XDA PREMIUM 4 Version 4.0.5 - Sony Xperia T, TL, TX, V

I've been using this to read xda forums, i can now see the Cross Device Develipment Prohects for Sony but when i tap it link goes to forums. Is there any update for this or fix for this?
Thank you in advance.

Notifications don't work at all. No support at all for the app. Very disappointing for a paid app, especially from XDA. I regret paying for this, because it seems like a cash grab, but there's no way to get a refund after the first 15 minutes.

There was another thread created but buried. So this is a new one. I promise to keep updating everyday so everybody can check here and see if the app will work for our beloved xooms.
*Friday 05/27/2011 - abduction 2! Confirmed working brilliantly on the 10.1 inch edit: and whoever already has this game, there's an HD option needs to be turned on as it was off by default. Thanks CowBallZ69 for the tip.
*Saturday 05/28/2011 - Yoo ninja game. Used to be 1.99 - does NOT work good for xoom. Even though it shows up fullscreen. Its really slow. Its just unplayable. Edit: sorry about the original post on yoo ninja being a bit hard to understand. I was typing that at 3 in the morning after a long ass flight.
*Sunday 05/29/2011 - Cardio Trainer Pro - used to be $9.99- this is just an add on module, you'll need to download the Free Cardio Trainer as well. The app itself shows up nicely on the big screen. Usable. Good looking and lots of different types of workouts. There's one drawback though, there is NO landscape support! Get it while you guys can. This is one of the few quality apps that we got
* Monday 05/30/2011 - day 4 of this thread and its already getting rotten. But I am going to keep posting my mini reviews. The app for today is Gaia GPS. Regularly priced at $9.99. The developer already stated that the app is not compatible with all tablets. But hey, you can always expect for the good outcome. And indeed luck is on your side this time. The app shows up nicely on my xoom, should be on yours as well. It is xoom compatible! I can't say about others though. I didn't have good signal when testing the app, it was loading slowly, but it is very usable
* Tuesday 05/31/2011 - the long awaited of PopCap hit game Plants vs. Zombies is finally here!!!!! From the developers: the game isn't guaranteed to play on every android tablet but work on some. You will experience the game being pixelated because of bigger screens. Also, this game requires wifi download. When today is over, $2.99 is going to be the price I've tested the game with a few plays. So far I've only experienced slow down and pixelated when I collect new plants. It is definitely good enough.

Thanks for continuing this. It was a real pain in the butt to keep the original going because it was never made a sticky. That and the lack of quality apps offered got the best of me. :/

And to the person who suggested HD option being turned off by default, thanks for the tip.

Yeah, echoing your yooninja findings in OP. Plays fullscreen, but so slowly that it's unplayable.
Mod can you make this a sticky so I can give my mini reviews on apps everyday.

I have a question, everytime I try to get the free app it asks me to set up "one click" on my mobile device. Everytime I try to do that it asks for my mobile number. I have a 3g xoom from best buy which I have never activated on Verizon's network. I don't know of any number assocciated with this device, even a dummy one for unactivated devices. So how do I complete this step?
Really I don't see why I should need one, can't wifi only xoom users get the free app, and what number do they use? Stupid #$%@ing red tape. The damn app is free at the time anyway so what is all the extra security for?

Just use your phone number. Shouldn't that work? I remember I ran into that problem like you did.
This should help you out.

Need help getting my money back

Hi guys I can use your help in a form of a little guidance in getting getting my payment stopped on an Android market app, it's called " Bakery Story " it's a free app for kids when the app is opened it tricks kids in buying gems of some sort, my 6 yr old daughter downloaded the game and I saw an email receipt from Google for $100 .Verizon said they can't do anything, bank said call Google, I tried contacting Google but a dead end. Any advice would be helpful. Thank you.

I assume it was all in-app purchases then? Seems that there is a bit of a black spot of accountability. I imagine if Google gets back to you it will be to say it's nought to do with them either.
You could try contacting the dev's directly maybe? Apparently the game is made by "Team Lava" - http://www.teamlava.com/
Thanks guys I tried both methods but no results no reply from dev and bank said because it was my debit not credit card if was credit card there would be third party involved which could be disputed, Google said they're not responsible for on app purchases.

That's mighty annoying though. Shows a rather gaping hole of responsibility within app purchases.
Fingers crossed that the devs are nice when they get back to you!

I'm guessing you wont get the money back. These apps are written just to take your money. See the pattern? Kids game, you give the kid the phone, phone screen to small to watch over all the time, kid doesn't understand the theory of money, you lose money. I should write an app like that. But I would get paid for every post that is made on XDA.

Free Tapatalk Alternative(Almost better)

Over downloading Mediafire links for the latest version of Tapatalk, I found myself running into an app almost alike.
The app is called Forum Runner.
Two things...
#1. The free version does everything Tapatalk does and more, downfall is you can't post attachments.
#2. The Dev himself told me that in the paid version you'd soon be able to add your favorite unlisted forums.
So should you try? Yes.
I didn't post attachments when I had Tapatalk because the quality had become shot out.
Give a go.

Well it seemed like a really nice app...right up to the part where I hit 'reply' and it told me that was a premium feature...I don't mind paying for an app but that's such a basic function it should really be included in the free version.

I used this app for a while and I swear I remember reply working just fine. Then a couple of days ago I tried it after uploading a new ROM and all of a sudden reply became a premium feature... that's garbage.
Tapatalk looks nice but?
How can I find out if the forums I use regularly work with tapatalk? With no free lite version it is difficult to know if it s a good investment or not. People keep referring to Tapatalk or XDA but surely the XDA app is just for XDA Dev forums and not for multiple forums (fora?) - I think developers would sell a lot more copies of good apps if they made trial versions available.
Are there any other multiple forum readers out there?

Go to the website on your phone and it should pop up a message. If not, then it probably isn't supported.

Sorry maybe my post wasn't clear, I only have one for myself, but others have duplicate orders.
I assume many of them may try cancelling the second order with Google, but if they post here first maybe some other XDA members can work out a deal. I wouldn't recommend paying anyone until they have the Nexus 4 in their hands, but I guess some trustworthy XDA'ers might want the money upfront if they can't afford to have Google charge them twice.
I understand that you are trying to help fellow XDA members but please continue this in the Marketplace section

Second time that we get screwed by Motorola? have you checked the update page or do you have unreported official news from within Moto that says that the update will never happen. No official news has been released saying that the update will not happen and that we have been bent over a table and screwed, so until said news is released, anyone who actually owns this device and claims or states things like you just did is purely rumor or speculation unless you have Motorola credentials to back it up.
Have fun with your Note 4 and enjoy the probable lock down of the system Chainfire predicted months ago.
Furthermore, we already have a goodbye thread created here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2611939
Admins, please close this duplicate thread.
So i have to wait because you said so. (MOD EDIT). If you don't like what I write , don't read it. That is call freedom.

I do not have Motorola credentials, so I am not telling you what to do. I am simply offering a bit of advice based off of what we are looking at. KK has not been shot down officially, yet ppl are jumping ship as if the world depended on it. LP will have some issues on new devices per Chainfire's analysis.
In addition to advice based off of things that myself and many others have been looking at for quite some time, I have to point out that your stance about me being controlling and giving me the whole freedom of speech argument is very much off base, esp since I'm someone who wears a uniform.
As stated above. There is a thread for "goodbyes"
