INFO
All the .zip files in this thread are free and will replace all the default Roboto fonts in your device. Root is required before proceeding. These zips have been tested to work on my stock 5.1.1 first-gen Nexus 7. These *should* work on any Lollipop-running devices. There are no lockscreen bugs for these zips! If you do find an error, please comment below and I'll get right on it ASAP
INSTRUCTIONS
Click on Download beside the font name to download
Reboot your device into Recovery mode
Flash the zip file
Reboot into system!
REVERT TO ROBOTO
Click on this link to download the original Roboto redesigned for Lollipop.
Credits to gianton for uploading this.
REQUESTS
I'll slowly add requested fonts, as long as they follow my set guidelines:
They haven't been done to flashable zips by anyone else
They are known to have, at minimum, the following weights: Light, Regular, Medium/Semibold, Bold (more weights the better!)
All weights must have their respective italic/oblique styles.
I'd prefer if you guys would choose something from the more famous foundries, but that's fine. XD Also if you have the files with you at hand, please PM them to me separately and as much as possible have them in TTF files. OTF is fine but conversion tends to ruin stuff.

I have the original SF otf fonts, both UI & Compact with their respective display, text, and rounded variants. You should have used UI Display in your SF font, as imo it looks way better than compact for a phone. I use Compact as my condensed font.
By themselves, the fonts aren't very practical to use. The UI Display variant's letter-spacing is too small in smaller types, while UI Text's letter-spacing is too wide.
What Apple does is the font's characteristics change depending on the type. The default font is UI Text. For fonts larger than 19pt, the system swaps the typeface to the Display variant.
The tracking is also size-specific, which they don't do by themselves and have to be modified by the system. If we want to use the font without modifying them, we have to live with the non-standard tracking on them.
edit: i decided to use San Francisco UI Text again and scaled the letterspacing down to San Francisco's standards on my system. I also changed any styles that use sizes larger than 20sp to use the display variant along with a scaling larger letterspacing along with enabling the discretionary ligature.

Hey there!
I have made a new app for change font size editor in all android system.
This app doesn't stay in background as a service. It change font size, reboot phone and keep the new font size for ever (if you don't change using the program) without run in background!
If you want give it a look try it, download from market:
Font Size Editor
This app is compatible with ICS, JB and Gingerbread.
It also can install roboto fonts in GB roms with a simple click :good:
This app doesn't change DPI, it works directly on the font
I have made it for myself, than I decided to put it on the market
It's really good on AOSP roms and Sense roms where you can't change text size from spare parts like CM roms.
It's good also in ICS roms, because you can reduce or increase the font size even more than you can do from system settings.
If you like my app, help me to stay awake to study: donate me a coffee from the coffee machine of my university with donate version from market
Font size editor donate
Hope it will be usefull
thank you so much for this application, going to try it on my galaxy tab 7.7 running honeycomb 3.2, ill give you a feedback
---------- Post added at 09:08 AM ---------- Previous post was at 09:01 AM ----------
it says android 3 not supported please can you add support to honeycomb, its a real pain to read on such hight res device with it tinny text
I have tried it on my Galaxy S II, works well. I can set big font size for my father to read news, thanks.
You probably should say it's for rooted phones only!
This is extremely handy. Thank you friend

Aroma based font changing ability brought to your phone. Custom ROMs sometime may have the font changing facility as built in option. But it have limited number of fonts. Other things we have is font changing apps. Sometime painful sometime painless. Now, with FontFly its always painless. Idea is to have something single yet more powerful with different option in case of the font changing ability. NOW THIS IS NOT beyond your imagination since, I'm presenting you :victory:: The FontFly an Aroma based font installer for our beloved Android.
In reality, I've made this little utility/tool to meet my own necessity. Cause, My Xperia don't have such option to do that (I think they Should include such option in personalization menu.)
But, this little fella could be used to ANY ANDROID PHONE:good:. The reason behind this is, every font are stored in same location System/fonts. And this tool does the same thing for any device. It changes or we should say overwrites the system fonts so that we could use the new font flashed.

