Teamspeak - Galaxy Tab S General

I have had a Teamspeak server for some years an everyone is more than welcome to come use it. There is a client for Android as well as PC, MAC, and Ipad/pod . Developers let me know I will make a special Developer only channel so you can talk in peace with out the bother of people begging. ;D. Everyone else its a great place to get to chat with people and maybe get some help if anyone is so inclined to do so.
Server is located at voice.clawfest.com
We use it mostly for Gaming. It does have a nice file server built in and people can share files there. It has a 100Mbit connection both ways.
I don't usually get to contribute to the scene and this is something I have and could.
DrClaw

Just some Updates I have crated a few channels for people to use If a mod from here wants to be granted Mod Access on the server I would be more than happy to.
The Server has a 100Mbit Connection and 2TB of space for files. If developers need a place to exchange files they are more than welcome to the space. the Speed is good by most peoples standards.
Anyone that needs assistance and wants to talk to some one is welcome to use the server for that as well.

Been on vacation for two weeks now. Come back from my vacation and with horror i read what M$ have done; No roms on this site anymore......words cannot express my sorrow.........where are we going to
what do you mean ? most of the roms will be relocated to p2p networks, torrents or free filesharing sites
Muahhh!!!
This is what Mocrosoft has rached.
The Scene has just moved to the Underground!
Instead of using the possibilties and advantages of an interested and active
Community they just moved the whole to the Underground.
One time again Microsoft looses 100 Point in my eyes!
Well In the PC area Linux is developing quiet fast to be able to rival with the MS Systems. What a pity that on the mobile Device Scene there isn't the same!
Sorry for my bad english.
!God bless the XDA-Developres!
how to keep track

The answer is the google

there must surely be a more effective way to do this. Google is great but not efficient and hence time consuming.
what is a good idea is what explode has done, but i fear M$ will quickly catch on
Well maybe the comunnity should buy a server in Papua New Guinea.
Or a another Country that doesn't like M$

File Sharing

Does anyone know of any file sharing programs which can be used on the AT&T tilt / Dutty's ROM v3 final? Something like limewire mobile? lol I know of WinMobile Torrent but thats not exactly what I am needing. Any ideas?
Thanks in Advance!
bump for information...
I don't think 24 hours required a bump.
This board has openly stated in various places that it will not tolerate warez, therfore by you posting a request for warez sharing software on your PPC is not going to be warmly welcomed.
I know that there are legitimate uses for p2p systems, but the majority of it is not. Besides, I don't think most PDAs have the capacity do they!?

In response to your comment - I don't mean to be rude but was it really necessary? My question was regarding a P2P File sharing program for the pocket PC - thats it. I didn't ask for a "program to download warez" material, I didn't ask for something to share illegal porn, I didn't ask for anything illegal. As you mentioned - yes, there are a lot of legitimate uses of a P2P file sharing program, and thats exactly what I intend to use it for. I just felt it to be a little insulting that you felt it so necessary to discipline me for an act which required no actions. In conclusion - we are all here for the same reason; which is to help each other with Apps, flashing new ROM's, and to diagnose problems. Although I am very new here - I have gained and learned a lot from it - however, one very important thing i have learned is if someones actions are out of line or a post needs to be removed; a "moderator" will step in and control the situation.

I don't think p2p necessarily means warez - after all, IIRC, even Pocket PC Thoughts or AximSite frontpaged a p2p software review / announcement some one or two years ago...

You must live by the mantras of RIAA and MPAA, bad boy bad boy! *spanks*. You wouldn't call a person owning a car, a gun, an axe or a knitting needle a murderer just because the person has in his/her posession something that can be used to commit crimes. Heck, the main cause of criminal activities is our human brains, full of lust, desire, madness and irrational thoughts. BAN BRAINS!
I suggest you load up your favorite P2P application and download the completely free movie, "Steal This Film" 1 and 2 for some information and input on the general concept of sharing information and its groundbreaking role in developing our human communities from sticks 'n stones to p0rn and the Internet. Very interesting and a taste of "the other" side in this everlasting debate.

Aside from the current discussion....Does anyone know of a good P2P file sharing program for the Pocket PC? LOL
I use WMTORRENT very beautiful and fast
Ciao
do you need to buy it. If you use the unregistered version will it still work and what are the limitations ??
what i do is use Remote desktop to log into my home computer start the downloading process, then use total commander to access my computer through ftp and load it to my phone that way i don't have to keep my phone on while its downloading from the torrent.
wow seems complicated..
anyhow i dont leave my home computer on all the time..
senario.. Im away from home for a week doing night shifts.
I downloaded a wmtorrent cab installed but have not cracked the program.
I'm trying to download a tv program.
It seems to be working just wondered if it will let me complete.play the file if its unregistered ?
I have been looking myself and haven't found much other than WinMobile Torrent. Instead I plan on trying the iPhone interface for uTorrent. I have used the original web interface before and its been quite reliable. Its quite nice to start tv show downloads while away from the house. My plan is to start them from my phone and have them go into a folder monitored by Orb to stream them to my phone.

