Design Flaws (Speaker Grill) - Galaxy Note 4 General

Right end of the speaker grill is pushed farther inside than the left. It is very hard to notice this flaw through naked eye but when grill reflection is looked at from an angle like 45 degrees, it is visible. Below pic is taken with my phone resting at an angle on TYLT over my desk. Speaker grill is reflecting white ceiling light but right end of the grill is not as it is below glass surface.

Yah thats definitely not right. Mine is perfect. You have a defect in yours. However, since you can barely see it with the naked eye I wouldn't worry about it.

Mine is not like yours but the grille is not centered, theres a very small gap on the bottom of it and small pieces of dirt get in between sometimes

Time to get some warranty service on that.

[Q] Changing The Bezel.

Anybody messed around with this? Seen if it would be possible to attach a custom bezel? Maybe something smaller and more black or glossy to appear more like a typical tablet?
I don't see any reason for it not to be able? As long as you fabricated the exact design just with different material?

Ya, I could see how youd be right about this, my only concern would be if any of the hardware is attached to the front bezel in any way.
check this picture
It looks like the metal parts might be held by screw but the bottom plastic piece where the N button is seems to be plastic welded on. I can't zoom in far enough to tell for sure.

[Q] Nexus One little black rubber plastic inside the Motherboard

Hi, I had a broken screen so I was replacing the AMOLED screen on my N1, but when I removed the motherboard a little black squared shaped rubber plastic just felt, I didn't watch from where it came but.. now that I'm reassembling the phone i cant find a place for it..
Its not the Mic rubber, its more like.. a pressure plastic for a ribbon cable or something, theres one like this on the Case/Digitizer assembly (facing inwards) that is on top of a ribbon cable (digitizer one?).
For this one, i cant find a place can you help me, have you seen this rubber
Thanks

Sanded back cover

So, I completely sanded my back cover so it's matte plastic. It doesn't look as bad as I would have imagined. Strangely it feels thinner, lighter and better built. Anyone else try this out?
Post some pics?
Sent from the other side of town.
Pics or it didn't happen.
excited to see pics yes
keep in mind, I was planning to spray paint it white

Seems like it needs a bit more work around the edges. A finer sand paper coupled with a wet sanding session could land you with a perfectly, scratchless matte look.

Full trasparent tempered glass

Hello have you ever tried this screen protector?

I've tried one similar (if not that actual one). It was pretty awful. Felt like plastic, scratched immediately just wiping it after application.
Transparent ones will lift at the edges if they go all the way out and it'll look awful, just fyi
had the same, waste of money, looks awful, feels like compressed plastic bag. payed two months ago 9€.
at the edges you will become small breaks in it and it looks like your phone screen is broken at the edges.
if you want a gadget that makes your 450$ phone look like trash you should buy it.

Question Visible diagonal strip from top right corner is this normal? (back of S21U silver)

Hello
I didn't notice it before as since I bought my s21 Ultra it has been in a cover, it's an Exynos Silver one, on the back starting from the top right corner there is a visible line or strip about 1.5-2mm wide and 2cm long, same color as the rest aka silver but it's visible because there is a tad of relief
Is this normal? Is it an antenna?
Or it's a bad paint job under the glass?
It's not easy to take in photos, I tried my best, you can see it faintly in this photo

Might be a production issue.
I have the black one, and the corners are not perfect either, look like the colouring process was not consistent.
I personally am not bothered with that, but I suppose only a replacement would fix that.