Troubleshoot+Problem ::: Solution
Q: After Flashing Font Phone isn't/won't Bootup!
Q: I'm getting Bootloop! WTF!!!
Ans: Don't Panic. Cause, Everything is OK. Everything is there Your ROM, Your DATA. Just the font not working for ur phone.
First Option: Go to recovery again and Just Flash Any other font (It could be part I or Part II cause there is 50+), see if it works.
Second Option: If first option didn't work> try to install Android 4.4 (Kitkat) / Android 4.3 font From FontFly Part II >if not successful report here And
Third Option & last hope: Google for flashable 4.4 font>Flash it>phone will be ok.
Q: How to revert/Go back to Stock Font?
Ans: install 4.4/ 4.3 Fonts from Part II
Q: How to revert/Go back to Sony Stock Font?
Ans: Flash SonyXperia Font in FontFly Pack 1

Eurostile would be nice! (Umbrella Corporation font)
I have two questions:
1. Supposably, I'm non-European user. How shold I recognize that my language symbols are supported by the unit font?
2. Some ROMs has up to 3 methods of installation - NAND, DataOnExt, NativeSD (especially for HTC HD2 Leo). Would you add compatibility with them to your script?

Hey everyone --
I was so used to using the Nexus "X" logo as my applications drawer icon on my Nexus 4 and 5 that I didn't think twice about using it as my app drawer icon on my OnePlus One. Then it occurred to me to use the OnePlus logo as the app drawer icon, but I couldn't find a version that was translucent. So I created one, plus one, plus one.... Here's the collection of OnePlus icons that I made. Hopefully, this will save some folks the time and effort if they want to use these as icons.
Some screenshots are included in the second post to give you an idea what I'm talking about...
Please note that these files are in the .png format -- it's easier to work with transparency in that format than .jpg. My trial and error indicates that they have to remain in .png format to remain transparent...
Have fun!
Changelog:
- 2014-10-03 - Lock handle icons added
- 2014-09-28 - AK variations added
- 2014-09-19 - U2 variations added
- 2014-09-18 - CM Blue variations added
- 2014-09-17 - all files more graphically clean; stray pixels have been removed and the images are bigger and more consistent. (It's not me, it's my OCD....); Official case and cover variations added

The steps are roughly the same, whether it's Nova or Apex Launchers.
0. Download the graphic image(s) you want to use from my original post.
1. Long-press the App Drawer icon (i.e. hold it for 2 seconds) so that a menu appears
2. Tap Edit, and the next menu shows the name and graphic image associated with that icon
3. Tap the graphic image (for App Drawer, it's usually a circle with several dots in it)
4. Navigate the choices and select the graphic image you downloaded in Step 0.
The following screenshots are for Nova Launcher.
Good luck!
Couple of questions:
1- do I just hold down the image in your OP and select save image. When I do so, it goes to my gallery.
2- now, when I try to edit the image to select the downloaded image files, they do not show up with my apps. I can fallow your nova steps fine, but not sure method to download the images to then view and select in the apps icon screen.
Thanks,
Ian. B

Official Case and Cover Colors
All right, some downtime at work allowed me go a little crazy! :silly: :silly:
Here are the clear and translucent variations of the OPO logo using the official CASE and flipCOVER colors available.
Even did the bamboo one as a background. And the native black sandstone from the 64gb OPO.
My apologies for being "quick and dirty" -- there are individual pixel deficits that are noticeable when the graphics are enlarged (as in these full views) that are not visible when the files are used as intended as icons. As I have more time, I will go back and fix these and let ya'll know when my perfectionistic inclinations are satisfied. {EDIT: Completely fixed and cleaned up}
Enjoy!

You're looking at my next project, a widget that I designed from scratch, hopefully released sometime soon on Google Play when I get some time.
There's already four variations that have been made, but I have to finalize and publish them. Sorry it's not out yet!
U2 covers
In the category of going completely overboard, I'm offering these variations up with appreciation to my favorite band. I'm disregarding the fact they are in bed with a certain fruit company and forced millions of people to have access to their latest album.... which I actually enjoyed more than their past several attempts. At any rate, I thought these looked kinda cool...

