[Q] sony xperia z dead. wont turn on

hey im new here so please be nice with me
first my english is bad so hope you can understand me
the problem is i set the phone to wake me up and what happen i Let the phone ring until the battery is carried out and the battery died . I put it on the charge with the red LED lit up and keeps vibrating . LED turns off completely in a minutes while chargingnothing happn screen off red led off and also the vibrating stopped and ofcourse the screen BLACK
i dont know what happened but i had the phone for nearly a year and nothing happend just sudden death
have tried all of the manual resets (holding power button and volume button and hav read these forums and searched the web for a solution to no avail. PC doesn't recognise the phone so can't reset it via PC Companion
PLEASE HELP ME

Hmm i think there's some hardware messed up...
Can you connect the phone in flashmode??
Turn it off completely and hold volume down button and connect it to ur PC
IF the led light blinked green for moment tell me...

I have the same problem but led lights and charging doest work...because i flash an incompatible rom for xz
now sir what did sony tell you??..
did they fix your phone??..what recommendation they say??

[Q] can this xperia Z be brought back to life?

I have an xperia L, which is working perfectly, I wanted to swap it with an xperia Z that is faulty, the xperia Z powers ON, loads to the lockscreen, after inputting the lock code it goes OFF and goes back to the sony logo and gets to the lock screen and goes off agn continously. But i can quickly hold the power botton to power it off in the process. It charges very well when plugged. Please I want to know if the problem can be solved? Can I bring it back to life? And how can I do it. Please I need to know before I swap it. Please reply me, am new here. U can give me details on how to do it. Thanks.

Hi 1st try to fix him in PCcompanion,make a repair of the device and see if it works!

But I need to be sure it has nothing to do with the hardware.
Is it possible it could be the hardwares fault? After swapping my working xperia L for the Z I can't collect my XL back if the XZ doesn't work.

very strange problem with xperia z

Hi!
I have very strange problem with my xperia z.
I smashed my screen and buyed new.
Problem is,when connect new lcd my xperia z does not want to powerup with these new screen.
When power on xperia with old screen,phone power on and just reconnect old screen and connect new lcd then phone work ok.
As long as I do not turn off the cell phone works great. But when phone is power offI do not want to power on with new screen.
what to do?Please help me and sorry for my bad english! Thank you!

[Q] Power Button isn't working correctly anymore

Hello,
after the touchscreen of my Sony Xperia Z broke down, i decided to repair it by myself with an old Sony Xperia Z, which was damaged by water. So I took the battery and mainboard of the phone with the broken touchscreen and put it in the phone with the water damage. All worked fine, and the phone is working, except for the power button. If I press the button only for a moment, the phone goes to sleep, but the screen pops up again a few seconds after. Sometimes also the shutting down menu pops up.
So my question is if there is a way to repair that by myself (maybe I damaged a cable), or if I should go to a repair shop?

Could it be that I damaged the Flux cables which are under the battery pack, when I tried to put the battery out?

My Sony z

My Sony z got some problems..
I was updated my Sony z to lollipop.. Then I disconnected my device from the wallcharger..but it was optimising the android apps after updated..while I disconected.. It got off. And sudenly shut off.. Then it won't start and its display not working also Iamwhile it is in charging. But its getting on when I connected to the charger.. But nothing appers on the display.. But i got sms alerts and touch is working.... Plz help me anyone.. What I should do???

try to reset it with power button + vol down until it vibrates 3 times .. then turn it on .. if this doesn't work u should perform a repair with PCC ..
