So a friend of mines got her Note 3 under the same provider and works flawless without any issue. Got my S5 a week ago have not notice now that under 4G no video cannot load, but under wifi it works fine. Why is this?

Haven't experienced any loading issues at all. Might be something with the application.

Hello, first of all I apologise that I didn't bother to read through more than 3 pages of Q&A before asking. Also my English is horrible, I know.
So basically my GF has her Note N7000 International version aaaand she somewhat has a habit to drop it (2 times a month or so, lol). Now after latest drop and SIM change WIFI and 3G started behaving really wierd. Strangely enough, 3G works on some paid apps and internet but when trying to stream video or use internet share via WiFi it fails. Just says Error in settings.
Now I elimimated the SIM change as a problem since everything works 100% on her old Galaxy Gio.
Any ideas? I'm not familiar with Samsung devices in any way
Oh and everything is 100% stock with latest OTAs.

Hey, guys. I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this.
I have an last generation Airport Extreme. Everything has been fine with all of my devices until recently. The only thing that changed is that I got an update for the Airport Extreme. Now, my Note 3 and ONLY my Note 3 is super slow on Wifi. I don't even get 1 mbps download. I tested several other Android and iOS devices and they have no issue. I checked all of the wifi settings on the Note and I can't see anything else that would cause this. I power-cycled my router and there has been no change. Everything else in the house is getting good speeds.
My Note 3 used to work perfectly fine on my AE, so this is definitely new. Anyone experience something similar or have an idea of what it might be?

No issues here with a 5th gen Airport Extreme.

So, I set up a separate 5ghz network and connected to that. Speeds are fine there. It apparently only has issues with the 2.4ghz and it's only my Note having the issue.

This phone is an absolute monster. Wouldn't change a thing about it! It's so fast and smooth (coming from tmo s7 edge) battery life has been great for first cycle use (I know my battery isn't a dud lol) and it works great with T-Mobile after changing the APN to regular T-Mobile LTE I'm getting great LTE now and at work my speeds have triple. charges much faster than s7 edge and for being 1080P it's such a good display and knowing it dropped less juice then QHD, big W. Haven't gotten into development much just yet. Or have done any system updates or gaming. Today is that day, was just testing how well battery performed and after unplugging at night 1/18 throughout all day yesterday, had 12% at night. Plugged in this morning have 3 accounts and have used GPS and BT (not all the time). Is there anything you vets can share a few tips and tricks with our OPO? What are your thoughts on this Device?

Welcome to the 3T :highfive:
Hey I have a tip, I just got my 3t the other day and just realized WiFi Calling & VoLTE Calling is OFF by default. You can turn these on in Settings -> SIM & Network settings.
Having those on makes it sound like phone calls are much louder & clearer instead of using a tin can to communicate.

mine was actually defaulted to T-Mobile GPRS (fast.t-mobile..com)
I just got my OP3T yesterday. I unlocked the bootloader, installed TWRP and OOS4.0.2.
I agree though, this phone is INCREDIBLE. It is by far the smoothest phone I have ever used. I also had a Samsung Galaxy S7 (not the edge variant though), and this phone runs laps around the S& (in terms of performance).
I know a lot of user complained about camera quality, and I think the main thing with the main back facing camera is that it's VERY sensitive to movement, so you need to have a steady hand otherwise your pics can come off a little blurry. I'm playing around with different camera apps right now to see how they compare. I will say though that the front facing camera is really great quality and doesn't take distorted or blurry pics at all.
The only thing I would say is if you want, I installed 2 apps to help out with the battery even more. I use LeanDroid and ForceDoze (both on play store)
I also use Nova launcher to help organize my apps (although I have no complaints with the stock OOS launcher)
I use ccleaner from time to time to clean up "crap" from my phone
I also have Blokada on my phone - http://blokada.org/ (prevents advertisements on sites and in apps)
Other than that, everything else is working GREAT! Phone is very responsive.

When you run a speed test, what do you average on T-Mobile-GPRS? I have that as my default APN as well, and get about 40Mbps down and 25-30Mbps upload.

There's a lot of variables, but I am usually at least in that range. I have been as high as 100mbs download...

I'm using fast.t-mobile.com right now as well on the stock rom. I can't recall maybe at that time i was using a different rom and they had the APN named differently.
Anyway just ran a speedtest and here are the results: http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/a/2726953248
I am looking forward buying the Moto G6 (US version) at a BestBuy store. Does it have some kind of obviously frustrating problems that people should be aware of?
I don't have any problems with mine so far. I like it.

With my moto g6 EU I have no problems, everything works as it should, but as always with every phone people have problems.

I love mine, came from a Nexus 6p and I've had 0 issues out of it. Great battery life. Honestly I would have paid more for this phone with how it performs, I'd say maybe the $300-350 range, it's a steal at $250 or less, Project Fi users it's $199.
My main concern is dropping WiFi connection! My USA Moto g5 plus has this terrible problem and also my Z2 play does it on occasion! It doesn't matter if it's at home using WiFi or in public I'm constantly losing WiFi connection
It's pretty frustrating!!!

I can confirm that my new G6 has the same issue, it's dropping WiFi connection all the time. It seems like people on the Lenovo forums are aware of this issue. The (temporary) solution is to change the DHCP server settings on the router to give your phone a fixed IP address. I know it's not perfect for many people, but this works for me because I use WiFi mostly at home.
The Wi-Fi drop is absolutely true. It happens all the time.

I bought mine 3 days ago and no wifi drop at all
I bought mine through motorola.com the day it became available. I have had no issues with my wifi dropping on my device.
I do however have some shutter lag on the camera often. Not so much if I open the app to snap a quick picture, but I notice it happens if I leave the app open and turn the screen off. When I come back in I can get maybe 1-2 photos then it sometimes lags 5-8 seconds until I close it completely and relaunch it.

After a week of using S10 , I feel that the WiFi and signal reception is very poor. While moving around my house my WiFi keeps dropping and sometimes I can't even see it. This does not happen with my S7 edge which is 3 year old phone and even on POCO F1 .
The reception is very bad. I was just wondering if it's only me or anyone else is having the same problem.
Model no: SM-G973F.
