So here is what happened,
My phone was maybe 14% plugged it in left it charging and went to sleep.
Woke up with the phone alarm and started reading whatsapp messages, at this point the phone was already at 100%.
Maybe 30-40 seconds later, with the cable still plugged in the phone turned off, with no message, it just "died".
Now it wont boot, fastboot, nothing.
Tried some solutions i found on the internet like holding vol down + power button for more than 2 minutes, and nothing.
I really need some help here guys, PLEASE.
The phone was running latest TITAN PRIME ROM 1.1 dev3
Everything will be appreciated, thanks in advance.

That is bad...
I have see it before, and noting works
The last time the guy try to turn on his phone every day, one day he get it...
But from the process that he describe the phone just stuck like yours and it need to completed empty the battery or unplugged it.
If open the phone is not a option, is need to let the phone that way and every day, he try this:
Plug in the charger, after 2 minutes he try turn it on by holding the power button for 2 min.
after that no success, he unplugged the charger and, try the next day.
And after 2 - 3 days he turn it on... i don't remember if was only 2 min maybe try 5 min on charger.
Is very slow and not completed a solution because it may not work, but for now is the only option after what you tell me.
don't leave the charger on for more then 5 min if is really need to empty your battery will take time and every charge minute will take longer.

Is there a link to that "solution"?
I think its really strange i mean everything i have read about this topic of people having the same issue, it happened when their battery hit the 0%, and most of them got a solution, but mine was fully charged.
Im scared right now, the phone has...1 month, 2 at the most.

Ok, I know the question about the battery not holding a charge has been asked like a million times, but with mine comes a weird error message that I cant find any literature on. Just to give a brief back story on what happened here it is.
I bought phone a year ago. Battery has worked awesome this whole time, it would charge fine and on a full charge it would last about 2-3 days with moderate use. Then just the other day it got down to 20% and my low batt warning went off like it always does and this is when I always begin charging. Well I thought I would just jump in the shower real quick then plug it in cuz in the past even at 20% my phone would last for like 8 hours. Well when i got out of the shower and went to plug the phone in, to my surprise it had turned off. I turned it back on and it got as far as the splash screen and then it instantly turned back off. So i then put the phone on the charger and the orange light came on and it was all good. A couple hours later the light turned green, i unplugged the phone and turned it on to see a battery at 100%. But now when I turned it on, i got this message "fatal error: configuration is invalid. (3)" and then the battery which was 100% only lasted like 20 minutes.
So now every time i turn on my phone i get that error message and the battery last only mere minutes. I'm pretty sure I just need to buy a new battery, but what do I do about the error message.
I appreciate any help that you could give me. Thank you in advance.
I am having a very similar problem, but without the error.
Also, I bought a new battery and still have the same problem.
I find the phone does last all day if i turn off data connection and bluetooth,
but if I open the web browser, the phone dies 5 minutes later.

i'm beginning to think that kaisers are trash! it will be 2 years in september for my kaiser and its already fallen apart. this thing is junk. my other wm devices lasted alot longer then this. i may try the new iphone in a few weeks.
Yes I too just bought a new battery and I charged it. Now the light doesn't turn green when its fully charged and yep, I still get the error message and it still dies after like 20 minutes.
I think i solved the problem somewhat. I still get the error message but the battery seems to be lasting as long as it normally did and now it turns green when fully charged instead of staying orange. I came across another forum entry from like 2006 for a completely different kind of phone but i thought i would give it a shot.
What you do is just do a soft reset on your phone while its plugged into the wall charger. Then leave it plugged in for literally like 5 hours even if the light turns green or it gets to 100%. I guess this does something to reset how your phone reads your battery or something, i dont know. All I know is that it fixed my issues.
Anyways, I hope this can help someone as it did me.

perform a hard reset and see if that solves your problem.
Hey, dunno if some one had the same problem but my xperia doesn't take the charge.
Its appened when the mobile has terminated all his battery, and know the charge is not accepted by the phone
help me please
Something perhaps similar happened to me, i ran my battery completely flat and then could not switch the phone on even when it was on the charger. So I left it on the charger for ~1 hour and then it switched on fine! The other possibility is that you battery is dead. Hope this helps!
Its not the first time its appened to me, and the first time i had the problem i try a lot of time to recharge it, take out the battery, replace it etc.. and its worked.
But in 2 days, my phone is off :/
My battery is not dead i know, but how to recharge it
I have 2 computers from which I load it with usb cable. For some reason Mac Pro doesn't load the damn phone but Macbook does.
Try switching your "power" source. And sometimes when the battery goes really flat it needs many hours to even boot when loading up. One time I really thought the damn thing was dead for sure... But it came back to life
When you press the power button there's a red light next to volume buttons indicating it doesn't have enough power yet to boot up. If there's no red light then it's not charging at all.

