optimus 2x accessories

will accessories from the optimus 2x like cases fit the g2x? i'm assuming yes as i've heard nothing about tmo physically altering the phone. just wanting to get a head start on accessories before i order next friday. no sites have tmo branded stuff yet. thanks.
According to GSMarena the dimensions are slightly different:
LG 2X
123.9 x 63.2 x 10.9 mm
T-Mobile G2X
124.5 x 63.5 x 10.2 mm
I don't know if this is enough to mess up accessories or not, but now you know.
PS This should probably be posted in the accessories section.
thanks for that important info.

N5 has more battery life then One, GS4 and Moto X

Under proper comparison conditions.

Just in case anyone still thinks the battery sucks or missed the Anand review.
All I can say to that is every phone is different. I had the HTC One about 5 months then the moto X. Moto X had substantially better battery life than my HTC and N5. HTC one and the N5 battery life are about the same, N5 might be a little better but no where near the moto X.
There's already a thread discussing the Anandtech review

Moto X (2014) - To buy or not to buy?

So, I'm starting this thread as some kind of general disussion about whether you are going to buy the phone or not and the reasons for your descisions, so it's some kind of purchase advice. Furthermore I want to know what phones may be an alternative for you.
The thing is, battery life seems to be not more than average (if at all) and I'm already not too pleased with the battery life on my Nexus 5. I really wanted to support Motorola but if the battery dies after half a day the phone can be the best in the world and it's useless. It has indeed some pretty neat features that I would like to use and the customization is another plus but mainly the battery life gives me a headache.
I think I'm going to wait for the next Nexus device and decide then.
What are your thoughts? Are you clueless like me?
I started something similar looking for advice on the old Moto X board...

End of line for future GPE devices?

I know this is speculation and rumors are just that rumors, but I was wondering if anyone else here has the feeling that GPE line of devices are ending with the M8. I am asking because one of the biggest selling points of buying the m8 was the GPE conversion. In 2014 it appears that the only GPE device that I am aware of was the m8. There was no GPE from S5, Sony(Z ultra) moto G, nor Asus(I think it was Asus) tablet. I am stuck on whether I should hold out for the m9(If that's what its going to be called)
This is a great development contribution.
This thread must be moved to the General section.
also the moto g is nearly like a GPE phone. and just because the other OEM doesn't have GPE converted phones doesn't mean it will end..

First you should read the Forum Rules on posting. Secondly, it is the end of the line for this thread, that I do know, thanks.

Is This Normal?

Hi,
I've just picked up my new Moto maker 2014 Moto X.
I always look over my phone before I switch them on to look for any imperfections.
I have noticed on the back of my phone where the metal frame bulges down there appears to be an indentation of some sort. However on looking on Google images I have seen the same thing on some images yet not there on others.
Could others please comment if they have the same and that it is by design before I make myself look like a fool and request a return with Motorola.
Thanks.
I have attached a picture of mine for reference.

I'm pretty sure its just a microphone.. and they designed it like that to make it hidden and not obvious or sticking out of the design. But might be better to check the moto x 2014 forum like as posted above.
Wrong forum. You want the Moto X 2014 forum.
