stamina function not working on 10.1.A.1.434

Hi all
Phone : xperia Z
model: C6603
Android : 4.1.2 stoc
Build : 10.1.A.1.434
The problem started after I have updated the Build from 10.1.A.1.434 to 10.1.A.1.434.
On Power management -> if i activate the Stamina mode / Low battery mode the estimated time is not changed even if my battery is 100% full.
The update was performed via PC connection.
How can it be fixed? Any clue?

it's a bug

Give it some time so that the phone can make some estimates. That's how it usually works for me.

do you have this behaviour too?

Go into settings/ Apps/Then all Apps/search for Eco mode controller force stop then clear data then press volume up and hold and restart your phone.

It happened for me too
but it s not bug
it s about learning of Stamina How u use ur phone So after ~1 hr using for update and etc it s normal to show few hrs.
it will learn again and estimate like before.

It's a bug, the time shouldn't be hours it's Standby time, not daily use time.

Strange battery problem

Hi,
I'm running TheROM build 27 with Kowalski Kernel 31.
Lately, the phone is using 5-10% per hour completely idle. And it's not just some kind of wakelock problem - the phone is in deep sleep for 97%!

Is wifi on? I had weird problem before and I found out it was caused by Super-G wifi setting in my dd-wrt router was set to enable. If wifi on, is it possible for you to test with different router.
Another idea, try to put the phone in air plane mode and see what's the battery drop rate. If in airplane mode the drop still significant, it might be your battery going bad.

Improve battery's life on Custom Roms (at least on LineageOS)

Hi, all.
Here some steps that I have done to improve my battery's life on LineageOS (i really don't know if others ROM's also). Of course follow them only if you experimented some battery drainage.
Step 1: Basic Tips
- Disable automatic brightness
- Lower the brightness and only raise it if required
- Lower the time to suspend to 15 seconds
- Remove all vibrated touch, screen and keyboard
Step 2: Additional settings
- Search for bluetooth scan in settings and disable both functions
- Check that all applications are being optimized by Doze on Battery->three dots->battery optimization (restart permissions too)
Step 3: Google play services
- Go to settings-> accounts-> google and just synchronize what we need
- Go to applications and delete data from google play services
- Reboot the phone
Step 4 GServicesFix
- Download from the play store, the GServicesFix app
- Charge the phone
- When you reach 100%, run the application and follow the steps
- Reboot the phone
Ready!!
My experiencie: Yesterday I flashed this rom, install the gapps and magisk for root and of course I followed the first step of this tutorial (always I do ). When I went to sleep, I had 21% of battery , in the morning of yesterday my phone was totally discharged . Then I started to investigate and i found all this information, I applied all the steps and I'm still using my phone. No more battery drainage.
This was prooved on my P8 Lite ALE-L23 and I bet that it works on others P8 Lite's models (and probably on others devices). Please share this information with your friends.

Greenify is also very good for battery life improvement

I haven't any drain.For 1h with Ite maybe drop 0-2%... I think it's good(deepsleep)

I used Greenify on LOS13 and It works, but with these steps I reach still more battery's life on LineageOS14

Not bad, but with these steps I bet you can improve your battery perfomance even more.

[Help] Xperia Z shut down at 30% battery

I have xperia z 5.1.1 stock rom i have noticed that my phone suddenly shut down at 30% of battery and when i charge it at 60% and turn on the device it turns to 92%., any solution.

1. dial *#*#7378423#*#* this will open up service menu. check battery health.
2. if battery health is good (very little possibilities given your condition) do a full factory reset.
3. If battery health is good and factory resetting doesn't help, you may give custom roms a try. There are plenty of them to play around for xperia Z . I'm rocking LOS 15.1 in my z and working perfectly.

I did a battery a calibration and this proble still occurs and shut down at 49% i think i should change the battery

Vibration bug on Miui 11 11.0.7.0

Hi everyone,
I have a problem with the vibrations on my mi 9.
The system and notification vibrations only work when the phone is charging.
After charging it it will work for a while then stop working.
The only solution is to put it back to charge.
All my settings are good as it is working when it's charging.
Does anyone have a solution?
My phone is not root and on stock miui 11 EEA.

I have 11.0.7 EEA and I do not have this bug.

I have the same issue with Mi 9T on miui 11

For instance now it's still vibrating after I've put it to charge for one hour yesterday.
I'm in silent mode and the vibration is working for everything till I reach 50% battery.
On my former phone which was a pixel 3 I have set the battery saving mode to start at 50% with no vibration. And I've installed my new Mi 9 from a copy of pixel 3.
It might be the origine of the problem.
Every time the phone reach 50% battery the vibration stops working.
Does somebody know if there is a setting that could solve this issue?
