So I hate bulky cases and don't like the otter boxes in there any glass screen protectors?

I've been using the body glove tpu case for about 2 months and love it. Adds ,with thickness of the back and front lip, about an 1/8" total its light slim elegant and rugid as hell. Dropped 2 or times from pocket height no problems.

Has anyone got any experience with the armour x case at the below link, possibly some pictures of it on the titanium grey note 2.
Was looking at the Seido active but the magnet affecting the spen has put me off.

Thats a generic case. Dont pay that much. You can get it for about $7 on Amazon.com. search for rhino case.

I'm in the uk and they don't have rhino case on the uk site.

I'm currently using this case. Overall, it's a pretty good buy as it protects the phone well through my daily usage. Access ports are covered and it has a kickstand which I think are great additions.
My only gripe is that the silicone skin is a little too soft and doesn't grip to the front well so sometimes while I'm using it, I tend to sort of peel it off a little. I never experienced this with the Commuter.
The Rhino case is an exact copy of the Armor X but it comes with a holster. The Armor X doesn't. Damn! If it had a holster, I wouldn't need to worry about the front anymore...
I have seen it on eBay too, you should be able to find it for much cheaper.

Thanks for the replies ill have a look on ebay, I really like the Seido cases its just a same about the interference from the magnet.

This is the nilikin slim case. I have it in black and white and love it. Doesn't add too much bulk at all and is still protective.
Doin' big thangs from my Note Deuce
bear motion has a very nice case. i got a grey one off amazon. it has some type of micro fiber texture so it doesnt slip from my hand when reaching across the big screen with my thumb.
i have a sf matte as well. bear motion is a lot nicer imo

I really like my case from cuzerliteits not to think at all. I actually didn't want a case but after having the phone slip out of my pocket and slide down carpeted steps... from the top everyone... yeah not good. Doesn't pick up grease either

Right now Im using the Tank Jelly in Mint green. I have a Speck Candyshell in pink, but Im kind of mad at Speck for not having plans for more stuff for our phones. I have like 3 more cases in the mail. Dont tell my wife.

Keep coming back to the Aegis, its too good imo
Mime glass and white UAG. Otterbox commuter back in the box. Best SP and case combination ever. And I have gone through dozens with iphone 3 3g 4 5 galaxy S2 Skyrocket and now Note 2.
This combination is light clear and if I want another color just duct tape the insert. Its like being a horse of another color in the emarald city ( haven't tried green yet, hmmmmm )

Hey guys just wanna share what I did with my case, modded it with the iron man armor, case has both hard plastic and tpu
Sent from my GT-N7100 using Tapatalk 2
Genuine Samsung Note 2 case, it fits the phone perfect, it has rubber sides and hard back. Samsung did a great job on the case just like they did on the phone. ZERO issues as it is made FROM Samsung. This is the perfect case for me..I do not have the overhyped UAG case nor the fever that seems to be spreading.
P.S. notice how I say best case for me??? Yea...I have no idea why people say something is the best for a very subjective topic.

Armor-X
I use the Armor-X case. It is hard to get (& not cheap) and comes from HK via German Post but totally worth every penny.

I'll update with a pic when I un-F my ROM's camera.
I've had roughly 50 cases since I resell them for fun. Of these, I've kept the following for myself:
2 UAG cases. 1 in black and 1 in white
2 Sweet Armor bumpers. 1 in Titanium Grey and 1 in Matte Black and Silver
1 Spigen Ultra Flip
1 Seidio Convert holster (only the holster, sold the case)
These are, IMHO, the very best available in each of their classes.
Went with the white Uag, preferred it over the silicone of the aegis
Sent from my SGH-T889 using xda premium
I've been switching between the Ballistic, Aegis, and UAG. It would be just the UAG if it didn't make the phone feel so wide.

Mind me asking what screen protector, if any, that you are using.
Every time I put on a different case, the edges are different enough that they cause problems.
Looking for a thin bumper case to put on my nexus 7. Doesnt seem like I will find it. I will settle for a nice TPU case with a very good grip and as thin as possible. I finally bumped the corner a little and it chipped it a slight bit. I like the way the thing feels altogether so I rather not get anything bulky. Just something think i can put on the edges that will not mess around with a possible future dock.
Thanks
This isn't TPU but hard plastic:

Figured id snap a few pics of the otterbox commuter since i didnt see any after searching. I really like the feel and looks of this case. It offers awesome protection but not much bulk. I had the defender but just really didnt like the design. I think otterbox did awesome with the commuter. Plus the screen protector is super clear and easy to apply.

Awesome, been waiting for someone to post info/pics first hand of this. I have the Incipio DualPro but have been considering switching to the Commuter. The grip on the DualPro is a bit slick and I hate how the top and bottom flap around too easily.
Hows the grip on the Commuter and do any of the edges flap around if you flick your finger over them, or are they held tight? Hows the travel on the back button covers feel? Is it just as easy to press the buttons?

All the buttons are easy to press. I know for a while otterbox was putting out cases with stiff buttons. The flaps all real tight and require some effort to open them which i think is good. This case dosent seem as slippery as my other commuters. My s3 was a pain to grip. 1 week use and no scratches on screen protector

Thanks for this post! Got a quick question though i have a zagg screen protector on its and I'm scared it will peel the protector off

I got this same case and one of the otterbox branded screen protectors *similar to an invisishield* and it's a perfect combination, when I had the Optimus G it was the only phone I ever had that I broke the screen and my g2 feels really solid with these on it

I got one too, fitment is good, just a little too bulky for me to use everyday. ...so I use quick window for day to day, and otterbox for outdoor scenarios

How much bulk does the Commuter add to the G2 (compared to the Dualpro)? How about the lip around the screen?
It's at least half again as thick as the Dual Pro, from the last time I tried it, and the rim adds about 1/8" to the height of the screen. It makes the phone wider than the Spigen Slim Armor, which already adds 1/8" on each side and back.

Thanks for the input. Deciding between these two cases.
Eta:
Could someone take a picture of the phone naked next to the case (commuter) so I get the idea of bulk that's added. Thanks!
