[Parts] HTC Butterfly S Replacement Parts (901s) - HTC Butterfly S

Hi!
It's now a couple of days ago I'm having problems with my HTC Butterfly S (901s).
All the sim cards I put in my phone are not recognised.
After checking it seems that there is a problem with my Sim Card Reader.
HTC doesn't know/provide support for my phone model here in Switzerland. So I have to send it to USA or Tawain to get it repaired.
And my warranty is no more valid (rooted phone and opened to check what happened). I don't want to imagine the repair costs.
I also need a rear camera lens, and the rear camera itself.
Does anybody know where I can find and order these parts to repair it by myself
(for the sim card reader I need the complete board)
Thanks for your help and reply.

My N1 is SIM Lock or not ?

Hello
Sorry for my English but I'm French.
I live in New Caledonia, I bought a Nexus One still packed on ebay (no other way to get one in New Caledonia) and I have a problem.
My Nexus one says "No SIM card", I tried with 10 different SIM cards and I have the same problem (I put in the right direction, I checked several times).
Is it possible that my Nexus One is SIM Locked?
Who knows?
It is no longer guaranteed as I unlocked the bootloader, I saw the problem after.
Someone also tried to repair it and opened it, so if I should send it for repair I know that I should pay, but is it a hardware problem?
I hope it is simply SIM Locked, it would cost me less.
There is no such thing as SIM lock on Nexus. Please search next time.
Nope, it should not be SIM Locked. Actually, it WILL NOT be SIM Locked.
Sounds like the SIM card slot could be going out? Try wedging a few scraps of paper up underneath the SIM card as you insert it to hopefully get a bit more pressure against the contacts.
Good luck!
Did you contact the ebay seller? Sounds like you bought a defective unit.

You could look into this one http://www.magic-sim.com/product/id...MICRO_SIM_DUAL_SIM_ADAPTER_for_HTC_ONE_S.html it says for the HTC One S but im sure it'll work, contact them first to make sure.
Sent from my HTC One using xda premium
That's so cool. It's a bit clunky, but a very clever solution. Now if only the phone's radio could be connected to two mobile networks at once. . .
can you receive calls to both sim cards ???
Buy the Chinese model HTC One. It has dual simple card slots built in and sd card storage. But you lose the unibody construction

Issue: Replacing 802w Screen

My HTC One Dual Sim (802w) suddenly slipped out of my hands during my morning workout and I cracked my screen. Since I like my phone too much I can not replace the entire phone, so I'm thinking of replacing the screen itself, since only screen has been broken and everything else works just fine (Every touch and every swipe works as is should be)
So, since I have a Dual Sim version 802w I'm wondering whether the original One's (HTC One M7 NON DUAL SIM) screen is identical to the DUAL SIM one?
I got in touch with the Russian HTC Support but they did not tell me whether the screens are identical or not. All they told me, was to take my phone to my neighbour country for them to fix it.
Does anyone have any experience with the broken glass of 802w? Would very much appreciate any response ...
its not the same bro. i ordered for HTC one 801. apparently its not the same.
try this one.

HTC one can't recognize sim

Hello, recently I have bought an HTC one m7 sprint unlocked.
At first everything was fine and Sim worked good like usual.
Then I have inserted a microsim adapter with no Sim into the tray.. It got stuck I tried by force and allot of ways to get it out I couldn't make it..
I gave it to a local repair and they did get it out.
But they told me you be to buy a new Sim tray since it got beaten and bad shape
I order one of eBay and finally it arrived I have tried to insert a SIM into the phone and it did not recognize the sim I got worried and I don't really know if one of pins in sim inside the phone is broken even though I can see there is 3 Sim pins I have no idea what to do right now what should i do right now please help me I am stuck with this phone and I can't return it or do I get a refund or anything
but I can see that imei is shown and each time pop out the tray it says the Sim can't be recognized

looks like a broken contact, are you using the same sim card that was working before or its a new card? You could go at any carrier and ask them if you could test one of their sim card. But after reading your story, its really sound like a broken sim contact.

That is a hardware issue, so you will need to return it under warranty for repair. Hopefully, it is still stock. If you know someone with a similar phone, you might ask them to use their tray and if your sim is recognized with that tray then you just need a different tray. If not, then it is a hardware issue.

Yes I have used same one.. And two others didn't work..
They say that if you use some tape on the Sim it will work should I give it a try because I can see through the phone that one of the pins is slightly lower than the other two

would recommend to put anything on your sim, don't get it worse and send it for repair.

Like alray stated don't put anything on the sim card and force it into the slot. Can you take it to the shop that removed the original tray to see if they can repair the fingers?

No because the shop is like only for iPhone .. They did it for me as a favor.
And I've talked about it to them they said they don't fix HTC.
