Hello all, pretty quick and straight forward question. Is there any way to open up the other system languages that ATT hides other than the handful included out of the box. I'm looking for Norwegian. I know on my S4 it was possible with root, of course I have a 4.4.2 Note. If this is possible at all can someone point me in a thread direction? Thanks guys!

Hello everyone,
I have tried searching the Note forums section and checking out Sammobile's site but neither answered the question (that I could find).
I have my Note and it works great but the one I have does not offer support for asian languages (specifically Japanese input). I know there are apps I can get to input Japanese but I was hoping to get more native support in Swype. There is a huge long list of stock roms available but I am unable to find out which ones support Japanese as a language. Does anyone know if one does, or do none of them have it? If multiple ones do then maybe someone could recommend the best choice to me.
Thanks very much

I am guessing with 105+ views and no replies that either Japanese input natively is not that big of an importance for note users or no one has actually dug deep enough to check on their own notes. I am still looking for the information so if anyone does know that would be extremely helpful.
I did some research and stumbled upon an app called Japanese IME Kaede IME V3. I know you were looking for native input support but you could use this as a replacement for the time being.
Unfortunately, I couldn't find anything regarding native japanese input for the Note.

Hey guys, so i have a SGN N7000, i was wondering if there is anyway for it to run on mobilicty here in Toronto. I initially thought it wasn't possible until i came across someone saying something about being able to flash an AWS compatible antenna to the phone, and that its on here.
I am a bit of a noob at this, so i have no idea where to start and how, could someone kindly give me a quick run through of what needs to be done.
Thanks.
Hello. I'm sorry if this is an stupid question but I've been wondering this for a while.
Is it possible to port the multi Window feature from Samsung devices (sgs4, sgs3, note 2) to the HTC one? Or is this feature framework dependent and can only work on samsung framework? I really know nothing about porting or compatibility needs to make that feature work so I've been wondering this...
Thanks any help is appreciated!

This is in fact Samsung framework dependant. This will not work without a full port of Samsung touchwiz framework. Sorry bud

Hi guys, and gals, and whoever else,
IS there any news on the root? I have android 5.0 (?) on g890 model of this phone, or so the specs say.
Unlocked carrier.
But is there any news?
I know the 1000 dollar bounty is still out, but has anyone achieved progress with this particular version?
Can I just ask, what seems to be the CURRENT issue with root at the moment?
Thanks.
Hi guys,
Thanks for the help in advance. I've been note user for a while now. I recently upgraded from Note 4 to Note 9 and I must say what a huge difference and I am still getting lost with all the features and bells and whistles.
One thing that bothers and I hope I could change is the "Settings" View.
In note 4 I can switch between View as - List View or Tab View. I really like the Tab view as I find it's very handy and more organized. Is there a way to this in Galaxy note 9? I find the note view is annoying and hard to navigate. Thanks again for the help.
No official way to change to tab view, don't know if it's possible with root or custom roms.

Thanks bro. I thought it was just me so I wanted to be sure. I fiddled with every single options and settings I could check and none. I'm not sure something as useful was changed by Samsung. Meh.