Please not though, all 5.1 ROMs are incomplete compared to 5.0.x because they don't yet have the ambient display invert commits added, so expect some problems on 5.1

Oh, don't worry. It'll be asked. At which point we'll refer to the OP. At which point it'll be asked again three posts later. Rinse & repeat.
/me bookmarks this theme for when I get around to installing a ROM with RRO. :good:
Something very odd is happening with my links. I'm getting an unusually high amount of traffic. Bots?
Can I use this on Stock whith root?

No, you need an RRO compatible rom. Usually AOSP.
Where can I get a wallpaper from this theme? It looks gorgeous!

Yeah that explained it
Thanks.
I was curious because I'm close to 600 "downloads" now, after only releasing it less than 48 hours ago. You can see the traffic increase around 12am UK time (BST / UTC+1)
Theme working fine on my Nexus 4 (below 1080p)!

Yep, I re-uploaded it yesterday with a better icon padding configuration to work better on 720p
Awesome work, no issue on OnePlus One with SlimLP rom, there is just an icon missing for Mobile Networks but all the others are here (and that's the first Layer I tried that has them all - 1)
Google Sans Text Beta
In Google Design’s Best of 2019 page, Google used a new font called "Google Sans Text" (which is in beta as per the font name).
The page and the look of the font can be viewed here.
I really liked the leaner look of the font on my OnePlus 6 as compared to Google Sans and would like to share it with the community.
Currently there are only the Regular, Bold, Italic, Medium, BoldItalic and MediumItalic versions of the font and I could not find other variants.
I have made the basic correction of fixing the colon on lockscreen clock (Char U+EE01).
Two Options for attached files below:
Replace Full body fonts - MAGISK Google Sans Text Beta font.zip
Replace Headline fonts only - MAGISK Google Sans Text Beta Headline only.zip
Please remove other font modules, if installed, first before installing mine.
I have only tested and used English language on OnePlus 6 and found the font to be satisfactory for daily use.
Big thanks to @nongthaihoang for improving the font! Do check out his thread for multiple combinations and variations of the font along with the original Google Sans.
Can you make it so that only the headline font is replaced?

You sounds like a Vietnamese. I like that.
What do you think of helping me maintain the font?
I'll teach you everything I know so you can took over me. I'm looking for someone like that.
Btw, I like to have GS + GS text on my phone. It can't be better.

I love Vietnam! It's a beautiful country.
Your offer is very tempting and I would love to learn and help out more but currently I am going through a very busy phase at work. May I reach out to you after March, if you are still looking for an intern then?
I really like GS as well. Used it for the longest time on my phone. Lato is my favorite on PC. But I also like the curvier and lighter look of GS Text. Makes text more readable for me, while keeping the spirit of GS. It's a subjective thing, that's why there are millions of fonts and that's the beauty of customization.

- Thank you for you kind words about Vietnam.
- I took it as a Yes. Contact me whenever you have time my telegram.
- I'm using Ubuntu Linux and Lato is my favorite font too. What a coincidence!
I like GS for headline and your GSText for content. Can you send me your font (the untouched one) so I can make it fully compatible with android? I'll send it back to you when it's done.

Thank you. I've done it. Check your PM.
Testing the font, looks very good. Only thing is I still have the rectangle instead of the colon on the lockscreen watch.
Google Pixel 3a.
That's really nice! Maybe the future of Android 11's font

Have updated to v0.2 with more characters. Big thanks to @nongthaihoang for making the font much more robust.

Have you selected the default font before installing the mod? Did you install any other font mods or maybe themes before installing mine that have not been removed? The clock font does not seem to have changed at all, judging by the digit for 2. Can you test with the attached file and let me know please? Thanks.

Nah. There is no need for a separate zip. Everything will be fine with the new update.
You should also remove what so-called "colon issue" in the OP. It does not even exist.
The font should work from the day you install it until your phone die.
Yes, new 0.2 works without errors I think. Colon on lockscreen ok. Thanks!
is it possible to download it in .ttf or .otf format ?
