How do I change the data usage cycle date? - Moto X Q&A

Hi,
I'm trying to change the cycle date of the dada usage but it's fixed and I can't change. Does anyone know how I do it? In my Galaxy S3 was an "edit" in the menu of cycle.
Thanks!

On mine (T-Mobile XT1053) I tap the date in the current cycle and see an option to edit it. Maybe your carrier blocks it.

Time delay

My diamond time delays 1~2 minutes one day, does anybody have the same problem?
Same here. Have you found out what is wrong yet???
Same here, could be because I've unchecked the 'Automatic change time zone and clock' option on the Time Zones tab in the Phone Settings. Even so, my Diamond's internal clock seems to be lagging..
....no, I have checked this, but this is not the cause.....quite annoying..as I need to reset the time daily....:-(
Can anyone help???
I have the same issue as well. Time falls behind about 2/3 mins everyday
No, I have the Diamond for over 2 weeks now and the clock is accurate, same as my computer which is always sync with internet time. I haven't flashed any cooked ROM yet. Still on the Telstra stock ROM at present which I am quite happy, despite a bit bloated.
The problem have been resloved, we should select the 'Automatic change time zone and clock' option on the Time Zones tab in the Phone Settings.

The 'Automatic change time zone and clock' does not resolve the problem. This has been discussed in a number of threads but so far the problem has not been rectified.
Isnt the clock synchronized with the PC automatically?
So.. if you just sync ur device from time to time, everything works out fine?
I'm again having this same problem. I'm using ROM 1.93.831.1 WWE with Radio 1.00.25.05.
I hope somebody can give some solution to this issue. It would very much appreciated. It's really quite annoying to adjust the time daily.

Time keep rolling back for 1 hour

I searched the forum, but I don't see any answer to my question.
I am on Fido (i.e. roaming on Rogers)
My X1 keep synchronizing with the tower's clock everyday....... and since rogers doesn't change their tower time during summer for daylight saving.... i have to adjust my clock 1 hour faster everyday (as it will delay one hour again tomorrow)..... which is really annoying as i use my phone to wake me up in the morning... and even worse..... it changes all my schedules by 1 hour earlier...
My question is...... is there any way i can fix this 1 hour delay problem? or is there anyway i can disable the time sync function?
Thanks in advance.
I'm with Rogers, and I'm not getting this time bug you are talking about. There is a setting to disable Automatic time change. Settings -> Phone -> Timezone.
I've had a related time bug on my XPERIA where my text messages were showing up as the wrong time received. Had to add a value to the registry to fix it.

[Help]Time Problem of My 6.5 Rom

My X1 6.5 rom has some problem on the system time. Sometimes it will be less than the actual time by something like two hours, and this status will last for several hours, then it will come back suddenly. I dont know why....
Does anyone have the same problem with me?
Yes, i have the same problem too. Can't figure out what could possible cause it. Then, after some time, it reverts back to showing the right time. It's very frustrating! Imagine setting an alarm and never get to wake up the next morning just because the system time is messed up...
Disable the automatic change time zone and clock on setting menu phone section
Thanks for the advice ASMASH!

Galaxy note clock is keep getting messed up!

ok this starts to happen recently, not sure if it's due to presence of new AT&T Note.
Problem:
my clock (official system clock that shows up on top right of status) is keep showing different time (minutes are correct, but hours are keep getting messed up by 2 hours or somewhere around that).
I'm located in New York EST time.
When I am at home in New Jersey, clock gets messed and shows weird time, and when I go to New York, time comes back to correct New York EST, and sometimes time keeps going back and forth between 24+ and normal time. I have no idea why this is happening. WHat's also weird is, so I turned off the automatic time update and used manual time, but then later it still shows up messed up time, then when I enable automatic time update, it shows regular time.
I've been using att wap APN settings that were publicly available prior to ATT Note launch. help real appreciated. I've come to work late like three times so far because of the messed up clock and thus my alarm clock.
do you have the international version or the AT&T version?
Hi
sorry about that. I have international N7000.
Weird

That is very strange. I've used International version for nearly five months and have always used "Automatic - USe network provided values" Date and time is always very accurate - more than that which appears on television (we don't have daylight saving so the national tv shows are delayed an hour!)
So perhaps it is to do with your service provider? Have a search to see if there is a different APN?
Hope that helps!

[Q] Wrong time displayed on Neo

So just noticed that when travelling, that the Neo time display is still showing home (in my case EST) time, yet phone (Note II) correctly shows local time.
Anyone else seen this behavior, and how do I make my new fancy watch tell the correct LOCAL time?
Thanks,
A

Under location settings in the phone, do you have wireless and/or gps enabled?
Yes. All enabled. Phone time is good. Neo time is bad.
EDIT: Discovered that by changing the clock setting in Gear Manager it will correctly show the time on Neo. However, that's not the point of having network time set on my phone (and Neo...)
Anyone know if this is a known bug? Fix?
I had same bug with my Gear 2. - I corrected it by playing a little with time zones, changing my device to Nairobi time zone
It helped
