How to improve touch screen sound "click" - Sony Xperia T, TL, TX, V

As some people noticed with 4.3 update the "click" sound when we touch the screen its less audible then in 4.1 to solve this problem (if its a problem to you) is:
First of all have root
1- Copy Effect_Tick.ogg from System\media\audio\ui to your computer
2- edit sound volume with any program that give you an option to do that (i use sound forge 11)
3- copy it back to your phone with permissions rw-r-r
I have a sound edit with a gain of 20db if any want test i give a link https://mega.co.nz/#!N1llSQpY!8UK5NaiEPy8ukBuEurcGytL7Qwo1Og__8Hzo2cGC6tM
Good luck
I think that will work for every sound that you want improve play with gain and test.....
If you send me the files i can improve the sounds for you but when i can...... dont see this as an obligation to me....

Im trying right now i would love to gain about 20% of improved general volume but all i´ve tried din´t worked for me anyway thanksfor this the 4.3 clic sound is the sexyest sound on the phone

I just love the simplicity of this solution. Too bad I don't have root.

Audio booster - turn it on permanently - can it be done?

Is there a way to turn on the audio booster permanently?
The tweaks I have found reset with each softreset... so I wonder if anyone found a permanent solution...
maybe someone can make a .cab that does the registry edit with every boot-up...
This one:
"HKLM/System/State/Hardware/Headset
set the value to 1"
I would be INSANELY happy if someone would make this!
If you want to boost volume on device try this, as it works really good:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=428170
thanks for the tip, but there is no problem with the volume...
the sound just totally lacks bass trough the bluetooth headset because audio booster is not on

I agree.... that bugs the hell out of me also. Don't HTC realise that not everybody likes to use the shipped wired headset. After all, this is the 21st century and who wants wires anyway? Surely the device should active the audio booster when any type of headset is detected.
Come on HTC... I think a hot fix is required here!!

(tried srs wow hd, but it doesn't support wm 6.1)
Buy a motorokr s9... I am in the same thread, because it has too much of it.
Actually I want to reduce the bass.

I just made a .reg file of it. Quite easy to click on after boot and you're on.
BUT... The equalizer doesn't seems to work, nothing happens how much I adjust it. Even resetted all changes in Advanced Config and Diamon Tweak.
How do You make it work?

Diamond volume increasing cab(audiopara3.csv)

first of all, thanks Tripp found the way to increasing Diamond volume.
i have make it to cab file, try it.

Thanks mate to you and Tripp..well done.
There's a problem with the cab file mate. It tries to install the csv file into the "Windwos" folder, not "Windows".
Cheers.

SEX1 Camera sound

Hi, guys.
How I can switch off this annoying camera sound? I try to find some keys in registry, but can't find some useful. From camera menu I can't switch off sound, just choose from 4 variants of it.
Thanks for assistance.
you can switch it of in the camera menu...
Not necessarily...
Sony removed the "sound off" option in the newest NAM R2A ROM
Legal issues I guess
guess so too.
there was a political discussion 'bout that. taking pictures of peeing womans or so without makeing a noise ... im somwhat sure that this was the work of an american politician.
I think it has to do with this new law:
http://techfragments.com/news/318/Tech/New_Law_Will_Require_Camera_Phones_to_Click.html
what happens if you change the name of sounds.blob to something else?

hmmm... upskirts ??
.
Why not just turn off your ringer before taking the picture. Then the speaker is disabled and voila, no camera sound.

No need for X1 (R2A), just delete sounds.blob
Either:
- Overwrite sounds.blob with a 0kb file or delete it (whatever works for you)
- Or set HKLM\Software\SonyEricsson\Camera\PROPERTY_PHOTO_SHUTTER_SOUND to value 4.
- Or turn down system volume to 0.
Disables the shutter sound.

Because the camera sound is something I newer want, so why not remove it. So anyway. There is a solution so all this posts that is posted now is unnecessary. Like mine
All I did was choose Camera Sound 4, there's no noise. I'm running UK R2 btw.
Which file contains the sound for auto focus? The sound is too loud. I would lower the volume of the sound file or even delete it completely.
I sometimes forget to turn off the phone volume and that sound is too noisy!

Actually this works just great for me. I figured out my keyboard problem is due to something else. Thanks very much for the help on disabling the shutter sound. Now if only we could get rid of the autofocus sound too! =)

Who wants their mp3 ringtone to sound louder?

Hey guys, I am not sure whether there has been a fix found for creating your own mp3 ringtone sound louder with your XPERIA X1 without messing with your phone settings.
So what I thought was why not mess with the mp3 itself and see if it makes any difference. Again, I don't know if this has been suggested before but I was wondering if anyone would like an mp3 file they have that I can test and post back here just to see if it works.
Any volunteers?
*ps*: forgive me if this method has been proposed before
yes this has been posted before.
since i'm a new user, i can't post links. please check thread: 490391
i tried increasing the sound in audacity but it gets to a point where it just gets really distorted if you keep increasing it but if you can strike a good balance then it works well!

Yes, this is what I meant. You can emphasize certain frequencies and minimize certain frequencies in Audacity and you can get a pretty fine ringtone.
You specifically play with the equalizer option to get your ringtone to sound according to your preference.
At any rate, it's all about balance like you said.

broken volume button--In call volume rigistry hack

I couldn't increase the in-call volume due to the button broken, and I did not find any solution on the site. The solution or apps only work for ring tone or music play. So, I seach the registry and found this trick........ and hope no one post it yet. My first post and If I repost, i'm sorry.....
I assume you have a custome rom if not, I recommended you a great rom--- deepshinning http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1271118)
go to the registry edit tool(download and install it if you don't have), find below entry
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\Phone\Vol
change the Dword to one of the below prefer volume 0--10. Make sure you restart your phone after you change the number.
10--->65535
9----->59418
8----->53301
7----->47185
6----->41068
5----->34952
4----->28835
3----->22718
2----->16602
1----->10485
0----->4369
only downside for this is you have to restart every time you change it. If someone great in programming, hope they can write one.......

there is an easier way also just blug in your headphones and decrease the volume by using the volume down button on them
an even easier option would me to adjust the volume via an application
e.g. Device Volume