Just leave if plugged-in and it will charge. It takes some time before it will charge if it is fully drained.
Ok thanks for reply
Have no real solution, but have the red light near to the volume button, or in the top of the phone.
But the phone doesn't take the charge at all...
The red light gave the battery charge, only that... have it sometimes and sometimes havent it...
Help me please
2 day less my phone know..
Ok i dunno why but the phone weak UP !
NICE
Ir was connected to the cpu and i presszs the button and it weak up
omg this phone
(Sort of) got it.
I'm not really an xda developer but id do have an xperia.
The same problem occured to my device about three weeks ago. I've noticed that the phone would still charge in the computer, but not by the power net adapter. (it must be broke i guess)
Today i've locked myself out calling the battery flat. I couldnt get it on anymore. After a lot of hassle this was the solution for me:
1) Connect the phone to a computer. Don't try to turn it on! Leave it there for about 15 minutes.
2) Disconnect the phone and pull out the battery.
3) Hold down the "on" button while inserting the battery back.
-- It should turn on now
4) Release the on button and quickly connect it to your computer again.
Hope this helps.
I just remember the red led lit on at the on/off button and the red light disappeared after 5 mins or so and i left for breakfast while it was still in the charger and by the time im back from breakfast, it turned itself on and was charging up
Okay so I rooted my HTC Vivid, S-Off, etc and it's been fine for 2 weeks. I'v elet it die all the way before and never gave me any trouble turning back on. I let it die lastnight, and i forgot to plug it in while at work today so when I got home it was dead, as I expected. I plugged it in while i took my dog out and when I came back, it won't do anything. I didn't pay attention before to see if the charge light came on (i was in a hurry). the charge light now comes on a for a couple seconds and then goes off, and CWM recovery screen comes up. I held the power button down and then the HTC screen came up and hasn't gone beyond that. It's plugged in and I don;t see the charge light at all. What could have happened? Please help me
I would pull the batt then plug it in and see if the charge icon comes on if so let it set about ten min then turn it on

Try a new battery. I have seen a lot of posts from people who let the battery die and it was never able to charge again. That is not normal behavior for a battery, it is defective. Several people have gotten new batteries by taking them in for warranty service. If you don't feel you can do that, Amazon has many batteries that work fine.
Until I get a spare battery, I will not let mine go to zero. I plug it in before it gets below 2%.
My Moto X 2014 works perfectly, all of its features.
Only one thing is bothering me when the battery is less than 30% cell turns off and when religo it shows that it has more than 20% battery but when it finishes the boot turns off again.
Someone has gone or is going through this problem?
My phone is with the original ROM, unlocked bootloader and custom kernel to be able to root.
I had a similar problem on my XT1096 but the threshold was more like 20%. It would hit between 20%-15% and just turn off. I actually got Motorola to replace it under warranty cause I thought it was a battery problem. My replacement has done it once already. I never figured out what the problem was. A factory reset made it go away for about a month. Then it started happening again pretty regularly. That's when Motorola replaced it.

Thanks for your reply, awaiting more comments/solutions.
Yeah, mine did this @ 12-9% threshold... which really wasn't too bad, but not reliable for general day to day use. You can try calibrating the battery [Google: Calibrate your battery], and seeing if that helps. It didn't for me. Long story short; i went to ebay and bought a broken Moto X 2014 for $30 and i swapped it's battery in my original. I bought many "authentic" batteries on ebay and guess what, they were fakes and never worked. If you chose to go this route, the MOTO X is pretty difficult to open properly without ruining the back. I bought an additional wooden back from China via Ebay. I no longer have this problem, the phone gets to 1-2% before it dies now; which is much more reliable for my use.

Charge phone to 100% leave plug in turn on phone wait till boot animation shows then hold Power button until it restarts, do this three 2 times.
Repeat later on if you have to.
It should work.

Wow, haven't tried that! I'll check it out tonight. Thanks
My solution is calibrating it with this and I get it to work again. So, is there something physically wrong with my battery and this is just some kind of patch?

If it's calibrated wrong this & my solution should work. Or a faulty battery is in place.

I tried this and it actually made it worse. My phone would consistently shut off at around 30% (oh, and I can get MAYBE 5-6 hours out of it before it shuts off, so I can never go anywhere without charging cords, VERY annoying!!), so I tried this. For one, the phone shuts but doesn't restart when I am holding the power button during the BU animation, it just shuts off and no matter how long I hold the power button, it doesn't restart. One of the times I did it, I DID get a green LED shining inside the slot at the top which serves as the earpiece for the phone. That time I had to hold the button a LONG time for it to restart. The end result of all of this is now my phone shuts off at around 40%!
Try downloading ampere app and seeing the health of your battery
This is definitely battery problem my friend...nothing can be done except replace battery ...my entire state doesn't have a good customer care to replace this sh#t battery and now am going to change this stupid phone ..am done charging all the day and sudden turn off s too..

Hey everyone,
I received the phone couple days ago and while its not new its in pretty good shape, i think. So when i started using the phone i noticed that there was a lot of lag waking it from sleep after extended times of inactivity so i decided to factory reset. The day after everything seemed fine with one incident where i left the phone for like 30min - 1hr and it took 10-15 min to wake up. The following morning i woke up and the phone lagged again for prob the same amount of time however the next morning i.e. today i wasn't getting anything after 30 min so waited another 30 min and realized something is wrong so i attempted the hard reset and other tricks (take out battery and hold power button[1min,2min or 3min], hold vol+/-, the home button and then the power button) but nothing happens on or off the charger, no LED, nothing....
Please help!

I suggest you return the device if you can.
Seems like Your device is hard bricked or maybe motherboard has some serious issues
Try connect to computer see if pc detects the device.
Try another battery maybe battery is dead
If you able to go into download mode then flash stock firmware with pit file.

Well, when i tried plugging it into the computer the only notification i get is the sound of the device being plugged in but the Note doesn't respond and nothing comes up on the computer.
As for another battery i dont know where i can get one to test it.
I cant go into download mode; the screen doesnt turn on, no led, nothing. Its like somebody poisoned the phone in its sleep, it is really bizarre for phone to die like this because you think u would see some signs

Phone is hard bricked and motherboard is almost dead.
You can still bring back to life if you able to find a debrick.image for your model in xda
Its complicated and need patients to do it
If you have enough knowledge then do it or otherwise you have to replace entire motherboard.