Be careful...
If this thread turns into a conversation about WAREZ it will be closed.
Remember, we are walking afine line so we do have to be careful and considerate of other members here.
Old thread, but here's a working freeware Gnutella app for Windows Mobile.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=359754
I had no idea gnutella is still working! Thx for links
I'm using wmTorrent and wmFTP server on my Kaiser (EOS4.888.FIRE rom) all work perfect, but i only turn on ftp when needed.
You know keeping bluetooth share open may give you some unexpected results in public places... I got plenty music files, some videos, few ebooks and others lol people love to share in general

Need help? Why not try IRC

Hey guys, I use IRC a TON, and find that it is the most helpful form of communication, aside from the forum. But if you want something instant, then you should def check out IRC.
I have talked to Freenode, and they agreed to give me control of the ##windowsphone (for the non-dev) and ##windowsphone-dev (for the developers among us, or just plain hackers ) channels after two weeks. But in the meantime, we can use the channels ourselves without registering. So join, talk, have fun, help each other!
The channels are located on the Freenode IRC network, and again the channels are ##windowsphone and ##windowsphone-dev
Once I register the channels, I will be looking for some people to help me run the channels. The best way to get that position is to join, talk, and be helpful. Once I get the channel registered, I will begin the process of finding out who will help me maintain the channel.
If you have any questions, please feel free to PM me or hit me up on Google+, as well as join our community on G+!
~Thanks!~
Because IRC is full of nasty Linux people, who think everyone should do everything from scratch, and the more efficient author/user model is a waste of time? (Q) chat or teamspeak 3 idea.

Would it not be great to get help using chat or teamspeak 3?
Maybe a chatroom would be nice . If enough is interested I'd buy a teamspeak server for help. Every language is welcome!
Is this a good idea yes or no ?

I think it's a very nice idea to have a temspeak server. But only if enough people are online. With various language channels.
And teamspeak has also the ability to chat so the chatroom wouldn't be needed then.
Or maybe also a gaming channel would be nice to play bf4, csgo or any other multiplayer with xda people

Teamspeak, now there's nostalgia... Miss my old clanmates
TS server might not be a bad idea, maybe do something like help-rooms too for people who just can't work with written text. (I'm overthinking this, I know.)
As for chat, anyone still use Xfire?

Greeetings it is I the8woodcutter!

I always thought these introductions in forums were most classy.
Lemme start off my saying that I am a white (vaaguely gray) hat defensive hacker that luvs to program, graaphic design aand tinker with my hardware.
I HAATE HATE the youtube world of FRP unlocking and I quit doing that for all my dope ppl long time ago. As it simply pisses me off. Nowadays I tinker with server software (linux exclusively, what the hell is windows?) aand I am an XMPP chat server operator (TooFast.vip). I go through a lot of operating systems aand aare quite hard on equipment. Right now I am using a small form faactor i5 Lenovo w/ DDR3 thin client aalmost mini PC with things plugged into it ^^..
I know I've been here before but google is doing whack stuff so eff them aanywaaays. Sorry for my quaaadruple aaaaaas cuz my keyboard is meh.... Hard on equipment lul.
Right now I haave been working on two Motorola phones, an XT 2002 (i think, the Sirfna) aaaaand a XT2052-1 (Moto E7 2020).
HAPPY AS EVER! I maade aa script out of the img files aaand the XML file that tells me what order to flaash the things in as and included in it the img's for my magisk_patched_boot.img and TWRP. My next mission is to get TWRP fully functional aand then tell ppl on here how I managed to do it. Since I've been watching and nobody knows much on that particular one YAY ROOOOT.
I am also a command line junky and I have an oddball youtube channel The8Woodcutter that I'm sure nobody will find spammy but perhaps boring if nothing else. Snowrunner and Eve Online are my favorite games! I am TM the Adventures in Command Line. Someday that will be very very rich with good things.
If you want to join an underground chat server place more secure than IRC (XMPP) that is where ppl like us (I assume) dwell. That's decentralized and steer you on the right path in the "hacking" and tinkering aand tech open source world please do get an account (message me and I caan add you one on TooFast.vip) get https://gajim.org for desktop windows or linux or conversations.im or blabber.im. On Gajim you can check services on my XMPP server we have chats about linux, computing, hardcore techno and/or any music, as well as aartwork and a cool semi-frequent bunch of folks. I caan show you around. Welcome to open source (i aam a big faan).
Looking forward to hopefully coming back here and actually for once being a paart of this community!
