Hi,
I have absolutely no idea on android so need help. I have purchased a faulty Moto G (dual sim) 2nd gen and it just gets stuck on the blue moto logo screen for a few seconds then just switches off. I can get into the recovery screen but that's about it.
Any help would be hugely appreciated.

The forum for your device is here. You're probably going to have to install stock factory images though, but those forums would be the best place to ask or dig through to find the appropriate toolkit/system images/etc.

I have a G5 Nexus one clone with Dual sim, 1Ghz CPU,Windows mobile 6.5, GPS, 480*800 resolution 512Mb RAM & 512MB ROM.
I had edited the registry using Tweaks registry tricks for Windows Mobille & when it restarted it starts up with a screen that says 'SMART' and then goes to a black screen forever. When i try to hard reset using nexus one procedure, it comes to a screen with a green arrow pointing to the back of the same phone in the image on screen & at the bottom you have 'Downloading...' The phone does not respond after this, it just restarts after a while & ends up on a black screen as i mentioned above as if it were booting.
I need help with restoring the phone as quickly as possible with lesser effort or some technique to get back working and if possible with some new benefits. I'm sure im asking for too much but most importantly, i just want to get the phone working normally.
This phone says 'Made in Taiwan' at the back under battery, although i dont beleive it & i purchased it on ebay
I will be deighted and greatfull if anyone can help. If you need any other info, please let me know

I bought a moto g xt1068 in spain. One day the phone stopped charging. I took it to technical service and repaired it. when i went to get it, the screen stopped working at the shop. all was working except that. i left it again and today i went to see what happened and they told me that video cristal was burn because of the charge pin that was not working correctly, and that it was my fault. What do you think?
Hello,
Yesterday I have received my new LG G Watch R. It was bought by my daughter in Spain, but I live in Argentina.
Just turning on for the first time, and I see that the touch screen does not work. Boot process is OK (LG animation and logo), then I get the "Choose Language" screen, but I cannot choose language, or do anything above this point. I have also checked with my Galaxy Note 4 if it "sees" the GWR, and it does: but I cannot complete the pairing process, because I can´t tap the green button on the watch to confirm the pairing.
In conclusion: the watch seems to be working OK, display is OK, but touch screen does not work at all.
I am investigating if someone has had this problem, and if eventually found a solution.
Any hellp welcome ! Thank you very much.

I should return back ... to the retailer Spain, which is costly and will take a lot of time, so I am investigating if someone has had this problem, and if eventually found a solution...
I have seen a Youtube video that disassembling the GWR is not very difficult. I was wondering if it might be a loose connector (the one with the digitizer´s signals). Is it common on smartwatches or cellphones to fail the digitizer like this ? Is it usually a faulty cable or connector, or it is a more complex cause ?
Any hellp welcome ! Thank you very much.

I would get in touch with LG's support. If the watch was bought brand new it should be covered under the manufacturers warranty.
Nobody has had this problem ?

I do. Just bought it. Don't they test that crap?
Finally I got it replaced by LG Europe. It is working OK so far. However, after few weeks using Android Wear I would like to share my thouthts: a) I think that smartwatches are a great idea; very useful. b) Android Wear is well behind to being a stable and well finished product. It is full of small details that depict this software is not yet mature. c) I hope that us LG Watch R could see an upgrade after 5.1.1 that might fix those datails.
I am facing this black screen issue after unlock screen goes black in my Moto G 2014 XT1068. and am facing this right out of the box ;-( and i can't send it back tried local repairing didn't worked and tried all kind of roms i was able to install and none works anyone who can help? and i can't send back phone as a friend of mine brought this from dubae and now i have tried things which made warranty null and void
Hey everyone,
I've got a brand new Moto X which sadly lost power during a software update. It doesn't turn on anymore, and I'd love to give a go at fixing it. I found some guides relating to the Moto G, but I couldn't seem to apply them to the X. Either way: when connected to a PC through a USB 2.0 port, the green LED turns on. Sometimes it does so momentarily, sometimes it continues to stay on. Charging it through a socket doesn't seem to do anything. On my PC, the device is listed as QHSUSB__BULK.
I'm a novice at dealing with stuff like this, so the more elaborate the walkthrough, the better. Help would be greatly appreciated!

Unfortunately, it seems your Moto X is now hard bricked. We don't have access to the files needed to fix it ourselves. You are going to have to get a replacement from Motorola. The phone should still be under warranty if it is brand new. Tell them it bricked while taking their OTA, they should be willing to replace it. They replaced mine after I bricked taking an OTA.
Can you get into bootloader mode... If you can then you can flash images and all.... If not you will need to have motto replace it.

You will need to "blankflash" your phone to reinstall the bootloader. You will need the blankflash files for 5.1 which I don't think are publicly available yet.
