Is 20 days for online purchases? In store purchases as far as I know is and always has been 14 days. And I just looked at my receipt and it too says 14 days.

I called the Tmo CS and they said its gonna start tomorrow, i asked them about the buyers remorse coz i bought the phone before the 23rd but they told me to call where I brought it from.
Or what are the right questions to ask them? Looks like some of the reps aren't aware of the promo yet because they have to check online. They asked me where I saw the promo on what site. I told them xdadev lol

I told them I saw it on their website when I went to pay my bill. I just said I purchased my phone on the 20th and I saw the promotion online. I said if I had known about that I would have waited a few more days, and I was wondering if there was anything they could do for me. She put me on hold to talk to someone then came back and credited it.

I called customer service and they said it is a gray area, and within the discretion of the store, to charge that restocking fee. They were unwilling to do anything further. So, this did not work for me.

Call customer service from your phone with 611 and tell them your story. Chances are they will put a note on your account to give you a 50 dollar credit if the store charges you. If that does happen all you have to do is call them again and your next bill will be credited.

Just saw your reply, I'm sure a 50 dollar credit is also at the cs reps discretion.
I was told going from 32 to 64 will have the 50$ restock. Even with the sale this weekend. And is tmo giving away the 32gb free? Would I then just not have to pay the monthly fee for it? Mine is defective anyway so I have to exchange. If the 32 is free and no monthly fee on top of the 50$ line fee then I'll take it free.
I purchased a 64 s6 and 64 edge on the 17th, customer service gave me a $160 credit to my bill. Also confirmed buyers remorse was for 14 days from the 23rd. This post saved me a bunch of money and I thank you!

I can wait...I was just informing other users who might want to purchase it. I can't go into the store and get one for that price or for even 399 until my two years is up which is in April.

How did you manage to have AT&T match Amazon's price of $200 dollars? Did you call somebody directly @ premier site? Were you able to purchase the tilt and have it shipped to you when it arrives...because I would like to do that.

When I call AT&T Customer Service I automatically get routed to the business division because of Premier. I originally bought the Tilt for over $400, but then I returned it when I found it for about $200 on Amazon (No Tax) and NewEgg (Tax). Before I returned the phone I talked to a CSR and they would not match the price. When I went to purchase the phone again for whatever reason neither Amazon nor New Egg could verify my eligibility for an upgrade so my orders would get automatically canceled. After numerous calls to CSR's at AT&T who were completely clueless on how to revert my contract back to upgrade status, I finally asked for them to match Amazon's price again. This time the CSR did it on the spot with no problems.
And yes I was able to purchase the phone so it will be shipped when it is no longer on back order. BTW I was not even told it was back ordered when I purchased the phone.

The last CSR I spoke to was very surprised that they did not just credit me the difference in price, instead of making me return the phone to buy it elsewhere.

same here I'm in Missouri and I bought mine on the 13th this month, so maybe they'll drop the prices here in a week or so.
I called an ATT store and they said there's no credit back or any discount on a purchased tilt!!

Do you live on the west or east coast? I'm on the east and went to the AT&T Tilt page on their site. If I put in my zip code, it's still $300. If I put in a zip code from the west coast (I tried San Francisco, California), it's $150.
Called ATT just right now and they credited my account 150$. It took me 45 min and asking for the supervisor to get to it. Now im just waiting for the 100$ rebate to sweeten the deal.

I just went in and purchased the Tilt and got the 50% offer. Now as mentioned it's in 'select' states but I think a simple call to a local office should suffice. I will say that when I went in, it was marked at that price too. It's basically $249.99 with a 2yr Contract (new or eligible upgrade) less the $100 mail-in rebate... here in Sacramento, CA... so net price of $149.99 after rebates + tax.
As to the refund... well I'd think you'd only be eligible to get that as if you were going to return it and re-buy it. Under that criteria, if you can do that, then you should be entitled to the refund. If it was purchased online, etc., not too sure what the specifics would be...

Good luck! If you're within 30 days, there should be ZERO reason for them to give you any problem - provided it was from an AT&T Corp store. I'd position it as 'Well I can just return it and then re-buy it.' Maybe choose better wording but you get my point...

