Optimus Black Completely Dead

hello guys, i was just trying to save my phone with smarth flash tool, i can get into s/w mode, and my phone was not completely.. after my last flash with smarth flash tool, now i can't do anything with my phone, no display no sound, no s/w mode.. please help me guys, or it seems that i am getting a new phone

You can't get into S/W ?' O.0 with the volume + and the power boutton ?!'

Maybe your battery is dead? Did you tried connecting phone without battery and holding volume up?

yes i tried with-without battery and still sleeping like a bear.. i think my ob is over

Battery droping dead all of a sudden

OK so I hope someone's gonna be able to help me on that one. Phone isn't rooted, nor bootloader unlocked. Ever since the 4.2 update it is behaving rather strangely, let me explain:
Let's say my phone is at like 30/35% (my battery is always around that when it's happening), and like I'm going to browse the news on Feedly (what I was doing the last time it happened a few days ago) or watch a YouTube video of 4 minutes (what I was doing 10 minutes ago when it happened again and my phone was at 30% just before that) and all of a sudden my battery is going to drop dead to 0% and the phone is going to shut itself off.
In the case of Feedly I locked my phone after I finished using the app and when I turned it on about 3 minutes after that I got the warning and the phone shut down, in the case of Youtube I went back to my homescreen after the video ended, dismissed a few apps via multitasking and then I got the waring and it shut off.
I can't figure out what's going on honestly, so does anyone have an idea or should I email Sony directly?

Double sms

Hi
Is it just me who gets double sms on the one?
It's not always but kinda often.
Is it the device or my provider?

Big battery drain

I have bought XZ 2 days ago, I recharged it first then updated to 4.2.2 and now recharged 2nd time, i unplugged my phone amd after 30 minute there was only 97% left.. Phone went into DS. Any ideas why it has got such a big drain. Wifi and data was off.

I don't know but you can delete some bloatware which produces wakelocks with a root browser or titanium backup.
Check the apps betterbatterystates or wakelock detector.
You can also turn on stamina mode in settings.

Are you using LTE? I get noticeable less battery drain when I'm in a poor LTE covered area and force the device to run 2G/3G.

Give Wakelock Detector a try, it's the best way IMO of seeing exactly what's draining your battery:

try! completely discharged from 100% to 0% then charge 100% full or try stock 4.3 clean install

Microphone quit

Phone worked OK for 3 days, now the microphone does not work. Galaxy S8 Verizon, Baseband version AQD9.
Help

I would take to a Verizon shop and replace it if it's a hardware issue.

I've been talking to Samsung And they know the problem. It's the software that's wrong, you can make a total reset of the phone.

Factory Reset
I factory reset mine and it still didn't fix the issue. I put my phone in safe mode and still nothing. I think it's a hardware issue, or software possibly. Tomorrow I'm taking my phone to Verizon and seeing if they can figure anything.
