Hay guys
Heres the deal
I used flashtool 0.9.13.0 and flashed the UK .244 C6603 on my Xperia Z
Then using the method in Excelsus_Z_V5.5.7 to change the kernel to the .423
After words I used the Root tool DoomLord Ver18 to root the device and then the TWRP till now all is GOOD
When I flashed the ROM the Recovery gave an error mid way through the setup
So when I restarted the device I got stuck
Now I have the Sony logo all the time
I can't even go to flash mode to reFlash a stock TFT
Please Help.....

vul up + power will restart your phone, keep it pressed both for more than 10 sec and it will shutdown your phone hardwarely! then you can go to flashmode, fastboot and etc.

I'm not sure if you doing this the right way,
1. you must hold down the vul down
2. and then connect the USB!
3. make sure your drivers are installed and your pc find your phone!

Try using flashtool to flash the original firmware.
Check if holding the vol - works.
If it does. Then you dont have to worry. Your device will be fine.

Try googling for the .ftf file for your Xperia Z. Then you can flash the firmware with flashtool & I think.u should do it before your battery is gone...
Cause after flashing ftf it takes almost 3-4 minutes to boot.

Sure~
i was following the step that found in XDA
HTML:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2154310
the files you can download inside.BUT something you should be aware~
1.this two file (Z_DooMLoRD_CF-Auto-Root-ported_FW-350.img and Z_DooMLoRD_insecure_FW-350.img)
should put it in the same of adb.exe file (c:\xxx\sdk\platform-tools\)
2.IF you don't know how to connect devices in fastboot mode in step 6 (following by the website i gave)
you should wait after flashing CF-Auto-root and reboot about once , plugin your usb and press VOLUME UP key TOGETHER
in that time ,you should see a blue led light on your devices.
I'd try that just disconnect and hard power off ,and plugin usb normally ,you will be fail to enter fastboot mode.
So my solution of solving boot loop after flashing CF-auto-root ,is PRESS and HOLD VOLUME UP key WHILE plugin your usb.
i did a big and long time reseach that teaching how to root xperia z ,all haven't point out that the method of entering fastboot mode
maybe they use another way to enter anyway my devices is running normal now and rooted
Hope these can help you  and
sorry of my bad english~

Thanks. I will try again later.
Anyway, I am running on Windows 8 and I'm not sure if it could be one of the issues I've faced.
I installed both the Flashtool abd Fastboot drivers and it was ok except for the Google driver which it said was not installed.
I checked the Adroid SDK by running the SDK pgm and it tells me I have Google Drivers (version 7) already installed.
So it should be ok, rite??

I have a big problem
After unlocking my device and flashing my device with "KA02.2 Xperia Z Revolution" everything seemed running smooth for on day i turned my phone on and off writing sms, ... then when i tried to start up in fastboot mode and pluged into the pc to flash doomlords kernel it suddenly was dead. No LED light and the phone won't even start up (to be precisely i dont no if its even turned on).
Could it be that i am just stuck in fastboot mode and just let the device run out of battery? or what could it be?
Thanks for any response in advance!

I do not understand what you mean by:
"Could it be that i am just stuck in fastboot mode and just let the device run out of battery? or what could it be?"
By reading this I get the idea the phone is now no longer turning off?
If so, try hold the VOL UP + Power button untill it turns off.
If that is not the problem, hold VOL UP and plug in the USB in the phone. (Do not press power)
Does the device enter fastboot mode now?
If so, does your PC recognize the device when connected in fastboot mode?
Kind regards, Stefan.

Hold power button and volume up for a while (with the cable disconnected) until the device vibrates three times.

can try to flash again with Flashtool
Had a similar problem
Bricked my Xperia Z when I tried to install ClockWork Recovery on it.
Had to use the flash tool http://androxyde.github.com/
and then find the appropriate firmware for my T-mobile version
And I was able to bring my phone back to life.
My phone was so bad to the point when I hit the power button, a red light would flash
Hi everybody,
First, i would apologize for my poor English, and I hope you'll understand me
Phone : Xperia SP // Paranoid Android // LBL
Computer : Drivers Flash/Fast installed // Flashtool installed // SEUS installed
For 10 days, I get a little problem, my XSP don't restart. In the morning, my phone was 100% loaded, and I plugged in a bad battery charger from ebay. After use it, I would like to lock the screen and black screen but back light doesn't switch off. I tried to unlock the screen but i couldn't. Then i pressed off button behind the case and i was expecting that the XSP restarts, but nothing.
I re-plugged it on my good battery charger and the LED stays off.
I let it for 10 days and today i re plugged it to wall battery charger and surprise! the LED switch on red. Then I tried to get it onto flashmode but when I plug XSP to the computer with volume - pressed, there's nothing happen.
Is anybody could help me? Pliiiiiiiiiz!

You should try the Minimal ADB and Fastboot. It's a really great tool if you don't wish to download the whole Android SDK.
Also see the FlashTool Xperia Driver Pack by @DooMLoRD. Downloading and choosing Fastboot and Flashmode Drivers while installing this driver pack will probably fix your problems. :highfive:

USB Debugging mode has nothing to do with Flashmode. We can go into flashmode even if there is no ROM installed. As USB Debugging is a setting which can be toggled inside the ROM I don't think it has any effect on Flashmode. So thats not your problem.
Have you tried the steps I mentioned above?

That is definitely because of a driver problem. Goto Device manager and then try connecting the phone. When you connect it there will be a new entry in the list of connected devices. Right click that and uninstall those drivers and try starting over.

yes of course it's
windows 10 -64 bit
If PC recognizes your phone, can you use that to boot into fastboot mode?
Either use adb command "adb reboot fastboot" in PC
Or press and hold VOLUME_UP button then connect your phone to PC via USB (should see blue LED)
