Mmmhhh... I think that you should flash accordingly baseband and kernel FTF for 6602's kikat version, i think...
Logicdictates so, because they are, the c6602 and C6603, the same hardware.

If you want to brick your device , you can surely do it
Flashing a C6603 rom on a C6602 will not brick your device, nor will it mess up the baseband (I think the same baseband is actually used on both devices regardless of the differing LTE capabilities).
Look around the forums. Many people have done so with zero problems.

My XPZ is C6602 , I have been flashed that ultralizrd rom and it worked like a charm.
According to my experience(almost one hundred times of flashing :laugh , there is no difference between the c6603 and c6602.
Do it, and you will have a C6603. At least it will report back as it was actually is LOL

Official 4.4 is not relesaed. You only can flash a custom rom bur not more..

Have you backed up your TA partition and unlocked you bootloader?

either read the stickies and learn or if you don't know what you are doing then why risk bricking the device?
i'd suggest reading up on adb commands and unlocking boot loaders etc before anything if you still don't know what are you doing then leave the device as it is

Hi dude..
I don't know what is the problem but i Think u should flash .67 firmware its available on XDA
Just check the forums and its easy too...
And then try to repair it hope fully it will work and You can receive 4.3 update in couple of days

Yeah but no matter if India, Germany, UK or what ever. You can flash every stock ROM no matter which country.
With .67 you are up to date. Also with .74
Here is the .74 if you want to flash it, there is no customize

it just restarts the phone after update is downloaded and then nothing...gets a msg that update is failed..!!

pc companion is too slow for downloading so am requesting
You could have downloaded it via the PCC by now instead of waiting for somebody else to download, package and upload it for you.
Or is your time somehow more valuable than everyone else's?

After waiting a LONG TIME to get the 4.3 update, it still wont come out for me, even from PCC or Update Service, fiew friends already got it, one have the C6603 and another same as me C6602 wich is Operator Locked ( Morocco ).
Mine is a free phone, unlocked without any operator... guess it's weird and i still got nothing
If i update the FTF for C6603 is there any risk or problem there ? and should i get new updates if it come out for the C6602 ? ( already read that the name of the device become frome C6602>C6603 )

Even in case you flash a 6603 ftf, you should untick BASEBAND.

This happened with the first ICS update as well, at least in Hungary with T-Mobile But since then we always get the new fw one week later