Thanks, I just called and got my refund. I placed my order the moment they were available, about 11:50am CST and was charged $249. I would've never known if it wasn't for your post. I also got hit with the activation fee.
I may have to jump ship. Verizon has buy one get one free with a $50 of coupon making it $140 for 2 brand new HTC ones m8s...currently using a note 3 so I'm still on the fence but considering I'd save $40 a month on service if I jump as well, I may just have to give up the note 3

Apparently they posted the wrong price @ 249.99. It was suppose to have an attached promo code for $50 pricing it down to $199.99 but it was poorly communicated. Thus on the night of the 25th the new $199.99 upgrade price was posted.
So if you call into customer care, tell them your situation and let them know that you need to talk to the order status department and they will credit you $50 + associated tax ($58.xx total for me) to your Sprint account (no charge back).

Yes. I opted to have the $53 something taken off my next bill.
1) Are you going to be able to pick up at the store with the pre-order because when i went to the store they said they will only ship it to you
2) If they are shipping to you, did they charge you a shipping fee?
3) When you traded in your phone did they say it'll be deferred trade in, meaning you are responsible for trading it in via mail? or did they do the trade in immediately for you and you traded it in on the spot?
I ask these questions because it sounds like to me that when you pre-order in store, they basically is just ordering it for you online for you and print you out the same documents that you can just print out yourself if you ordered it online yourself.
The note 4 will come to my house. I ship back my note 3 in the box they provide. Just like a warranty phone. They didn't charge me shipping.

I'm not sure about the trade-in with the preorder at the same time.

My receipt for this looks like a printed website. Though it is from handsetorder.internal.t-mobile.com so I assume it isn't a customer facing site.
I'm a new customer and ordered online on 9/24. All I got was the signed EIP email and another one saying they received my order, with only my name, order number, date and time of order, and a number that looks like the amount due, but it doesn't even have dollar sign.
The temporary charge has now disappeared from my credit card, so I hope everything is still okay and on track.

you should see a $1 tmobile hold after it goes away (maybe a day or two later) and they will charge it a couple days before the 17th (when they ship it too you). Im in california and they said they are shipping it on the 14-15th so i will receive it on the 17th.

Do T-mobile ship by UPS or Fedex?
If UPS, can you tell it to leave it at the distribution center and you can pick it up. It doesnt need to make one try at your home first.

UPS, and if you have myUPS, then I think you can.
Exactly, have to be a myups member. I love that feature cause the center is right down the street from me but my regular driver doesn't stop here till the end of his route... so by having them hold it, I can pick up my packages at 9am instead.
Can I still pre-order and take advantage off the $200 off.What I'm going to do is upgrade my phone line that I have now and pay T-Mobile $200 down and $23 a month for 24 months.If yes could you please explain how the process works. Thanks In advance!!!

Anyone get email saying pre-order is ready for pickup? I still haven't gotten mine
I just got out of bestbuy, no luck! They said their shipment from fedex hasnt arrived yet..im pissed!! Gonna go to att store if thet have it imma cancel the bestbuy preorder

I got one for one of my orders last night, but not for the 2nd order for the wife yet - though I got an email that the wireless charger on that order was ready for pickup, strange. This was the Northridge, CA store.
Mine said the wireless chargef was ready to be picked up on wednesday..maybe i should just pickup ghe charger and cancel the order..jk lol i know its not possible
I have 2 preorders that was placed on the 29th. Store will be open in about 10mins. No emails yet. Location- Northern California.

Called my Best Buy. They said AT&T withheld their shipment and that's all they could tell me.
Update: they called. They have it now
Called my store. Told their are still expecting their shipment from AT&T. Store is also a Samsung Experience store.
I just picked mine up from best buy. I was there before the email notice. They were like we just got them in for At&t.

Just picked mine up about a half hour ago. Everything went smoothly to be honest. Would easily buy from them again given the good preorder goodies.

yea I just wished they had some gold ones in when I got mine. apparently the gold ones are a hot item.

i'm in southern CA; haven't gotten an e-mail or a phone call regarding my pre-order. pre-ordered on the 28th but got the e-mail confirmations a few days later.
Picked mine up yesterday took 1 hour 40 minutes from the time I put my name on stupid waiting list to walk out. Will only return to Best Buy to spend my rewards then will go to all lengths to avoid giving them business ever again.
Did not preorder, walked in and asked for 32gb ATT, only had white, bought full price and working on crickett flawlessly.

That was not a no sales tax promo, that was just the 50 dollars you paid to preorder it going towards your sales tax.

Total nonsense. My sales tax rate is 8.5%. 784.99 x 8.5% would be $66.72. My total bill was ZERO.
Therefore with $50 preorder deposit I would still owe $16.72.
Even the CSR admitted they had a non advertised promo of no sales tax.
