to recovery
and from their try
adb devices
if it works
adb push this file to your phone
http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=2481786&d=1388342684
adb push TWRP_2.6.3.3_m7.zip data/media/0/
make sure TWRP_2.6.3.3_m7.zip is in the same directory as adb before push
you flash that from recovery the same you do a rom .. then reboot to recovery to see it
Also note that your s-on and cannot use a kitkat rom
find ARHD 31.6 here and push it the same you did the recovery

then uninstall all your htc drives and do it again
if you know how to manually install drivers from device manager you can use these
Flash TWRP recovery and push ROM with ADB.
Reboot into TWRP.
Press mount and just choose DATA
Leave it and then push your rom file with "adb push rom.zip /sdcard/.
When its done you will get a message that files are transfered, Now flash rom
Thanks, that worked.

No problem mate.. Good luck
I think I totally messed up my HTC one sprint.I unlocked the bootloader, installed twrp and then flashed cyanogenmod 11 on it with gapps4.4.2 and It was running pretty smoothly but the battery life was terrible and no one could hear me when i was on speakerphone. So i tried to get it back to stock rom and now I am just stuck in the bootloader. When i go into TWRP there are no ROMs there anymore. I must have wiped them by accident. Additionally I was never successful in getting S-OFF i tried RumRunner like 20 times with no luck. Please help me
When i run the what I think is the correct RUU I get "ERROR [155]: UNKNOWN ERROR
The ROM Update Utility cannot update your Android phone.
Please get the correct ROM Update Utility and try again.

I was going to ask the same question
Here is my story..
I have an HTC one unlcoked version with sense 5.5, and I decided to unlock the bootloader and flash google edition software. I unlocked the bootloader with no problems at all. Then I rooted the device, and everything is very fine. Then, I downloaded a google edition software, and flashed it using CWM. I rebooted the phone to see if it works. It didn't. It does turn on and I can see the google logo, and I can see the screen with the apps then suddenly the phone restart by itself, and it keep doing that. I tried to flash the stock sense but I couldn't. I need a solution pleas. Thanks

So.
I accidentally wiped everything clean on my phone, including my backup.
Now all I have is TWRP v2.6.3.3
I've tried to sideload various files onto the phone, but nothing has worked. I suspect that this may be because my pc (win 8.1) is not recognising my phone, but I may be wrong, I'be been wrong about everything else these last 20 odd hours.
Can anyone help please?

Right, I tried to sideload the latest android revolution rom, but it failed, it said:
Starting adb sideload feature
installing'//sideload.zip'checking for MD5 file
Skipping MD5 file check: No MD5 file found

If you don't want to mess around with drivers, I'll recommend getting an OTG cable. Put your rom in a flash drive, connect it through the OTG cable. TWRP can manage it from there.

I've pushed a couple of roms over, the Android revolution installed! Nice!
