Have you tried MassStash's Hypernova kernel? Been running it on my M8 with the latest version of Viper without issue.

thats the only difference?
0.2 doesn't support sprint and it was released later
0.11 supports all phones and it was released earlier
why release a non sprint phone later if thats the only difference?

Hi all,
Tried both Viper4Android v2.3.1.3 & v2.3.1.1 and appears to be not working on my HTC one m7 running ARHD 31.6 with android 4.3. Have tried troubleshooting based on Zhuhang's official and some other related threads. However it still doesnt process any media player that im using. Just wondering any of you guys out there able to get it works on m7, if yes, would hope for solution on this. Thanks in advance.

I'm on ARHD 40.3 and teaMseven kernel. Just installed the apk from the thread, then installed the driver, reboot, and works perfectly now.

Yeah, wants this mod badly as it seems promising from what user reviewed. Hope to see some solution for this.
Tried a different Kernel?

THANK YOU!!! I've been using ARHD for a while now and could never get Viper4Android to work with Pandora or iHeartRadio until now. I'm now on the latest 71.1 of ARHD and can confirm that flashing teaMseven kernel did the trick for me! :good::good:
In brand new to this phone and I love it. I'm s off and just get a little confused with all the variants of this phone on different carriers. I read about the Skydragon lollipop based ROM. Does this support the Sprint phone? I have the Harmon Kardon edition, can I flash everything the original Sprint M8 can? Sorry for all the questions I'm just so new to this phone and there being so many variants. Thanks.
Look here:

Yes. I'm running a HK M8, soff and multi boot. Beyond stock kernel thanks to cpt throwback who ported the skydragon ROM however. the official HTC GPE ROMS will be out tomorrow. Might wait for those since they won't be ported.

Okay so once the official GPE lollipop is out I can flash them on my M8 HK? Thanks.
Yes, you can. I've even installed the skydragon ROM for now. I have impulse control issues.

So everything works on our version of the M8 with skydragon? I'm loving this phone and the support for it.
Experiences vary and it's a port from the Verizon ROM so while it works, it can be a bit of pain. Head over here, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2762336&goto=newpost for the ROM (don't let the thread title throw you off.) and more details

Hi, I've used lollipop roms for quiet a while and the battery performance is very poor, and the device is lagging alot.
I wanted to ask what is your opinion guys, on which version of android is the most stable for the m7, kitkat or lollipop?

Lol, thanks alot m8
yeah, it was damn right. after had trying lollipop everything goes down i think. specially the battery, draining fast.
so i made a downgrade to JB with the RUU, and upgrading again to 4.4.2 till right now. dont want anymore to use lolli.
I don't know about others, but the battery life for me has been really good on the latest 7.193401.22 for EU variants.
I've had my (AT&T) m7 on Android Revolution HD 90.1 for ~1 - 2 months with zero issues, not even a single crash/reboot. I have not noticed a change in battery life from 4.4. Another nice bonus is performance of the phone has improved significantly - though that could be that I no longer have Xposed installed.

Self-compiled CM for damn sure - it's already grown into a habit.
To get back what I love about HTC devices, I installed a minimal part of xpirt's Sense Home bundle (Home, Service Pack, Weather) and a Sense 7 theme, and the result is pretty nice.

I just remembered, I'm a liar. I did use TB once on my Desire, and that failed miserably so I decided it's a piece of c**p app and I decided I don't need it [emoji23]
I am quite partial to Lollipop GPE roms, particularly stock roms. However if I want a long term stable rom, I always end up going back to a Kitkat Sense 6 rom as they provide the best for battery life and smoothest performance.
TB?

Have u tried NuSense7 yet? It's smoother and more dependable than any rom I've ever been on, stock sense 6 included. I'm on the Verizon version as I'm on a vzw m7, however I know @santod040 knows what he's doing with anything m7 related, and I know he has the same rom available for wwe/international m7 as well.
