WiFi Explorer

I have a NAS connected to my router by ethernet which I store all my media on, is there any way I can connect to this from my phone when connected to the same router via WiFi?
I've seen plenty of apps to access your phone from your PC but nothing that fits the above.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If you would like to access all files on your PC you can use LAN option in app called ES Explorer, it's really good. If you only need access to media such as movies, mp3 you may be satisfied with BSPlayer (it's got LAN mode).

If you just want to access media on the NAS then you can use the AllShare app that is preinstalled. It will automatically detect media servers on your network.

+1 for BS player - it's awesome! For the few occasions I need More power I also use es file explorer.

My NAS isn't DLNA, it's just a standard 250gb drive that's connected to my router via ethernet. Am trying bsplayer, not had any success as yet but maybe I'm doing something wrong.

Connecting XZ To Sony USB Car Stereo

Hey guys, this morning I tried to connect my XZ to my Sony car stero via usb, the stero came up with not supposrted on the display. Anyone know to go about getting the stero to recognize the device?

The internal storage is always in MTP mode so ur stereo cant detect it probably. Put your music files in the sdcard and select Mass Storage mode in Usb Connectivity. Hope this helps.

I cant connect my xperia t to my laptop?

I cant connect my xperia t to my laptop, i get the USB IS NOT.RECOGNIZED i have changed cable wire, checked on another laptop, factory reset my mobile, uninstalled pc companinion but gets no result plz help.

the Phone does not show up when plugged in to the computer !

Hi,
I tried to install an app called USBsharer to turn my phone into a flash drive so that I could play music in my car through the USB port ( since it only supports iOS). Turned out the app did not work for me, and gave me a problem that my phone is now not recognized when I plug it into my computer, even though in the phone it says "connected as a media device", but nothing found in the computer.
Does anyone know how to fix it?
And if by any chance, if someone knows how to turn my phone into a flash drive so that I can play music directly via the USB cable?

Tp not shown up on laptop.

Hi all
I have installed jcsullins latest cm11 20150113 no problem, but I can't see tp on laptop? It makes a sound when I plug it in to laptop and says its connected as a USB media on my TP but can't see it on my laptop? Also its not in ports in device manager. Any suggestions would be greatful.
